I have been using Seimens hearing aids for 7 years and when I saw this ad I was excited for a lower cost alternative. When I received them I was having a problem with feedback and was referred to a tutorial. I followed the instructions and I thought I had it fixed. Unfortunately I went to a social gathering (outside) and the feed back was terrible. Not only could I not hear other people the screeching was so loud everyone could hear. I finally had to remove them completely. When I reached out to the company I was ignored time and time again. Finally after receiving many advertisement emails I just started responding with how unhappy I was about the product. I told them I just would like my money back and the response was maybe it was a faulty product and they would replace but it is too late for a refund! Isn't that interesting. They will admit they could have a bad product but refuse to help the customers.Order #*** $135.65.Money wasted on a product that was not as good as they claim.The rating should be no stars.

They didn't work for me, they started to squeal when I tried to increase the volume. I couldn't get the hearing aids to reach the maximum volume without squealing. Have returned the hearing aids.

I'm extremely impressed with the quality and consistency of Audien's customer service and support. The quality of the product is also excellent *** goes above and beyond with regard to customer satisfaction as well as ensuring that their product is the right one for a customer.

Audien Hearing I purchased my hearing aids almost 1 months ago

I purchased my hearing aids almost 1 months ago. Now when I go to the site to get some support, it states they are sold out! I then talked with someone in a chat session on their site only to be ignored when you comment on something about the hearing aids you don't like. I have never been treated like this and for such an important matter as hearing aids. Arthur G, CEO, is not a business man but a scammer. Where is a telephone number where we can call someone with our questions and concerns. I really hope that people come to this site and other sites that review this company and learn about it before giving Arthur their money. This is a shame. I originally bought hearing aids from another company but returned those because I like this style. Their customer service was spoiling and answered all my questions promptly. I should have known something wasn't right when I didn't feel like there was any concern after the money was passed over to them. Audien and Arthur G (if that's his real name) shame on you! Live and learn I guess.

Audien Hearing technology is a rare product because it not only performs as advertised but is very affordable. A hearing aid of this quality is sold everywhere for thousands of dollars and no one thinks anything about it being a good product; expensive must be good. Audien has chosen to provide a product that equals, or surpasses, the quality of my $4800.00 Lucid Hearing aids at a price of approximately $100.00 for the pair. No bells or whistles, just a device that allows one to hear clearly with a device that fit snugly in the ear canal. How anyone can find fault with a product that performs as advertised, cost so little that anyone can afford them, and gives a warranty unlike any other, is beyond comprehension. If the Complaintsboard.com is manipulating the reviews of this product, then the Complaintsboard.com is no longer an organization mandated to protect the public, but has become a bureaucratic arm of a government overstepping their bounds and destroying the Constitution of ***. Check with the consumer and if their reviews are correct, let them stand.

I have purchased two models of hearing aids from Audien. The first set was the atom and the second set was the atom pro, both are good. The hearing aids helped my hearing tremendously. I went back to Audien for my second purchase because the first set lasted so long and I had sweated over them and gave the aids a rough time. I do not recommend doing this but I wanted to give an example of the way I used them. I did not have the warranty with my 1st purchase but when emailing customer service to troubleshoot after having the hearing aids for a long time, the customer service was prompt in answering. I decided to upgrade to the atom pro but got the warranty this time (be sure to get the warranty). For any issues, I have had customer service helps me with them and answered my emails promptly. For the money, you will not find better hearing aids and the service is top-notch. When I purchase my next set, this is where I will get them. A great product with real customer service. I would recommend these aids to anyone looking for quality hearing assistance.

I'm on my 2nd week wearing the atom hearing aids. So far, so good. I had a question about the ear domes and customer service answered my concern promptly. The aids are comfortable to wear, volume is easily adjusted and they're easy to recharge. Up to this point, I'm happy with my purchase.

