We had hail and storm damage May 2022. Arko exteriors did a good job and dealing with Nic Rundle was always a pleasure and he was always very responsive. Always retuned calls very promptly if he could not answer. The repairs were done and handled in a very professional and always courteous manner. Thanks to Nic and the Arko team! John

Love our new roof! We worked with Project Manager Nic Robertson who inspected our old roof, found hail damage, worked with our insurance adjuster and scheduled us for the new roof installation. The work was done quickly and professionally. Nic stayed in touch with us throughout the process and inspected the work. Thanks Nic for all you did! Jim and Sue Thompson

Arko project manger Nic was with me and my claim from start to finish. He played a major role by spending time with insurance adjuster and all the needed supplements. Overall, this is the company and Nic is the person I referred to many colleagues and friends for any type of exterior work. I was referred to ARKO by friend after three different major companies with lots of commercials didn't want to get involved with My insurance.

My insurance agent told me to call Arko for a roof inspection for possible hail damage. Nic Rundle came out the next day and thoroughly inspected the roof, gutters and siding for hail damage. He was very polite, friendly and informative. He did not find evidence of hail damage, yet he still answered my concerns about the condition of my roof, and even took moss off an area of the garage roof at no charge. I would recommend calling Arko to get an honest assessment of storm damage.

I had a bad experience with my insurance company and a third party brought in to "represent" me in my claim. It lasted for 13 months. I won't go into all the details other than to say the representatives from this other company were misleading at best and possibly even intentionally deceptive at times. They talked me into paying for services of even more "experts" with promises to make me whole if my "slam dunk" case was unsuccessful. This third party backed out of their promise when the slam dunk was blocked and that's when Arko Exteriors really stepped up to the plate. They looked at the circumstances of what was promised and what eventually happened. Arko stepped in and made me whole even though they didn't have to. Scott from Arko simply said they didn't agree with how things went down and wanted to do what they felt was right for me as their customer. A few days later, their crew came in and did a fantastic job on my roof. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and their cleanup was immaculate. Inspection went perfect and she said they did a great job. If hail ever sweeps through my neighborhood again, my first call will be to Arko.

I give ARKO and Luke high marks for a job well done. Luke was responsive and upfront about the process--a great liaison between the insurance company and me. The roofers were hardworking and efficient, despite a 90+ degree work day. Clean up was thorough, and they were respectful of my property. The new roof looks beautiful, and I'm happy to get a 30-year warranty. I'm a satisfied customer and have already recommended ARKO.

Use anyone but arko exteriors! Arko did a roof and siding on my house and absolutely nothing went well. I ended up doing 80% of the cleanup, had to call to get inspections since they didn't pass the first time or the second actually. Arko didn't do work they said they would, been out at least 10 times to fix siding and at least 3 times to fix the roof. The roof and siding still aren't up to par. This project lasted almost a full year for a 1977 cookie cutter house. I really cant say anything good about arko and how they handled every aspect of the job or the workmanship. Many promises made and not kept. I would like to post pictures they speak for themselves.

ARKO Exteriors is the worse business I have ever dealt with. They reroofed my house and in the process damaged my brick front on my garage. They did not immediately report it. During the reroofing, they left exposed wood showing. (I have pictures). They claim they repaired this and have pictures also yet have never produced them. ARKO said they would send out someone to fix the bricks. They showed up with wrong bricks and could not identify what bricks we had. We waited 4 weeks and decided to proceed with local brick contractor. (They identified the bricks immediately.) I got estimates for the damaged bricks, ARKO accepted the bid and I schedule the work. After the repairs I send the statement to ARKO and they still have not sent the check. Damage occurred August 10. Repairs were completed October 11. I sent the bill via text to the project manager on October 11. No check came. On October 21, I contacted him again. He stated check in the mail. Still no check. November 2, I contacted him again. No check. November 3, I again contacted the project manager. No check. November 4, I called ARKO and was told the check just went in the mail. Every employee I have talked to has refused to talk if you in any way show your frustration. I have never seen a company that has no customer service!
