Shady Cancellation Policy: My Experience with APEX 4 Kids
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with APEX 4 Kids. Don't get me wrong, Caleb seems like a decent guy with a good message, but the company itself is pretty shady when it comes to cancellations. I mean, I couldn't even find the email to cancel, so I had to go to their website and use the contact form four times just to ask them not to renew my subscription. And what do you know, they still went ahead and renewed it anyway!
So, I reached out to an employee to try and get my charges refunded, but they straight up called me a liar because I apparently opened a "renewal reminder" email from July 30th today. Like, come on, that email was buried in my junk folder because they use a different domain to send those reminders than the one I marked as safe on my spam filter. But hey, I've got screenshots of all my cancellation requests, so I know I'm not crazy.
Honestly, I'd say steer clear of this company if you want to be treated with any sort of respect and not get scammed into an auto-renewal. Caleb might have a good message, but the company behind him is just not worth the hassle.
Shady Subscription Practices: My Experience with APEX 4 Kids
So, I gotta say, I was pretty ticked off when I didn't get a notification about my subscription renewing with APEX 4 Kids. I mean, come on, I'm not made of money here! But then, after I sent an email asking about it, I found out that the payment email came from a different address than all the other emails. Like, what the heck? That's just shady, man. And apparently, I'm not the only one who's had this problem. Seems like they're trying to sneak around and hide their notifications so you don't cancel in time to get a refund. I mean, I get a ton of emails every day, so it's not like I'm gonna notice one from an address I don't recognize. It's just not cool, you know? So, if you're thinking about signing up with APEX 4 Kids, just be aware that they might try to pull a fast one on you. Keep your eyes peeled and don't let them get away with it!
APEX 4 Kids Review: Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with APEX 4 Kids. They went and charged me over a hundred bucks, which is a whole lotta money in Aussie dollars, even though I tried to cancel my annual subscription. Let me tell ya, trying to cancel with these folks is like trying to navigate a maze with no exit. And when I tried to reach out to customer care, nobody answered my emails. I was so mad, especially since this all happened during the COVID lockdowns when I was already strapped for cash.
So I sent them an email right away, telling them I didn't wanna be a member no more and asking for a refund for the money they charged me even though I'd already asked them not to. But it took a whole week for them to get back to me, and when they did, they said they wouldn't refund me and didn't even answer any of my questions. Can you believe that?
So I wrote back and complained, and what did they do? They still didn't answer my questions and said they were doing me a favor by refunding me half of what they charged. I was so upset and disappointed, I told them I wanted all my money back. But they refused and stopped answering my emails altogether. And get this - they even delete complaint messages on their Facebook page! I know 'cause I took screenshots of other people in the same boat as me.
Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere near these crooked folks. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Apex4Kids: A Game-Changer for My Daughter's Education and Entrepreneurial Spirit
My daughter, she's 12, has a lot of things going on with her brain. She's got cerebral palsy, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, and sensory processing disorder. It's a lot, and it makes school really hard for her. Like, really hard. She hates it.
But then, my friend told me about this thing called Apex4Kids. It's only $7 a month, so I figured we could give it a try. And let me tell you, it's been a game-changer.
We started in February, and by April, my daughter was so into it that she wanted to start her own business. We called it The Ripple Effect Shop, and it's been a homeschool project to teach her about money and how to run a business.
Now, it's October, and that business is making us some serious cash. It's changed our lives, and it's taught my daughter that she can make a big difference in the world.
I gotta give a shoutout to Caleb and Summa Success. Caleb's videos are short enough to keep my daughter's attention, and he explains things in a way that she can actually understand. Plus, he's got so much energy that it's contagious. Even I get pumped up watching his videos.
And you know what? Our communication has gotten so much better since we started this program. We still have our teenage moments, but we're able to talk things out better than we used to.
I'm so grateful for Apex4Kids. It's been a real lifesaver for us.
Mixed feelings about APEX 4 Kids: Great Content, Poor Customer Service & Communication
I'm a mom of an 11-year-old boy who has ADHD and I gotta say, my son LOVES the energy that Caleb brings to his videos on APEX 4 Kids (apex4kids.com). I decided to invest in the program when it was still in its early stages and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with what I got. However, there were a few issues that I encountered along the way.
First off, I never received any recurring payment emails or notifications from APEX 4 Kids. As far as I knew, I paid a one-off special price for a year and that was it. So imagine my surprise when I found out that I was charged for another year during the COVID pandemic. I was in the supermarket with my card declined and I had no idea why. When I investigated, I found out that APEX 4 Kids had charged me for another year without any warning or advisory email. Other reputable companies usually send out emails to let you know that you'll be charged again, but not APEX 4 Kids.
I was NOT happy about this and I asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that it wasn't possible after waiting a good while for a reply. I then asked to speak with a manager because I had no money to buy groceries and my son had already watched all the videos and was bored. The manager told me to just enjoy the access for another year and to cancel for next year. I also asked them to cancel any payments for me because I had NEVER knowingly agreed to this and had NO paperwork mentioning a regular charge. That was back during Feb/March time and I still haven't heard back from any manager or anyone else, even though I sent a follow-up email about a month later.
It's disappointing that I had to go through all of this, especially during a pandemic when money is tight for everyone. And to make matters worse, users don't have access to their own private data on their user accounts! Overall, I would say that APEX 4 Kids has some great content, but their customer service and communication could use some improvement.
Apex4Kids.com Review: Scam Alert! Do Not Trust This Company
I recently started my own Shopify business and was looking for ways to boost my sales. That's when I stumbled upon apex4kids.com, which claimed to offer top-rated data to convert customers. They even offered a free 14-day trial, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I signed up and saved all the information just in case I wanted to cancel before the trial period ended.