I had tried several hearing aids products without success so when I saw the story about Audien hearing aids I was reluctance in trying them, but did it anyway. I really wanted them to work for me unfortunately they didn't. The hearing aids feel out of my ears, did seem to give me any increase hearing. I called the support staff several times took their suggestions but with out success. Three weeks after the purchase I sent them back.This process went very easy and received no hard pressure to continue to use them. This says a lot about Audien such as they really want their product to work for you, it's the case it's not for everyone. The three stars is for my experience with the product. I would give them 5 stars for their integrity.

Audien Hearing I have found Audien to be a fantastic company to do business with

I have found Audien to be a fantastic company to do business with. They have very affordable products (made in ***) that I find to be of good quality, wonderful customer assistance, fast shipping and all of those things are a bit difficult to find these days. I had trouble with my first pair of EV1s being too large for my ear canals. They were so helpful in allowing me to return them and upgrade to the EV3s. I liked the EV3s and was elated to be able to hear so much better for the first time in ages. I did have an issue with the little on/off switch irritating one ear so when I saw the Atomic Pro that didn't have that feature, I decided to try those and keep my EV3s for a backup. I am SO happy that I did! The sound and clarity is just amazing. I don't have anything to compare them to, since this has been my first experience with hearing aids, but I'd say these are about as close as it comes to restoring near natural hearing. I feel so Blessed to have found Audien and will always trust them with any future needs. Wish I would have found them sooner!

We bought the EV3 for my mother when she entered a nursing home. She had previously tried some ordered from catalogs and been disappointed - and burned through many batteries. The feature that allowed them to charge without her needing to plug in a USB cable to the earpiece was a lifesaver!During Covid lockdown we had weekly Zoom meetings with the family. If not for these hearing aids, those would have consisted of an aide repeating everything said by others in the call. Instead, *** was able to hear her great-grandchild sing to her.

I purchased the Atom hearing aids. I was skeptical, but everything was easy. They kept me informed from beginning to delivery and after. Unfortunately, the Atom was too large. I contacted the returns department via chat. Again...excellent service and issue resolved. Always pleasant and very timely with everything. Hoping my next pair fits better! But I can tell you, I will be able to hear better! So, glad I purchased with Audien.

There is no longer any doubt that this company is defrauding customers. I bought a set from them. Was offered an upgrade for an upgraded price which I paid. Also had a option for a $4 one time charge for insurance which I also purchased. I then got an email that said they were upgrading for free? I then got a second charge for the insurance. The first of the next month I got another charge for insurance, I emailed the company and Madie, head of customer service emailed back and refunded some of those charges, but not all of it. She also said she would fix it so it wouldn't happen again. Here I am and the end of Oct and yet again another charge for $4, hand keyed in. What does that tell you, it was intentional fraud on this companies part. Doing some google research seems like this happens a lot with this company. Hopefully they are put out of business soon, hate to see others getting scammed like this. Next call is to my credit card company to try to get them locked out forever. Audien, you need to fix this type of activity by your company, its a quick way to end up in court and out of business.

Audien Hearing These were too big for my ears so they kept falling out

These were too big for my ears so they kept falling out. When they were in everything was louder, I do mean everything, the *** voices, even my heartbeat. I emailed Audien and got no response. I emailed again and *** responded asking what the reason was for the return. I replied to his email telling him why and never heard back. So I sent another email and again never heard back. So today I called them. They hung up on me as soon as they answered. Thurd time I got ***. He was hostile right from the start. I told him I wasn't upset and had no idea why he was being hostile. He was reading email and I tried to tell him he was missing some communication and I got raked over the coals for interrupting. When he was done reading he still wasn't going to give me a chance to respond. I had to speak over him and I said do the emails even matter because all I need is instructions to return the kit. He got real irate with me and I told him to stop talking to me like that. He didn't but did say he emailed a return label already. I made sure I got that label then I hung up on him! So glad I'm returning this...lousy customer service...

