Since the beginning of our subscription last year 2015 appy pie have been supportive in all area of questioning/pricing and upgrading from gold to platinum plan. When we had issues uploading to playstore the team helped us to rebuilt and publish for us both on android and blackberry, they have ear of listening, customer relations are superb and never disappoint us.

If want want to build your app and you are not here... you are sleeping on a bicycle.

We've been developing our app with Appypie for about a month now. We're a band that wanted to bring all of our social media, music, videos and fans together in one place. It's not rocket science building an app, but it can get complicated when you don't know all of the background stuff. The support team at Appypie has been phenomenal! Just today we had an issue with something in the background that I knew nothing about. Dennis at Appypie got everything working right away. We're getting close to finally launching our app and our test team of fans is super excited about releasing it to the rest of our fans. There's NO WAY I could have done this without the help of Appypie support! I shopped around before we went with Appypie and got the recommendation from a friend to try them as well. If you're looking for an app platform, look no further.

I've never built a phone app before and Appypie makes it possible to do so without knowing any coding. But, there was a point, for my situation, where I realized I needed to use their api for my unique situation. Appypie walked me through it. Both via email and their instant chat support. When I just need a quick question answered, they have the instant chat and with the real techie questions I had they sent me right to their Level 2 Engineer. The chat box support is great because, you want to finish your app, and you can make important decisions on the spot as your building it, rather than having to wait for an email-yet, even with email, Appypie responds promptly and they always end their emails saying not to hesitate to get back with them if you have any further questions. I have gone back to them a lot and they were great. What makes a great service is the support, and Appypie has that.

Before I give my reasons why AppyPie is not only right for you, but rather absolutely crucial, I would just like to say- Skip the manual app creation process and alleviate your time, work commitment and endless confusion in order to create a Apple/Android Application and give AppyPie a chance! I promise you will not regret it! What do you have to lose... besides your time and regret?

I, myself, was very skeptical of their services and interface, but that is far from the truth now! After giving Appsy a chance to create the powerful, community-based, feature intrinsic and revolutionary app (for both iOS and Android) for my investment platform... after attempting to create the app myself, getting past the landing page, asking developers to create such app and even hiring a "professional" to create the app- Failure was the only thing that I experienced. I got so fed-up with the process and the inability for even the most experienced developer to create the personalized app I desired did I fall upon the "game-changer" within my app creation experiences- AppyPie!

Through their simplistic interface and modulation have I experienced the ability to develop, post and publish my customized app upon the Apple, Android (can also post upon the Microsoft and Amazon) Markets! How difficult is this process, let's just say it's as enjoyable as eating a piece of apple *PIE*... AppyPie! I could go on for days as to how this website and customary service is the "game-changer" in the field of app creation, but why take my word for it? I have a community base of my app downloaders experience the masterpiece of an app, thanks to AppyPie! Try it for yourself, take a chance on them, you WILL NOT regret it!

customer service was prisitine .. i literally wasted this guys time for like an hour not purposely of course but my internet was being slow and the live chat kept timing out. but of course they stuck around,, most companies dont even have a live chat. this is awesome. there definately there to help

Had a great experience creating app with appy pie. Building high quality and fully functional apps becomes a matter of minutes. Also, the team responds proactively. There are lot of rich features to integrate in app. After that, we can publish app or monetize it with one click. Send daily push notifications very easily without any hassle. Everything is managed so well. Totally wonderful!

So far this is a great way to create and publish your app. It is very user-friendly and the staff is extremely helpful. They are available at any hour and try hard to satisfy your needs. The design options are great for people who are not graphic artists and it allows you to upload your own graphics. So far, the back office reports and push notification options are testing well. My app is not live yet but so far, it's a great experience.

I have searched other App makers and use them before coming to Appypie, one way or the other i wasn't satisfied, it's either poor customer service and if you mess up you have to wait days upon days before you get an email response or they are missing out some features or worse, exorbitant fee yet those other App maker are only good for some business but never suited me. Getting to Appy Pie, they took me by awe, from Live Chat support to Email, they are fast, responsive and considerable. I don't remember taking an issue to them and i was left without a solution. They provide monthly billing some other companies will charge yearly and yet appypie is very affordable by any pocket size, mind you i am a student now in Business all because of the App built here. On top this they gave me surplus features and all i needed. They kept on sending me emails on how to earn from my App, today my business is growing, all thanks to Appy Pie, wake me up at night, bring other App makers and i will still chose Appy Pie a 100 Times, except they later decide to raise the fee for giving you the best App maker ? for now no flaws

I purchased their platinum plan. When I first published my app, there were some problems. For example, the App Icon looked squished and unprofessional, even though it was the exact resolution requested by Appy Pie. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that I would need to purchase Add-Ons that cost twice as much as my plan. I bought the Add-Ons for 24/5 customer service and the ability to re-submit my app. The App icon issue was fixed, but my app, which is a directory app, still has issues. The listings do not show the business address or a map as advertised. On March 8, I contacted customer service, submitted a ticket, and they told me to wait for a certain number of hours. On March 10, they told me it would be fixed in 1-2 hours. They assured me to be patient and that they would personally take care of it. However, the 1-2 hours turned into 2-4 hours. I waited another 24 hours. A representative named *** assured me that my app would be fixed and they would update me by March 13th, 2023. On March 13, 2023, I reached out to customer service again. My app was still not working, but I did receive a short email stating that "it was resolved" and my ticket was closed. *** got online to chat with me and assured me that it was resolved. However, I informed him that it was not. *** told me to check my email for proof. The video he sent showed the listings without the address or map. We went back and forth for about 30 minutes as I had to convince him that the problem still existed. Finally, *** realized that it was not fixed and informed me that another ticket would need to be submitted, which would take another certain number of hours. I checked back with customer service on March 15, and they told me it would be a few more hours. I checked back again on March 16, and I was told to wait for another certain number of hours. Customer service assured me day after day that it would be taken care of on a priority basis. They offered to give me a refund, but they would completely delete my app, which I own. They refused to help me. The directory listings are a premium feature offered with the platinum plan.
