ApplianceParts4all review: Scammers and liars

SCAMMERS. LIARS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This company is an absolute joke. Their so-called "customer service" is nothing but a bunch of dishonest, incompetent reps who lie to customers and then refuse to take responsibility. Nicole, one of their reps, straight-up told me on the phone that my order could be canceled with NO fees or deductions. But instead of actually canceling it, she stalled and ignored my request until it was too late. Then suddenly, they changed their story and claimed cancellation wasn’t guaranteed.

On top of that, they had the audacity to say they paid for my shipping—when my receipt clearly shows I was charged $10.99 for it. When I asked to speak to a manager, they strung me along for days, only to come back and say a so-called "lead rep" was now handling my case. Translation? They never let me speak to an actual manager because they know they’re in the wrong.

This company is built on deception and shady business practices. They’ll take your money, lie to you, and refuse to fix their mistakes. Don’t waste your time or your money here—go somewhere that actually respects its customers.