Audien Hearing I just got my pair of EV3s

I just got my pair of EV3s. Shipping was fast. Let me tell you something - a few months ago I went to an audiologist and she recommended their own hearing aids. Very high end, Blue tooth, iPhone compatible, unlimited appointments and "adjustments" - I said, ok. I wasn't sure but I said ok. Oh, they were $6500. You read that right. After 2 days I cancelled my order. I felt that I'd been conned, to an extent. I could recall seeing much less pricy hearing aids - was browsing and came across the add above. I decided to give them a shot - I mean, these are like 1/100 the cost. Ok I immediately upgraded to the EV3s - then waited and not that long because here they are. Immediate impression - high quality packaging. That might not mean anything to you but it should. It gave me a real good feeling opening the box and then charging the pair. They charged pretty quickly - about 2 hours. I tell you, every sound is loud and clear! I had to turn down the volume a bit. Don't worry about a squeal when you first insert - it goes away as soon as you take your hand way. I love them - that's the bottom line. I hear my keyboard clacking away as I type - this is a new experience for me. That's my review - 5 stars, they work great, and I saved about $6350.

Audien Hearing I purchased the EV3 in Sept 2020

I purchased the EV3 in Sept 2020.First I attempted to purchase the set with my HSA card, it was declined so I assumed this was a non-covered item. This order was cancelled. The I ordered a second time and paid with my bank card. Accepted. When the order arrived I had not 1 but 2 complete sets. I looked at both my HSA account and bank account and both account were charged. Somehow a not processed, rejected payment and cancelled order was processed on my HSA account. So now I have paid twice. I attempted to use the product since I had paid for 2 sets at this point. They are so big they hurt my ears and I never could get the volume adjusted to a useable status. In short they are a piece of crap. I contacted the company immediately via email and phone numerous times for about 3 months ongoing until I finally gave up. With never a word of response until today when I received an email and was asked to submit a satisfaction survey, which believe you me I DID! I also again emailed the company who decided after 7 months to respond stated " my refund allotted time has ended". Well of course it has you didn't respond to calls or emails for 7 months! Don't waste your money on this product! Useless! Don't deserve 1 star but had to mark something to submit.

ZERO stars! This company provides nothing but excuse after excuse-all you have to do to see this is read their responses to these comments below. I ordered these and they did nothing for me, my neighbor with less severe hearing loss tried them and they did nothing for him, either. I returned them and they kept some of my money as a "restocking fee". Now they continue to steal my money from my bank account, months later, to the tune of $4.00 a month, claiming it's for insurance THAT I DID NOT CANCEL, but they continue to steal from me, months after I returned them! How can they justify this, or any of this that I am reading here? This is their response--- Amber from Audien Hearing To:*** Sun, Mar 14 at 3:38 PM This is for the extended protection plan. This was added when you purchased_I do not see anywhere that it had been requested to cancel. I can do that now if you like. The insurance is not refundable. Sincerely, From reading the above, this guy is telling me that it doesn't matter if I returned the aids, and they have them, not me, never-the less, I have to cancel the insurance for a product I returned, or I have to keep paying them this fee, IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT I NO LONGER HAVE THEM, THEY DO! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY YOU HAVE STOLEN FROM ME!

I purchased the Audien hearing devices and couldn't have received a more honest company. I am 74 yrs old and losing my hearing. However, my left ear has an injury and is almost completely deaf. The only fix would be surgery and I am not wanting that. So, I tried Audien. The device worked well in the non-hearing ear and I could at least hear the TV much better. However, there was no change for my injured left ear and only wearing one device gave me a sort of vertigo.I therefore contacted Audien and they politely gave me instructions for a return/refund. This company is on the up and up and couldn't have better customer service! And for a lot of people, the hearing devices will work for them! I am not sure why there are bad reviews - perhaps these people didn't take the proper route to get a refund. But, looking at the review on 6/1 giving one star because it sounded "too good to be true" is absurd! WHY would anyone do that to a small business is unknown to me. Perhaps that person would be better served by going into their Facebook profile and changing their options if they don't like the ads; or don't use Facebook at all. I'd give Audien a try; you have nothing top lose. PS: I am a real person who purchased this product! I"m not interested in giving negative reviews for no reason at all.

