Absolutely the worst!
Absolutely the worst! They do nothing but collect your money - don't return phone calls, don't provide claim forms, don't respond to filed claims and DON"T INSURE. STAY AWAY
Filed a claim for cancelled travel and they have been unresponsive
Filed a claim for cancelled travel and they have been unresponsive. Have waited on hold for several hours with an automated system and sent several emails for an updated status. Still no response.
I had travel plans to Mexico, and was unable to go due to not getting my passport in time. I bought insurance for both my sister and I. My sister was able to go. I called after trying to get things squared away with Travelocity. It was not resolved and my sister had to pay 500$ to stay at the resort. I was on hold for hours. Could not get through, and called Traywick today as a last resort. The agent was rude as hell for one. Told me that I should have called them prior, but didn't know I was supposed to. I will NEVER use this company again. I am out 1500$ plus another 500$ that my sister had to pay even though she did go. Horrible customer service!
I submitted my documentation and all claim forms for a medical visit during my travels on 10/11
I submitted my documentation and all claim forms for a medical visit during my travels on 10/11. As of today, I have still not received any type of status or reimbursement for my claim after following up four times after the initial submission. I have made a complaint with the Colorado Division of Insurance on top of this review. I'm not sure how else to get their attention to this matter.
They denied my claim outright claimig pre-existing condition
They denied my claim outright claimig pre-existing condition. The real situation was an old age related new issue. after further follow up, they denied again saying the lab tests were not ordered from outside. The doctor had done xrays and other tests in his office. So those tests are not covered. be aware of where you are putting your money. I have wated money for last 10 years, never knew because never had to use it. Its a false protection.

My Experience with this company is horrible
My Experience with this company is horrible. I filled my claim in Oct 2019 and submitted all documents that they need 10 times. Today is July and my claim is still pending. Every-time I call customer service same lady Brittany or Elizabeth picks up the call. Give me the same status that my claim is pending with processing department and refuse to provide any update. I felt cheated as they don't seems genuine to help you resolve your claim. I am gonna do my best to explain same story to every one because this company should not be doing business if they are not helping people with their claims.

Warning - absolute scam
Warning - absolute scam. Had to cancel a group trip after several people contracted COVID. Pretty open and shut case as far as coverage goes. My request was rejected (even though my companions' were accepted with the exact same paperwork) and now I have to file an appeal and wait several more months. Trawick won't put me in contact with anyone that can discuss my paperwork or give me a more accurate timeline. I assume the company is dealing with cash flow issues and intentionally pushing back the dates at which they have to ship reimbursement checks. Extremely disappointed - do NOT recommend choosing with this company if you want legitimate insurance coverage.

I bought a Trawick policy for a planned trip to Norway through Viking River Cruises
I bought a Trawick policy for a planned trip to Norway through Viking River Cruises. The trip was in early 2023, but I bought insurance when the trip was planned, in May . After 5 months, I decided to cancel the trip since full payment was due from Viking by the end of 2021 and my financial situation made payment at that time impossible. Viking refunded all but $*** of my $*** downpayment, but Trawick would not refund my money for the policy unless 100% of the downpayment was received! I am out $*** for an insurance policy never used! Do not do business with this company. They give insurance companies a bad name. They are not a customer responsive or caring company.
Seems like a scam
Seems like a scam. Do not buy. Absolutely horrible "customer service". I was hung up on by the customer service representative when I asked what her name was. And that was after she talked over me the entire time and didn't actually listen. There are 3 different numbers that ALL lead to the same person. Why is it that an insurance company has one person who answers all the phones? They denied my claim once which went completely against what their policy said saying that I was an inpatient when I was not, or that it was outside the 24 hrs of an acute onset of a pre-existing condition which is just untrue. Then upon providing more information they denied the appeal WITH THE EXACT SAME REASON meaning they didn't read anything I sent them. They also claimed to have no record of me being to one hospital when in reality that hospital had been contacting them for 8 months trying to get the insurance company to pay my bill. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. All they're in the business of is making your life hell and not paying out to anything. They have only responded to one of my claims also, without providing any decisions on others so they're completely avoiding them. If you buy insurance with these guys, they'll pretend like they don't know how to read their own policy so DON'T BUY WITH THEM. You'll end up paying thousands of dollars in medical bills.

