Red Rooster Foods - Food delivered to wrong address

On Wednesday night I made an order thru Door Dash the food was delivered to the wrong address... I'm 68 years old and now I have to make all the phone calls and running around to get a refund. NOt to add the stress... I have been told various stories... Today I was told that they can replace the meal and to go and collect or I have to see the Manager in person on Monday.. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I was tod that I was talking to the manager when I rang this morning... LOL... Pimpama Store.

I am sorry to know that your order was not delivered. This is something we don't want to happen with any one of our customers.

I humbly request you to contact the app that the order was placed from and payment was made to as I am not even getting an option to view the order placed on different app.

Since the payment was made directly to the store, they have your payment information that is not shared with DoorDash. Kindly reach back to the store to have this resolved, I would recommend calling their support line if available. The store will have to contact us directly if they have any further questions regarding this order.

Desired outcome: REFUND.

Red Rooster Foods - advertising

At 7.19pm on 01/02/2020 (as per my receipt), I purchased 2 Rooster Rolls from the Pimpama store. The conversation went like this:

Me: Can I please have the 2 Rooster Rolls?
Cashier (4832002 ChinmayM), as per receipt: Sure, that'll be $13.98
Me: Ummmm aren't they 2 for $10?
Cashier: Only if you say it, ask for it
Me: Say what? (feeling a bit confused at this point)
Cashier: Ask for 2 Rooster Rolls "for $10"
Me: So I physically have to add the words "for $10" onto my sentence to receive the deal? (feeling dumbfound and astounded now)
Cashier: Yes sorry
Me: Oh, does it say something on the advertisement outside? (thinking I'd missed *terms and conditions)
Cashier: No
My adult daughter: So can we cancel that then and have a refund?
Cashier: No

So, is this correct?
I'm pretty sure with the consumers guarantee act that this is classed as false and misleading information. I have a photo of the advertisement and it clearly shows 2 Rooster Rolls $10. There are no words or *terms and conditions anywhere in sight that prompted me to say the correct wording of "for $10" to receive the deal. What you advertise and promote gives a misleading impression. I don't go to other establishments (food, supermarkets etc)and have to stipulate every item that is on sale/special to receive the discount, apparently just Red Rooster.
My daughter went elsewhere to buy her family their dinner.
Lastly, I am not able to cancel an order and receive a refund? It wasn't like the order had been prepared and given to me.
