Ordered through app and order says it's been delivered and never received it have tried multiple times to contact store and left many messages no return of my calls. I was charged for this order aswell. I contacted the store and finally they answered. Was told as fair as their concerned it's been delivered. Could hear the delivery driver telling the manager he delivered it he then said he would ring me back. He rings back and says they have done what they should at their end and I'm basically lieing and he would talk to the owners. And that was it. This delivery was definately not delivered to 1 Dancy way

I rang red rooster again spoke to the manager Told him the same again the chips weren't cooked he just said sorry I can't help you any more in a rude way he also said we sell heaps of the chicken loaded chips and no one else complains. He also said we cook the chips to the rules in a rude way. The manager in Kelmscott is very rude and not a nice person.. avoid this place at all costs

The franchise owner told me I was a liar scammer and would sue me after rang him to complain that his store manager from the previous night wouldn't replace my meal.
I told him I would go online and make everyone aware of his store and the meal I ordered was wrong and missing ingredients and would take it further and his response was he would track me online and sue me.
We ordered two meals through drive through on the 28th of April 2017 at kelmscott store one was a BLT smash that had no avacado bacon or rocket in it.
He claims he has video footage that will prove I'm a scammer and a liar yet won't show me the footage.
I asked why I would be taking it this far after never complaining for five years about his store. He just kept telling about me calling me a liar and a scammer.
I have two receipts, one from four days prior ordering the exact same meal but at two different prices. I didn't complain about the previous meal because as I told his store manager it was fine.