I previously owned a pair of hearing aids that I purchased from a renowned store for 6 years. They cost $5200 for the pair, which is reasonable for high-quality hearing aids, and the service was excellent even after 6 years. In 2020, I lost one of my hearing aids and was having problems with the other, prompting me to search for a new pair. My initial plan was to return to the same store due to my positive past experience. However, I explored the internet for more economical options and discovered Audien Hearing, which offered two types of hearing amplifiers priced at $89 and $249. This was significantly less than the $1400 - $2200 price range at the original store. Audien Hearing Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! You may have seen Audien Hearing Aids advertised on ***. We were gullible and ordered a pair thinking they would help Tom. Unfortunately after MANY months of waiting for them to arrive, one excuse after another, we did get them. However, they were NOT small and comfortable as they advertised. They were big, brown and bulky. Tom put them in and tried all the different sized pieces they sent. No luck. They stuck out of his ear, looked like a large brown worm trying to crawl out. To make matters worse, they would not stay in. Several times they fell out while getting in or out of the car and he had to reopen the car door and pick them up. He would be eating and they would fall on the floor. I wrote and complained and was ignored. I kept complaining and finally got a response saying they would not give me full refund, but would refund 1/2 and I would see it within 48 hours on my account. Another month passed and still no refund. I kept writing and most was ignored. Then I received a response saying they issued the refund. No, there was no refund, only their email saying they issued it. They wanted me to give them a good reference on ***. I decided to wait until I had refund in hand. About a week ago I received an email answer to my latest email saying it was too old and have a nice day! I was flabbergasted, months of waiting, receiving their assurance they would make it right, and then a slap in the face saying it was too old. Please keep this in mind before you spend your hard-earned money. They have many promises, poor product and even poorer Customer Service. You get what you pay for, spend a little more and get your hearing aids from a reputable company that cares for you and stands behind their product and word.

Audien Hearing I have had a hearing problem for a number of years

I have had a hearing problem for a number of years. I started using hearing aids about 2 years ago, and they were the ones with the little wire that wraps around the top of your ears. The price was $3, *** dollars at that time.When the pandemic started, these hearing aids became very uncomfortable since I needed to also wear a face mask. On top of that, I also wear glasses. So, at that time I was forced to have to put three different things on top of my ears; my glasses, the face mask and then my hearing aids. Needless to say all three things were getting untangled every time I needed to remove either my mask or take off my glasses. A very uncomfortable and inconvenient situation.I decided then it was time to change my hearing aids to the ones that go inside the ear canal.I did some research and I found the price for this kind of equipment was also very prohibitive, and after the big expense I had made merely 2 years before, buying these was discouraging. I continued searching and finally I heard about the Audien Hearing Aids. Inside the Ear Canal and at a very acceptable price, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the EV3 model. They come with different size tips (small, medium and large) so you can use the most appropriate to you depending on the size of your ear canal. They are rechargeable through a station unit provided, which is powered by a USB wire and a plug that can be connected to a regular wall electrical outlet, or a USB port in your car or a USB port in your computer. You can charge them anywhere. The best of all, NO MORE BUYING AND CHANGING LITTLE BATTERIES.Also, you do not have to download anything from a website; you do not have to control anything via a smart phone; you do not have to perform any complicated procedures with technology or electronics or the internet.Just charge them on the station unit until the LED lights turn to green. Use the provided little s*** driver to adjust a comfortable volume for you and put them on. That's it. Very convenient.I have been using mine since June and I am very happy with them.Thank you very much ***, founder of AUDIEN HEARING for providing us with reliable hearing aids at a reasonable price.*** -

Audien Hearing After a visit to a local advertised audiologist (in Fla) I was tested and confirmed of mild hearing loss, especially in the higher tonal range

