Good evening,
I would like to complaint about a customer service staff. I was served by Alysha today at hoppers crossing coles.
I approched Alysha for my groceries scan. I said, " hello". She turned her face away and didn't reply. I had few shopping bags in my trolley from other shops. I kindly explained her that these items are from other shops. She said very rudely " receipt". I presented my receipt. She didnot say any single word again and started scanning.
I noticed she was packing my groceries very roughly manners. I had to fixed all the items, so they don't get damaged.
At the end again she didn't say any single word. She didn't even make an eye contact during the whole service. I noticed, she did the same thing customer after me.
Later I found she even charged me for wrong item. Which was more expensive than the one I bought. I couldn't go back because I was carrying my six months old baby.
This was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a regular customer at Coles and never faced anything like that.
