Ask Crew told me they had cancelled my account, and I received a confirmation on email (3 November). I then returned to the internet site to repeat the cancellation procedure to make sure I would not be charged any more than the $1 after Nov. 10. On November 27, I received a phone call from "800 Service" alerting me to suspicious activity on my bank account, and my card was cancelled to protect me. Upon checking with the bank, I found that it was Ask Crew charging me for the membership I had twice cancelled.
Desired outcome: Send me additional email confirmation that my membership was cancelled, and no further attempt will be made to collect a membership fee.
My fee was $1. 00 and the tech did not help me. This was on Feb 2 2023 and on Feb 14 the charged me $49.00 . On March 1, 2023 They also charged my account another $49.00 and $1.00 . I can sent copies of the withdraws from the credit union.
Ask Crew has been taking $59.00 out of my checking account every month for an indefinite amount of time. I have been Iill and did not catch this until I found 59.00
taken out on June the 20th. This is using Pay Pal and I assure you , I did not order this! So, I have no other information to give you.
I called the web site because it said 8.99 and I was having trouble with my printer.
Today I got a message from PayPal stating they charged me 99.00 Canadian for my subscription! I did not subscribe to anything!
On phone right now with credit card and have notified paypal. They didn’t help at all!
