Went to Woolworth Traralgon today to order Xmas seafood. Sign on counter said "order your Xmas seafood here" so I took a number and waited 10 minutes to be served. Staff member then told me orders had closed so I asked why the sign was there. She then went on a tirade saying that she was only paid $20 per hour and didn't have time to take the sign off the counter. So I went to leave and she said she would take my order but couldn't guarantee I would get anything. When I asked what use that would be and when I would know she accused me of being rude and said she didn't know because she hadn't counted the orders.
Won't be back.
I think you need to train your staff to count and have some sort of stock control.
I'm off to Coles. At least they are polite. I
