I placed an order for an item for my wife as a present. There was no payment option to enter my credit card directly, and I was forced to go through PayPal. I believed I updated my shipping address, only to realize I had only updated my billing address after placing the order. I immediately contacted Ashlen and asked them to please correct the shipping address before sending out. I received a generic response that did not address the issue. Several days later I received an email stating that the item had already shipped, and there was nothing Ashlen could do. I recognize that the initial mistake was mine, but I was very disappointed in the lack of help fixing the issue from Ashlen. I will not order from them again.
