Ardsley Management is supposed to be managing the place where I live, but they ain't doing a good job at all. They don't give a damn about us residents. I reckon we should kick them to the curb and let the folks in our community take over. That way, we might actually get some bang for our buck with the fees we're paying.

Ardsley Management is the worst! I've been waiting for over two weeks for them to fix the wall and ceiling they tore down in my bedroom. They only half-fixed things and didn't bother to show back up to make the repairs. They gave me all sorts of reasons and excuses, but none of them fixed the problems. I had to literally drive over to their office to get an answer that didn't help at all. If I ever relocate anywhere, I'll make sure they're not managing anything. It's a total nightmare!

Ardsley Management is in charge of our area, North Neighborhood. My backyard neighbor raised their land's grade and installed a pool. Such alterations are prohibited, and owners have 30 days to rectify them. Pools are permitted here, but the guidelines stipulate a cover and a fenced area with a lockable gate is required. I've repeatedly contacted them over the past year, only to be given excuses. Staff are unavailable or they note my details, promising a callback that never comes. It's a one-way conversation with me persistently reaching out while Ardsley deflects. Recently, I sought a timeline from a representative, who told me to wait for the board meeting in June 2022. However, this matter has been known to Ardsley since November , as emails confirm. The representative also mentioned needing permission to share board members' contacts, delaying until June 2022, despite this information supposedly being accessible on our community site, which, ironically, displays 'Sample Text.' Ardsley's focus appears to be on fee collection with minimal effort. I've gathered all necessary details, but I can't force my neighbor to install a fence; that's on the board and Ardsley. The main concern is the ongoing safety issue for over a year. Many families with young children, including mine, are exposed to this hazard. Immediate action is required.

I live in the *** Neighborhoods and I gotta say, Ardsley Management Co. is a real pain in the butt. They took over our HOA without warning and we didn't even know they were a sketchy ComplaintsBoard.com company with a C- rating. They don't even have the tech to show us their rules and what they did with our fees this year. I don't even remember getting a covenant, but we did get a list of fees and stuff, but now we can't find it on their site. We pay $520 a year and it seems like they just make up charges and overcharge us for stuff. Like, they charged us $1,200 for snow removal when the snow was already melted! And don't even get me started on the drainage issue we've had for 13 YEARS. We sent them pictures and everything, but they didn't even respond. And the field behind us is a mess too, with debris all over the place. We tried to get info on it, but nothing happened. And they keep raising our fees even though more houses are being built. It just doesn't make sense. And we haven't even had a neighborhood meeting to complain to them directly. They should at least have a virtual meeting, but nope. Ardsley Management Co. needs to be held accountable for all their BS. Someone please help us out here.