We purchased a travel insurance policy on May 19 (NWXXXX-XX) for a trip to Costa Rica
We purchased a travel insurance policy on May 19 (NWXXXX-XX) for a trip to Costa Rica. The cost of the policy was $1,595.80, which included necessary medical insurance for Costa Rica. Our trip was scheduled for July 20 thru July 30. On June 24, Jeff had a doctor's appointment and lab work. The lab work was received on June 28 and we were notified that he had alarmingly high blood sugar levels and an A1C over 14. He was prohibited from traveling. We contacted *** for a claim form on June 29 and cancelled our trip. We submitted the claim (XXXXX) on July 2 and subsequent requested information on July 27. We have called multiple times to request a status and are told they are working on it or more often than not the phone goes unanswered. They state it takes 15 days to review a claim. It is been well over that time and we would like our $12,764 and at this point a portion of the $1,595.80 since we did need the medical insurance portion for Costa Rica.

I purchased the Safe Travels Voyager policy for a trip scheduled in January 2022. A few days prior to the trip to the cruise my husband tested positive for Covid. I immediately filed a claim as Covid was a covered medical reason for Trip Cancellation Coverage. After a very slow process of them gathering the documents they needed, on March 10th they told me the claim was in line for processing. Almost 90 days later my claim has still not been processed and they have stopped responding to my inquiries. My expectation is that they pay out the approximate amount due on the claim with interest. Policy Number: [redacted] Amount Paid for Policy: [redacted] Purchased on 01/01/2022 Claim filed on 01/21/2022 My Claim number is
Purchased a travel insurance policy from Trawick on January 21, 2022, for a trip to the British Virgin Islands with a substantial coverage amount. A covered family member contracted COVID-19 and tested positive, necessitating the cancellation of the trip. Submitted a claim through their contractor on March 28, 2022, for a significant sum since the airfare was rescheduled. Received an email confirming the receipt of documents (doctor's statement, credit card receipts, claim form, etc.) and was provided with a claim number.
Called on April 12, 2022, and spoke with a representative who confirmed that all required documentation was received, no additional information was needed, and the claim was approved but pending supervisor approval. This could take between 30 to 60 days from the date all documents were received, which was March 28. The representative mentioned it should likely take closer to 30 days. Called again on May 6 and spoke with another representative who confirmed receipt of all documents but stated that the supervisor had not yet reviewed them and it would be completed by the 60-day mark.
Now, on June 1, 2022, having surpassed the 60-day timeframe, I called and was on hold for an hour before opting to leave a voicemail. A representative called me back and claimed the only record of my calls was from April 12, despite my phone records showing the call on May 6. More importantly, he acknowledged that the 60 days had passed and he expedited the review, which could take up to an additional three weeks, though the accuracy of this timeline is uncertain. This delay is unacceptable.
It's evident that claims have increased due to COVID-19, but like every other business affected by the pandemic, adjustments should be made to accommodate these changes rather than using it as an excuse to delay payments. COVID-19 was prevalent when I purchased the policy; perhaps travel insurers should be transparent about their claim processing times to allow consumers to make informed decisions when selecting a policy. I urge the immediate release of the funds.
I purchased the Trawick International Safe Travelers Voyager plan 6/24 Policy Number XXXXXXX for a trip to start end of April 2022. I went on my trip and at my first destination on my trip one suitcase was delayed by over two days and the second was lost. I filed my claim promptly on return. Showing everything I spent to replace items while on my trip and the record of the lost bag and other proof. It has been a month since I filed the claim on 5/2/2022. Not only have I received no correspondence from company other than a claim confirmation. I can't view the status of the claim online and the company does not pick up the phone ever. You can sit on hold for hours literally. What kind of shoddy business is this. I have never had a worse travel insurance experience.
I purchased travel insurance through Trawick International on 4/11
I purchased travel insurance through Trawick International on 4/11. On 5/4, I submitted a claim for reimbursement. Claim was submitted through email as an attachment from *** to ***@cbpinsure.com. On 5/13, I called Trawick. A representative couldn't locate my email but eventually found it. However, she stated there was no attachment which was, of course, not true. I have that email in my Sent folder and attachment is there. While I was with the representative on the phone, I resent the claim from another email ***. The representative confirmed the receipt and stated she would forward it for review. On 5/18, I called Trawick again. They, of course, couldn't locate my claim again. A representative suggested to call another number. I called another number, left a message, but no one called back. On 5/20, I called Trawick again. A representative couldn't find my claim. Trawick is lying and delaying reimbursement.

