APM Buses review: APM Buses South Africa

My brother in-law travelled yesterday he got at the pick up point on time nd the apm bus got two hours later... No communication nothing from apm bus representative... People had to make means to call the call centre nothing came up because the number was just ringing on its own no answer... What I pick up from this "apm buses" they target black people nd they know that when they travel they travel in numbers so they attract them with their low travelling prices but with the poorest service ever in return.. This apm must close down! The owner is just greedy I did make make some research about him his black what I want him to do is not be greedy nd take a large number of bookings with poor service conditions... He should stop being greedy nd take a limited number of bookings or close down because his service sucks!
