Sincere appreciation toward Arpi's team members. To lady who picked up telephone and set up an initial appointment Ms. Laurri. Thank you for a visit of a company wise man Mr. Craig project manager who help us with decision of what should be done. Thank you for a visit of very skillful technicians Mr. William and Mr. Arlen whose practical skills made entire project possible. Thank you all for the highest level of professionalism and the highest level workmanship. No hidden fees, no mess when they left. Highly recommend for a big projects as the one done at our home; furnace replacement.

I have only been service from Arpi's for 3 years now when we got the new Lennox furnace and then again last year with the new Lennox air conditioner. In both cases the service has been great. I had a question about our furnace today and Arpis sent the service tech over within an hour as he made his last call on his way home. Leon was just great as he went over the questions I had and knew right away what the situation was. Such personalized service is so uncommon today and to find such great knowledgeable staff is even more uncommon. Thank you Arpi's for great service and to Leon for your integrity. Stewart L

EDIT: After writing this review, we received an email from Arpi's stating: "Good afternoon. Please see attached for a copy of your current statement. Can you please advise when we can expect payment. Please note: The manager was going to give you a break and not make you pay for this service call. Unfortunately, due to your bad review, he has changed his mind and will not be refunding this charge. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact either Jeff or Bob. Thank you, Sarah." REVIEW: We hired Arpi's in early July to install our new A/C. On the day of installation, there was a miscommunication, and the electrician did not show up until a few days later. Once the A/C unit was installed and the power was connected, it functioned for less than a couple of hours before it damaged our blower motor inside the furnace. When Arpi's returned to investigate, they spent about 10 minutes before confirming, "Yep, your blower fan is damaged. We suggest getting a new furnace since the cost of the motor alone is almost the same." They then attempted to charge us an additional $225 for the service call, and their quote for a new furnace was $2000 more than another company's ($6500 versus $4500). We chose a different company for the new furnace and would like to acknowledge Wade for his excellent service. After finally having a working A/C, we left for vacation and returned two weeks later to find our hot tub had stopped working and was ice cold. We suspected it might be related to the load switch installed with the A/C, so we contacted Arpi's again. Following a series of calls and emails to arrange a time for them to address the issue, they ultimately cancelled and advised us to contact their contract electrician directly. The entire situation felt very hands-off on Arpi's part. It seemed as though they had little interest in ensuring the project was completed properly. Their lack of concern was evident.
The technician arrived on time, was very polite and efficient.
We have had excellent service from Arpi's over the decades. This week we had a major furnace repair by two technicians and we were again very happy with the results and their customer focused behaviour. Keep up the great work!

We recently had an install done by Arpi's Industries. I noticed some issues and called the service center to have someone come out and take care of the problem. I spoke to Sarah at the call center, she was very friendly and helpful and arranged for a service tech to come by the same day. John came by that afternoon to assess the situation. He worked hard to make sure that the problem we faced was looked after properly before considering the job done. Both Sarah on the initial call and John the tech were friendly, helpful and a credit to your company. The quick response to our issue also saved us from a potentially serious situation. Thank you.
Im sure people have had decent service from Arpis but my experience was pretty much complete rubbish. I had another HVAC tech, a friend, trouble shoot our Rinai and he advised the circulation pump needed to be replaced but didnt have time to fix it for a couple of weeks so I called Arpis and asked them to confirm the diagnosis and quote the cost to replace. I was fine with the $89 dispatch fee but it shouldnt have taken the tech more than 30 minutes to confirm the circ pump was shot. Instead I got billed for two hours because he hung around for just over an hour and Arpis, I have since learned, rounds up to the next hour so I ended up with a *** for $358 that accomplished nothing. I will never use Arpis again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
We had the yearly maintenance work done on our furnace today. The technician who came, ***, was punctual, courteous, and offered advice. He did all checks as per the checklist and provided with the report. Very professional service. We are always pleased with Arpis

