Art Coon Plumbing & Heating review: Over Charge $$$

I used Art Coon Plumbing long time ago, he was good back then.
Last week, my water heater stop working, so I give them a call, Mr. Coon is on a vacation so he sent over his worker. They didn't fix the problem, they told me they can't find the part for it, I need a new water heater, it'll cost me almost two thousand five hundred dollars.
But I find out the heater do have part for it.
Then I called another plumber for the some model it cost $1200. Plus labor $300., the total is $1500.
One week later, I received a bill from Art Coon Plumbing for almost a hundred dollars for doing nothing.
Now you know why he alway on a vacation...
