Red Rooster Foods - Injury in store & lack of service or concern

Concerning an injury/accident.
This evening around 6:05 am I again received a leg in the Tropicana after ordering wing quarters in the drive through.
I got out of the car same as last time, to go in and get it swapped over. After receiving the corrected order, I went to walk away from the counter and slipped over on the tiles where there were big round circle-puddles of water where the COVid19 "Stand here" stickers had been and slipped over from their place on the floor. I landed on the floor hurt my left knee bone particularly, and also the right one where I have a previous problem and jarred my existing lower back injury. Lying on the floor with legs out for some time, and the staff and manager being aware did not do a thing to help or ask if I was ok just continued with getting their orders out! Two customers were nice enough to make sure I stayed still for a while then helped lift me up. One of the customers that was a witness to the accident and the water puddles on the floor gave me her number I case I need it. I hobbled over to the counter and stood there trying to get their attention where I was ignored by the staff getting orders ready & they were aware. I yelled out excuse me I want this incident noted, the manager (of Indian! decent?) never said a word to apologise or ask if I was ok, just said that they would clean it up! they stuck a yellow cone near one of the patches. I said no I want this incident noted as I really hurt myself, he said yes he will make a note, I just looked at him in disbelief and said here, he gave me a scrap of paper to write my name and number on it. I haven't heard anything. So the witness made sure I had her number and helped me out and asked if I could get out to my (elderly) mother waiting in the car. The customers showed so much concern and the staff and manager absolutely zero. I notified my Drs and if necessary in the morning will follow up. Disgusting behaviour, service, lack of concern as human beings and lack of Incident procedures!
I didn't have my mobile phone with me to take photos of the water and the slipped off COVid 19 stickers but later photos through the window where they placed the first yellow cone then obviously later a second one and tape, and the stickers aren't visible and the furniture is now stacked over the areas!