Jesse and Allan did a wonderful job installing a tankless boiler for us after our water tank died. It was 2 full days if work and they managed to get us hot water for the home at the end of day 1, and the in floor heating sorted on day 2. Both paid attention to the details (Allen even repositioned a pre-existing gas line to better accommodate the hose to the barbecue so the cover hung better, and Jesse obsessively plumbed all of the lines, and routed wires and hoses to match) and they left the space spic and span. They walked us through how to adjust the temperature control, and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. Great team to welcome into your home!
We had 2 furnaces installed in 2010. Had burner and exchanger rust 1 year out of install in 2012. Wanted more to add intake pipes. Burners replaced and they deemed exchangers ok. Various parts replaced over the years, rusted parts, leaking caps, all under 10 year parts and labour warranty. In *** maintenance. Said it was OK. 2011 informed it was leaking CO2, asked to have exchanger replaced, more money as the part has 20 warranty but not the labour. 3.5 weeks later, no part they suggested it was made in China. Had Atco inspect in 2012 and again in 2021, said it does not leak CO2 to the home but need to be inspected 2 times a year until repaired or replaced as it's old rust causing bad burn on startup and could crack. Further, the covers do not fit and we taped up. We tried to work with Arpis, getting no where I called Lennox Canada. Turns out Lennox no longer makes this part and has some minor discount I was not informed of. Arpis has not returned my calls and Lennox knows the issue. So we are in an impass. Or plans are to replaced the furnance and file Consumer Complaints on both Arpis and Lennox.

I am impressed with Arpi's for having installed yesterday a Lennox Air Conditioning unit and other work (a new humidifier and water flow controller) at my house. The work was carried out in a businesslike and efficient manner from the initial contact with the project manager (name of project manager) providing quotation with helpful advice and further support of project update, work scheduling... The installation crew (names of installation crew members) were superb - getting the job done with no fuss and were courteous. The overall performance of this work is consistent with that of the last job I had with them back in 2017 when I replaced my original gas furnace with a Lennox unit. I highly recommend Arpi's for residential HVAC needs.

Had a brand new 2 stage furnace installed one day ago in a 1960's bungalow replacing a 29 year old furnace. The space where the furnace was located was small but easily accessible in the basement. The work was completed in one day by two people, Ross and Terry, who took pride in solving all the problems of working in an older home. Very happy with how the outlets and air intake were installed outside. All their work took into consideration slope and proper drainage. Seeing that the furnace was just installed I can only speak from my impression that everything looks good and that there will be no installation issues down the road, which I have read can be a problem with retrofitting high efficiency furnaces into older homes when done incorrectly.

We had Arpi's Industries and Jordan (and John as the manager) come over for 3 different jobs over the past few months - first for the replacement of the old water heater with an on-demand one, then to replace the furnace and move everything to a different corner of the mechanical room, and finally for new ducting and fresh air for our basement renovation. They did an amazing job, thorough and neat, were always friendly in their interactions with us and explained everything that they did, and answered all of our questions. They even stopped by in between their other calls to change the orientation of the fresh air intake (after the 3 jobs were done), so that the framing around the bulkhead can be neatly tucked in. We will call them for all of our future jobs!

I recently had an opportunity to take them up on their "done right" guarantee. After having an emergency call out to Arpis on a stat holiday, they got the heat on, but the heat only stayed on for 24 hours. I called them back to the house to readdress my furnace. Turns out we needed an additional furnace part. It was installed, and we were up and running again. Arpis only invoiced me for the new part on the return trip. I would like to thank Rob for staying late and resolving our furnace issue. I appreciate Arpis standing behind their work with their "done right" guarantee.

I called Arpi's about getting our furnace repaired. I gave them most of my information, it should be a quick and simple control panel replacement. I told them there is easy access to the furnace and part in question, but when I was giving them the address, they asked if it was a mobile home. We live in a Manufactured Home, which they consider to be a mobile home, as soon as I told them this, she said "We do not do any work for Mobile Homes. They would not let me talk to anyone to explain why. This appears to be related to not doing any work for lower income homes. I don't understand how you could give them Two Ethics Awards, when they refuse to work in a building usually owned by a lower income family. They would not let me speak to anyone to explain this refusal of service, or offer any reason for it. How is that Ethical? I feel insulted and belittled.