I purchased vacation trip insurance for my planned vacation to Costa Rica (2/12/22 to 2/20/22 on December 19. I ended up having to cancel my trip due to Covid and an unplanned surgical procedure. I filed a claim with Trawick International on January 28.2022 for trip cancellation compensation as stated in my insurance policy. Since then I have tried calling and emailing Trawick for updates and information on when I will receive my money back, and have only received "form" emails with no details whatsoever, or when I have been able to actually contact them by phone I am told that my claim is "being processed". It has now been almost 2 months and nothing has happened.
In October I booked a trip to Costa Rica and purchased the Trawick Safe Travels insurance coverage. My member number is ***. My flight out was cancelled requiring me to book a higher priced flight to complete my trip, plus I had to spend a night in a hotel because I missed my connection on the new flight. I filed a claim on January 10 and received an email confirmation. On January 25 I received an email apologizing for the delay and to please be patient. I have heard nothing since then, and I cannot get through on the telephone number listed on the email. The people on the chat say they can't handle claims, and there is no way to check status or correspond with them other than snail mail or the phone number.
Hi, It's been a significant time since my claim has been filed and I have had no response. I'm attaching the required documents as a last resort. We were scheduled to take a cruise in July 2022 and had to cancel. My husband's mobility has become an issue and he cannot get around. He has rheumatoid arthritis and it has progressed. The cruise company cancelled the trip and refunded all but a $200 administration fee. The insurance company said that because we were charged that fee, they cannot refund the amount of $1468.14 that we paid them. This is disgraceful. We have no use for the insurance and will not need it. We would like it refunded immediately. Regent Seven Seas said they never heard of a company doing this.

On October 30, I purchased a travel insurance policy from Trawick International through TravelInsurance.com for $1285.23 to cover a cruise
On October 30, I purchased a travel insurance policy from Trawick International through TravelInsurance.com for $1285.23 to cover a cruise and trip that had been scheduled for May 24 - June 14. I was provided with Member No: *** and Certificate No:***. On March 3, Princess Cruises canceled our cruise due to restrictions in the UK. After first contacting the claims department, which said I had to contact sales, I contacted *** and requested a refund of the premium I paid. I received a response on March 25, outlining the requirements for a refund of the premium paid. On April 13, I contacted *** indicating that all requirements for a refund had been fulfilled, attaching all pertinent documents evidencing cancellation by Princess and the receipt of a full refund. This correspondence, as well as an e-mail on April 21 and a letter on April 26, were ignored. I want my refund.

I purchased travel insurance on Sept. 13, 2021 with Trawick International for trip from Sept. 17 through 29. I had wind damage to a rental vehicle. The travel policy covers up to $35,000 of rental vehicle collision damage. Windstorm is listed as covered under the policy. I submitted my claim on October 14 once I received the final bill from the rental company. It's now January 31, 2022 and I have yet to even be told if my documents are in order or what the resolution of the claim is. On a phone conversation on January 7 with the claims processing company I was told "we are sorry about the delay" (due to covid delays) and we'll expedite this and get you an answer within a week. I have yet to get a response other than a generic email repose. Honestly, I feel completely gullible in being so patient about this. Seeing other's people's complaints on here getting resolved so much more quickly than the service offered to me. Trawick policy # XXXXXXX
I submitted a claim with the travel insurance we purchase for our trip to Barcelona for travel disruption, lost bags, and delayed trip. Policy Number XXXXXXX under ***. The insurance covered our family of (3) people. I submitted the claim on October 18th and no one has replied. I've called their claims customer service number and have sat on hold for endless hours. No one picks up. When you call their regular cusotmer service number they tell you you have to speak to the claims department, but there is no one to speak to because no one answers the phone or answers emails. I am beyond frustrated with trying to get even a reply let alone the funds they owe me their my insurance claim.
I purchased travel insurance to cover a cruise. The cruise was cancelled. The cruise dates were Feb 14-25, 2022. We did not call Travel Insurance right away because we thought we might book another cruise. But we did not book another cruise. We are in our 70s with failing health. My husband was diagnosed with ***. So, we contacted the Travel Insurance back in January. We got an email on January 24th saying that we needed to email someone else, and they forwarded the email to the someone else and we also emailed them. Today, I realized we had not heard anything and started calling and the same thing happened. They said to call someone else. They forwarded me and I stayed on hold a long time. Then I tried calling again and was on hold a long time. I have tried to reach out without success to get refund of the Travel Insurance since we did not go on trip.
On October 3, I purchased travel insurance through Trawick International ($173.71)
On October 3, I purchased travel insurance through Trawick International ($173.71). The travel insurance was for myself and my sister to take a cruise. Unfortunately, my sister had an emergency medical issue, so we had to cancel the cruise. On November 9, I submitted all the required paperwork and medical documentation to Trawick (Nationwide Travel processes their claims). The company stated that it would take 15 days to review the claim. On December 11, I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I sent them an email. They replied with a form email that they had a huge amount of requests they were processing. It has now been almost two months, and I still haven't heard anything, so I sent them another email on January 1st and received another form email that they were behind on processing claims. I understand during a pandemic that they are behind on their work, but the least they can do is give their customers a time frame when to expect a respone. Trawick International owes me $697.68 that I lost on the cruise.

