Army And Air Force Exchange Service (aafes) Exchange Credit Service (ECP) review: Military star credit card

There was unauthorized charge of $15 for my military star credit card on 6/28/23 and I contacted them and provided all my information requested for them to investigate. I have paid my balance ahead of due date for my remaining balance in full using a different payment method instead of paying online except that extra payment fee of $15. I put in the correct bank account but now all those information disappeared from my account which seems to be deleted on the other end without my consent. Therefore there could be the system error and the $15 of charge appeared which is not part of the amount I ever spent. I used to go to MEX store to pay for my account way ahead of time to avoid extra payment fee like this. The representative responded saying they have submitted a request to have the $15 fee waived on 7/12. Later I contacted again to follow up because it has been over one month and that fee was still not waived because I have already paid all my balance in full except that that unauthorized amount of $15. I was not informed of the status of their investigation and this credit card company is very irresponsible to me who is an active duty officer dedicated myself to the country and our people. Especially I am paying everything on time except unauthorized amount that which is not spent by me. However, they not only denied my request to waive that unauthorized charge without notifying me. They even changed another ridiculous unauthorized charge of $3.25 as interest in additional to that $15 which is insane bight interest. There was no due payment showing in my account up to 8/20 and I specifically called this credit card company to verify because I don’t want to see unexpected charge like this interest and they confirmed that there was no payment due until September. So where did this huge interest come from? This is scamming customers’ money and ruining their own reputation. I will not accept those unauthorized charge of 18.25 and they need to waive in my account.
