I bought a pump from them and the site said it would ship out within the next 3-5 business days. After a week, I tried calling them because they would not return my emails. I finally get somebody on the phone and he let me know that it would ship out the next day. I tried calling two days later to confirm and they were closed. I then waited til Monday, after 30 mins of ringing the phone, the guy answered. He said they cancelled my order due to damages and I wanted to know why I wasn't notified, they have horrible customer service and I do not reccomend them to anybody!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've placed two orders with them, one of which apparently got cancelled the next day; I can't get anyone on the phone or to return emails or anything. Does anyone know if they are still open?
They seem to do good at advertising products then taking down all your credit card information but don't tell you its out of stock.Only after you research your account with them do you find its been canceled out of stock.
How are they still taking money. I placed an order on 9-8-2022 (my bad) for not reading reviews first. Tried calling and the number is not in service. They will not reply to email. Fraud that for some reason can’t be stopped.
I ordered a pool cover on 9-8-2022 ord. #93917 they took the money and that was the end of it. No response to emails and no working phone numbers.
