This place is the worst ever. I had been renting a washer/dryer combo with them for years, then my washer broke. I called them on August 6th requesting a repair or replacement. I had already made my monthly payment on the first. Appliance Warehouse scheduled service for the following week then repeatedly postponed each week through emails to me. They said they would credit my account for not having functional equipment that I had already paid the rental fee on. I finally had enough after a month of no shows and told them to pick up the equipment. They scheduled and postponed on that one as well. Finally, after pickup, I called and requested a refund for the month I paid for non-working equipment. They continued to credit my closed account and said I wasn't entitled to a refund. I just gave them an extra $45 dollars for no service. What a rip-off. I'd like to see this place go out of business. I'm sure I'm not the only one they've done this to.

I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that? I was paying them every month, and they couldn't even bother to fix or replace my washer. And then they have the nerve to not give me a refund for the month I paid for nothing. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

It's just so frustrating when you're trying to do the right thing and pay for your appliances, and then you get treated like this. I don't know how they can stay in business with such terrible service. It's like they don't even care about their reputation. I hope other people read this and decide not to give them their business.

Overall, I would say that Appliance Warehouse is a complete waste of time and money. They don't care about their customers, and they don't provide the service they promise. If you're looking for a reliable appliance rental company, look elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did.