Unfortunately, the supposed data did absolutely nothing for my store. Despite their claims that their clients earned millions with this data, I saw no difference in my sales. I decided to cancel 10 days before the trial period ended, following their instructions to the letter.
I assumed everything was taken care of, but when the due date rolled around, I was shocked to see two transactions for $199 each on my account, totaling $398 to apex4kids.com. I was furious because now I didn't have enough money to pay my rent or buy my daughter a birthday gift.
I tried to contact them multiple times through email and phone, but I received no response. I eventually had to report their activity to my bank, and now my accounts are on hold. I'm in a tough spot because I have no money to pay my rent or buy my daughter a gift.
This company has completely ruined everything for me by not following through on their advertised promises and stealing my money. I believe they need to be investigated immediately before they scam others. I also discovered that apex4kids.com and lookalikelibrary.com are the same company, and they are advertising on Instagram.
Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not trustworthy and do not deliver on their promises. It's a shame that they have caused so much trouble for me and my family.

Scam Alert: APEX 4 Kids Fails to Deliver on Promises
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with APEX 4 Kids. I paid for their service last year and I still haven't received any access to their materials. It's a total scam if you ask me. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but I haven't gotten any response. I don't want to cancel my credit card because I use it for a lot of automatic payments, but I might not have a choice now because of this scam.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on APEX 4 Kids. Like I said, I haven't received anything from them. I've tried logging in, but they don't seem to recognize my email address even though they have my credit card information. It's just not worth it. Save your money and find a different service that actually delivers what they promise.
Disappointed with APEX 4 Kids: No Communication, No Refunds, No Way Out
I signed up for APEX 4 Kids about 8 months ago and I haven't received anything from them since last year. The money just keeps going off and I'm not sure how to cancel my standing order. I sent a message to their customer service email, but based on these reviews, it seems like I won't get a response or be able to do anything about it. This program is a load of crap and I'm really disappointed. Has anyone been able to retrieve their account details from these scammers in order to cancel their standing order? Please let me know if you have them. I really don't want to have to cancel my card.
Disappointing Experience with APEX 4 Kids: Lack of Support and Concerns about Unauthorized Charges
I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when I stumbled upon APEX 4 Kids. Caleb seemed like a real stand-up guy, and I was all about supporting his cause. So, I signed up as an affiliate and forked over a buck for some ebooks. I wasn't sure if it was gonna be a one-time deal or if I was signing up for a trial, but I figured it was worth a shot.
Unfortunately, things didn't go quite as smoothly as I'd hoped. I never got an email receipt or any kind of confirmation that I'd paid for anything. And when I tried to access the ebooks and other materials, I hit a brick wall. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.
I tried reaching out to the support team via live chat and email, but I never heard back from anyone. And that's when the disappointment really started to set in. I mean, I was really rooting for Caleb and his mission, but it's hard to keep the faith when you can't even get a response from the people running the show.
To make matters worse, I started seeing reviews from other folks who claimed they were getting charged over and over again without their consent. And now I'm starting to worry that I might be in the same boat.
All in all, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing. I really wanted to support APEX 4 Kids and help spread the word about what Caleb is doing. But if I can't even get a response from the support team, it's hard to feel like my contribution is making any kind of difference.

Apex 4 Kids Review: A Nightmare Experience with Customer Service and Billing
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough time with Apex 4 Kids. I signed up, but boy oh boy, I had a typo in my email and couldn't even log in! And let me tell ya, nobody caught that mistake. I tried to cancel my account a bunch of times, but it was like talking to a brick wall. Finally, I got an email from Gaby Kho saying my account was cancelled and I wouldn't get charged again. But guess what? A few weeks later, they took money out of my bank account AGAIN! Can you believe it? Now I gotta go through my bank to cancel it. I tried to reach out to Apex 4 Kids again, but it's been over 48 hours and I haven't heard a peep. So, if you're thinking about signing up, I'd think twice.
Disappointing APEX 4 Kids Review: Fake Videos and Unwanted Renewal Charges
So, I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with APEX 4 Kids. I got the videos for my son Caleb, but he wasn't feeling them at all. He said the guy in the videos seemed really fake, and I gotta admit, I kinda saw what he meant. I wish I had asked for my money back within the 30-day window, but I was hoping Caleb would change his mind. And then, wouldn't you know it, I totally forgot about it.
Fast forward a whole year, and I see a charge on my credit card statement for a renewal. I had no idea they were gonna do that! If I hadn't been looking at my statement, I never would have known. So I asked for a cancellation and a refund of that second charge, but they said no way. Now I'm just hoping they don't charge me again next year. Maybe my credit card will expire before then, haha.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend APEX 4 Kids. The videos weren't great, and the whole renewal thing was a real pain. Save your money and find something better for your kiddos.
Disappointing Experience with Apex4kids: Poor Customer Support and Communication
I recently tried to access the Apex4kids website to allow my child to watch the educational videos and read the content available. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with my password and was unable to log in. Despite attempting to reset my password multiple times, I never received the necessary instructions in my email, even after checking my spam folder.
I reached out to the support team through the chat feature on the website, but they were unable to assist me in resolving the issue. They promised to follow up with me via email, but I never received any communication from them. As a paying customer, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication from the Apex4kids team.
I eventually decided to request a refund for my subscription, but once again, I did not receive a response from the company. I am now considering contacting my bank to prevent any further charges from Apex4kids.
Overall, my experience with Apex4kids has been frustrating and disappointing. As a parent, I want to provide my child with the best educational resources available, but unfortunately, this website has not lived up to my expectations. I hope that the Apex4kids team can improve their customer support and communication in the future to avoid similar issues for other customers.