On 11/29, we boarded our scheduled flight S081 from RTB to TGU airport, which was delayed
On 11/29, we boarded our scheduled flight S081 from RTB to TGU airport, which was delayed. The pilot rerouted us back to RTB due to weather. We were told to reboard in 1 hour. We landed at TGU at 4:40pm, missing our connection AV455. The airline staff said no flights were available until 12/1, and we faced rebooking fees. Two extra nights in Honduras led us to stay at LQ Hotels, covering room and meals. We had to retake covid tests. I've contacted the airline for reimbursement and submitted a claim (no. XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX). Long holds on calls and no email replies have followed. I'm seeking prompt assistance with this claim.

Hi there, I purchased travel insurance for my trip to Guatemala, in which I ended up not going because I caught COVID
Hi there, I purchased travel insurance for my trip to Guatemala, in which I ended up not going because I caught COVID. I purchased travel insurance to cover my trip, incase I needed any refunds or had to cancel and they refused to refund me. I understand that the airline companies give back a credit, but I was willing to have this credit removed in order to get my refund. This trip was for a funeral, and I won't be revisiting this country anytime soon. However, they wouldn't accept this, so I felt like the insurance was a scam from the beginning. No matter what, I was never promised a refund for my trip incase of a health emergency. Moving past the fact that I could not get a refund, even though it was covered under my insurance package, I asked then for a refund on the insurance. I didn't use it, and wanted my money back. I left several voicemails and tried calling but kept getting hung up on. No one had returned my calls, so I emailed them instead, in which case they told me to call because I was past the "days of refund". But I had called so many times and no one would answer my call! At this point, I want to just be refunded for my insurance because I feel so scammed.

On 8/29 I purchased travel Insurance for my husband and I for our anniversaries vacation
On 8/29 I purchased travel Insurance for my husband and I for our anniversaries vacation. Unfortunately we contracted covid and were unable to go on 12/8, I contacted the Insurance company and filed a claim. However I never heard any update from them other than a automated email stating that they received my documents. As the weeks went on the airline and transportation company decided that they would refund me so I contacted Trawick to modify my claim amount since they would no longer need to pay the entire claim. After that I heard nothing from the company. Ive been calling and was kept on hold for hours waiting to speak with someone. I finally gave up and blocked my number and called back and got someone on the line right away! I was told that I could check my claim online through the portal so I signed up so I would no longer need to call constantly for an update and found that my claim was not even on file. After over a month of waiting the claim number that I have is not even bringing up a claim which is leading me to believe that they have no intentions of processing my claim. I would like to report this business for misrepresentation and would like my claim paid.

Parents are visiting from abroad, so I got them insurance from a provider
Parents are visiting from abroad, so I got them insurance from a provider. This company is unresponsive and fails to deliver on promises. I've repeatedly called for coverage and benefits information since the policy started, often waiting hours or most of the day, navigating endless automated menus. It seems like a sham as the system loops without resolution. Email is the only contact method that gets a response. Frustrated, I tried to cancel my policy. After much delay, representatives confirmed no claims were made and instructed me to email to finalize cancellation. Over a week later, they're still verifying claim absence and outrageously want to charge a cancellation fee, despite providing no value and wasting my time and money for five months. They're unhelpful, unresponsive, and insist on a fee for their own incompetence that led me to cancel.