I left a negative review about Arpi's on this site the other day because of a problem of being over-charged when no service was actually recommended on my hot water tank. I had previously sent an email and phone call to Arpi's asking for a financial correction. Yesterday Arpi's resolved the financial issue for me and refunded me part of the cost of the service call. Arpi's resolved this issue by refunding me $XX.XX (part of the cost.) I happily paid the $XX dispatch fee. I said I would correct the review. The customer service team at Arpi's promptly addressed and resolved this issue, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be glad to call Arpi's again to replace the noisy hot water tank in a couple of years since Arpi's seems to respond to complaints and problematic issues. I've been a regular customer for more than a decade for furnaces, hot water tanks, and service. I'm glad to be able to continue with Arpi's.

We just completed our AC/Furnace installation and couldn't be happier or more impressed with how the whole process went. Our installation was very challenging and anything but typical, with many unforeseen complications. However, the very experienced installation duo of John and Sarah never let these issues stop them and found creative solutions for everything they ran across. In the end, we had a great installation experience and feel very confident in our new system. We also greatly appreciated our Project Manager, Michael's expertise and guidance in choosing the right components for our new system. During our final inspections both City and County Inspectors commented that they never have problems with an Arpis job. So if you need a reliable team to take you from the beginning to the end of this process and to do a quality job we cant recommend the Arpis team enough.

Just want to thank Arpis Industries, specially their Manager, for saving me from unnecessary expenses amounting $5 to $6,000 or more due to a crack/hole with the Heat Exchanger of my Furnace. Instead of buying a new Furnace as what had been advised to me by an HVAC pro that I hired prior to Arpis, Arpis' precise solution based on their thorough examination of the unit is to replace only the Heat Exchanger and not the whole unit as it is still working well except the Heat Exchanger, and to mention that the unit is only 7 years old and is still covered by its warranty according to Arpis' Manager. I only had to pay under $1,000 instead of 5 to 6 thousand, oh what a big Help! Want to thank [Name] for installing it quick and [Name] for coming last two weeks ago and connect one wire (ground wire for the heat exchanger) that was lying in the area where the Heat Exchanger was installed. Want to thank [Name] too for walking me through my HVAC equipments and checking my CO detectors dependability status, indeed I've learned a lot of important things during the walkthrough with regards to safety on HVAC. As of now, my Furnace is working well like brand new. Thank you once again!

I had my yearly maintenance service done this week with Arpi's. They came at the appointed time and did what I had asked them to do. They were very courteous and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
We had our furnace and water tank inspected. The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We have used Arpis many times and are pleased with their service. Great service and highly recommended.

Just want to thank Arpis, especially their Manager, for saving me from unnecessary expenses amounting to $5,000 to $6,000 or more due to a crack/hole in the Heat Exchanger of my Furnace. Instead of buying a new Furnace as advised by a previous HVAC professional I hired, Arpis provided a precise solution based on their thorough examination of the unit. They recommended replacing only the Heat Exchanger and not the entire unit, as it was still functioning well. Additionally, the unit is only 7 years old and is still covered by its warranty according to Arpis' Manager. I only had to pay under $1,000 instead of 5 to 6 thousand dollars, which was a significant help!
I also want to extend my gratitude to the technician for installing it quickly and to the service person who came two weeks ago to connect a wire (ground wire for the heat exchanger) that was left in the area where the Exchanger was installed. I'm thankful as well to the team member who walked me through my HVAC equipment and checked the dependability status of my CO detectors. Indeed, I've learned a lot of important things during the walkthrough with regards to safety and HVAC.
As of now, my Furnace is working well, just like brand new. Thank you once again!
