Arkansas Pain Center review: Dr. Butchaiah Garlapati

I went to Dr "Butch" after i was diagnosed with two herniated disk in my neck and my shoulder was going numb.My dr that diagnosed it suggested a neck injection. Before i agreed to get the shot from Dr. Butch he and I had a long conversation that i do not and will not take pain meds and i just needed the shot and before i submit to the shot i needed to know how much it would cost, he agreed that his nurses would help get a price before they scheduled a appointment. Heather his nurse called and left a message stating my total out of pocket would be $71.48. Three months later i get a bill for $487.00. After i question why its three times the amount that was told to me heather got defensive and would not let me talk to the office manager or leave a message with the Dr. They are lairs and are very unprofessional.