I bought a Safe Travels First Class trip insurance on [protected] for travel on [protected]
I bought a Safe Travels First Class trip insurance on [protected] for travel on [protected]. The trip was canceled by the agency on 7/1. On 8/19 I spoke to a representative at Trawick International Customer Service. We have an 18-month extension for the trip. We need to send our new dates to the provided Trawick email with our Policy number and mention the policy in the subject line. On 2-11-22, I called Trawick and discussed our new trip and policy change. The representative confirmed it was possible, asking for cancellation proof to be emailed for the policy update. However, an email response later stated that due to a filed claim, the policy couldn't be converted, and I would lose my money, contrary to what I was told. The claim for a refund was denied as COVID wasn't covered, but I was assured the policy would be reinstated for a new trip. On 2-11-22, I spoke to Lupe, who, despite previous assurances, refused to honor applying the price ($150.92) towards a new policy or issuing a credit or refund. Disappointed with the company's handling, I've resorted to posting on Complaintsboard.com, marking my first complaint ever. It's disheartening when mutual respect doesn't lead to a fair resolution, especially over a small amount. Lupe confirmed there was no further recourse, prompting this action.

Purchased a travel insurance policy from Trawick on 1/21/22 for a trip to BVI with coverage in the amount of $****
Purchased a travel insurance policy from Trawick on 1/21/22 for a trip to BVI with coverage in the amount of $***. Covered family member contracted covid and tested positive - had to cancel trip. Submitted a claim through their contractor *** on 3/28/22 in the amount of $*** since airfare was able to be rescheduled. Received an email indicating documents were received (doctors statement, cc receipts, claim form etc.) and assigned claim #***. Called on 4/12/22 and spoke with a *** rep who verified that all required documentation was received, nothing further was needed and the claim was approved but awaiting supervisor approval which could take between 30-60 days from when all docs were received (3/28). She indicated that it should take closer to 30 days. Called again on 5/6 and spoke with another rep who indicated that all documents were received but that the supervisor had not reviewed yet and it would be done by 60 days. Now on 6/1/22 we're past 60 days, called and was on hold for an hour before choosing to leave a voice mail. *** calls me back and indicates the only record they have of me calling was 4/12 when I have phone records to prove the 5/6 call. More important - he acknowledges that the 60 days have passed and he "expedited" it for review but could take up to 3 more weeks - if that is even accurate. Unacceptable. Obviously claims are up due to covid but every business on the globe has had to make adjustments due to covid so stop using it as an excuse to hold onto people's money! Covid was still raging when I bought the policy - perhaps travel insurers should disclose their claim processing time to consumers making choices about who to buy a policy from. Please release the funds immediately.
My husband, *** purchased a travel policy (#XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX) to cover a cruise we took January 22-27, 2022
My husband, *** purchased a travel policy (#XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX) to cover a cruise we took January 22-27, 2022.. I had need of medical attention on January 25th. I submitted my paper work and sent it to the email address on their form on January 28th. Never having received confirmation I called mid-February and after a 2 hour hold. was told they did not receive it and I sent it to wrong email address. I promptly resent the paperwork to the email address provided. I still never heard from them. I called again March 11, 2022(again 2 hours on hold) and the agent informs me they see an email from me in January, but have yet to begin processing January claims. (this must be the claim I was told they never received) But where is the email I sent in February to replace the missing January claim? No answer! Today my husband received an emaistating there were no attachments to the January email I sent that they represented was missing. I immediately called and was told just to email everything to them again, which I did, while the agent was on with me to verify he received it. At that time he told me we were missing paperwork, which was not on the list of required documents I originally sent. I gather the missing documents and email those! I called again, just to make sure the email got there, which it did. BUT I was told that neither of my emails and attachments would be downloaded to their system until later in the week. This claim was originally submitted almost 2 months ago! The claim has not been reviewed! I am told because the email I was told they never received had no attachments and because there is no sign of the February email, by re-sending everything ,it is as if I am just submitting it today for the first time. There are no notes in my file indicating I called and spoke to anyone prior to March 11th. To add insult to injury, the agent, preceded to hang up on me. Terrible company!

