Ashworth College review: Course material / professor communication

I am a student at Ashworth College attending the Medical Billing and Coding Certificate program. When I signed up for this course I was promised that the course materials (books) would be mailed out on time and there would be an Instructor there to answer questions.

So Far I have received 3 of the books on time with no Instructor to answer any questions. The remaining of the the materials (books) have not been mailed and the course is out of date. I am not a first time student as I have 2 Master Degrees.

This is the longest certificate program that I have ever been in and I would have been out but due to the lack of communication from an Instructor and out dated course materials I am stuck in this program.
