My wife and I traveled to Alaska last summer on a land/sea cruise with Princess Cruise lines. The last 5 days of the cruise we were quarantined to a room on board the boat because we were tested with Covid. I filed a claim with AON on August 3rd, 2022. Other than my occasionally checking our claim status online, and calling the company to see what is holding up the process, they have never contacted us for any reason .

I will attach the last letter I sent to AON in an effort to speed the process. Includes what I feel should be the settlement amount.
Desired outcome: Settle the claim per expenses and lost cruise time.