My partner & I purchased a trip to Phuket on 6/24
My partner & I purchased a trip to Phuket on 6/24. On 7/11 we purchased the Safe Travelers Voyager plan through Trawick's website (Nationwide policy, Claim/Policy #: XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX), which includes Cancel for Any Reason. Our travel dates were Nov 5-15,2021. After our trip & insurance were purchased, the Secretary of State issued a Do Not Travel Advisory for Thailand beginning 8/10 (expiring 11/8 - 3 days after our departure). Due to the travel advisory & delta variant, we decided to cancel our trip on 9/7. We had non-refundable expenses of $2,781.50 ($1,390.75/traveler). We submitted a claim the same day (9/7). I followed up regarding status 4 times from 9/7 to 11/22 with no information other than "it's in queue". I received an email on 11/23 advising 2 additional documents were needed - the email also stated once the additional documents were received they would be processed within 15 business days. I sent both documents via email 12/7. We are now past the 15 business days to process & approximately 4 months after the original claim submission - still no information. I have continued to follow up: 1/3/22 via phone - hung up on after 90 mins on hold; 1/4/22 via phone - hung up on after 90 mins on hold; 1/4/22 via phone - spoke to a representative after 120 minutes on hold. The representative I spoke to on 1/4/22 indicated they received the addtl documents, that no one has reviewed them, and that when addtl documents are sent - the claim is sent to the back of the line (which contradicts their email). I then asked what their typical turnaround time is - she said that are currently still processing claims from Sept 2021, so it would likely be several months until the documents are reviewed. Trawick's lack of claim information, contradicting correspondence, and complete lack of timeliness is unacceptable. If we cannot reach resolution with Complaintsboard.com I will also be contacting the Ohio Department of Insurance to discuss options.

Hello! My name is [Redacted]
Hello! My name is [Redacted]. I purchased a travel policy from Trawick International, Safe Travels Voyager, which includes an 'any reason cancellation policy'. The policy covers 2 people: myself and my mother Larisa Manaeva, who is also listed. On Jan 09, 2022, we had to cancel our Costa Rica trip due to family reasons. I informed Trawick International on Jan 07, 2022, as required, 2 days before departure. I filed a claim online at cbpconnect.com that day, following instructions. I attempted to contact the claims department but faced long hold times without a response. After 2 weeks, my claim status online showed 'in process'. I received an email asking for more information, which I sent promptly. I had questions about the documentation and sought answers. Despite multiple emails and calls, with hold times exceeding 40 minutes, I received no response. Four weeks have passed since the trip cancellation and claim filing, yet I've not spoken to anyone in claims. The sales department, after a wait, answers calls but cannot assist with claims, only advising to wait without a timeframe. The website still shows 'in process'. No one responds, and there's no estimated time for claim processing. Our policy number is NW[Redacted], Member IDs: [Redacted] and [Redacted]. I've called these numbers for the claims department: [Redacted], and [Redacted]. I emailed [Redacted]@cbpinsure.com, only to receive automated replies. I'm seeking to have my claim processed for a 75% reimbursement of $1342.46 paid for airline tickets and lodge deposit.

I purchased a Trawick insurance policy for an upcoming trip to Norway, which was organized through Viking River Cruises. The journey was scheduled for early 2023, and I secured the insurance back when the trip was initially planned in May . Five months later, I found myself in a position where I had to cancel the trip because Viking required full payment by the end of 2021, and my financial circumstances at that time precluded me from fulfilling this obligation. Viking returned most of my down payment, withholding a small portion. Unfortunately, Trawick refused to issue a refund for the policy, citing a stipulation that a refund was only possible if the entire down payment was refunded by the cruise line. Consequently, I incurred a loss equivalent to the cost of the unused insurance policy. My advice is to reconsider doing business with this company, as my experience suggests they lack customer responsiveness and compassion, which contributes to the negative stereotypes associated with insurance providers.
Absolutely the worst! They do nothing but collect your money - don't return phone calls, don't provide claim forms, don't respond to filed claims and DON"T INSURE. STAY AWAY
Filed a claim for cancelled travel and they have been unresponsive. Have waited on hold for several hours with an automated system and sent several emails for an updated status. Still no response.