After a visit to a local advertised audiologist (in Fla) I was tested and confirmed of mild hearing loss, especially in the higher tonal range. This was not unexpected as I am 79 years of age and having problems with 'masked conversations' ! I was then subjected to a high pressure 'buy now' offer of slightly reduced price off of a $7,200 over the ear aids luckily escaping the pitch due to not having my phone nor wallet with me! After some online research I learned that there were many other options at tremendously lower prices - some even below $100. Much of the information indicated the higher prices were caused by the professional services of licensed (?) audiologists. During this time I had many followup calls from the same practitioner consisting of gradually lowering prices, but still in the multiple thousands of $$. Seeing some printed and online ads for units as low as $89, I did some additional research, including Complaintsboard.com reports. Despite a number of suspiciously negative reports I ordered a set of EV-1s from Audien. (I figured it better to start out low if I was going to be unsatisfied or disappointed !) Surprisingly enough I was offered a spinning wheel discount and placed the order for the price of $75.65 with free shipping! (2/10) The same day my order was acknowledged and shipped (and account debited). An arrival date was predicted of 2/16 with tracking information and a number of emails referencing operational information. Skeptically, I awaited and tracked the items, which did in fact, arrive on the exact due date! After following included directions for charging and initial usage of the units, I was pleased with the hearing improvement and wore them the rest of the day. The only apparent drawback, was the obvious visibility, but not an overwhelming factor. The problem of my own making was leaving them on the bedside table instead of enclosed recharging or storage units! I was unaware of the attraction of pets to the units - unknown whether it is the occasional squeal or smell of the units after wearing? Yep! the same dog that eats homework found them! I had noticed that the next level units were smaller and not a great deal more expensive. I contacted Audien and was promptly advised no credit for the unused accessories was available but a small discount was offered on the upgraded EV-3 units which I ordered right away. The same excellent notifications and shipping occurred with the severe Texas weather causing a couple days delay in shipping from AZ to Fla. The second set was received 2/27 and been successfully utilized in masked meeting situations very successfully.

Several weeks ago I purchased Audien Hearing Atom pro 2. I asked customer service several times 0m 12/5/23 how to order ear tips/domes. Hot no replyi in fact I was told in a queue for a customer service rep who would andwer my question. I remained in the queue for several hpurs and never got an answer.

Another email sent to Audien referred me to Just Answer who charged me $1 for an answerwhich had nothing to do with my question. They also signed me up, without my permissionfor a subscription service which I was able to figure out how to cancel.

It would have been much better for customer service to answer me and tell me I could not order or tellme they didn't know how to order ear tips. domes

Audien Hearing Audien hearing device

I received the Audien Hearing device and discovered it had a loud hissing sound. I tried adjusting it according to the instructions, but the hissing would not go away.

I wrote an email to the company 3 times within a month of receiving the product. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from Audien.

Since I paid through PayPal, I requested help from them to resolve my issue. They were no help to me.

I am complaining because of the 1) lack of response to my inquiry about eliminating the hissing sound, and 2) lack of response to the 3 emails I sent to get insurance from them for the product.

Please register my complaint for the company Audien.

Desired outcome: The company to contact me and help me use the product or replace the product for one that works.

On April 28 I placed an order with Audien Hearing for a pair of EV-3 hearing aids for $211.30. As of June 9 I had not received received the hearing aids and sent a letter cancelling the order and requesting a refund of $211.30.On June 11 I received a letter from Audien acknowledging the cancellation advising me "It takes 3-5 business days for my refund to process".On June 18 They sent the hearing aids that I no longer wanted.On July 9 I again requested a refund of $211.30 On July 13 They said to return the unopened box and they would send me my refund.I replied that I should not have to pay the return shipping cost since they acknowledged my cancellation of the order a week before they sent the hearing aids. If they wanted the hearing aids returned, I asked that they send me a prepaid shipping label.I am also dubious that they will keep their word since they promised a refund before but did not follow through.

In October , I purchased EV3 hearing aids. Unfortunately, they stopped functioning, prompting the company to request I return them. Subsequently, they provided me with a replacement pair in April 2022. Now, these replacements are also not working despite indicating a full charge. I am seeking a refund as both pairs have failed to work. I have tracking numbers for both the first and second pairs. I would appreciate assistance in this matter, as it seems unjust to receive defective hearing aids after payment. Thank you.

The charger ceased functioning, initially on the left side and subsequently on both sides. I submitted three complaints to the company through email (referencing complaint numbers 78437 and two others). I received responses from Feylin and two other representatives. However, there has been no resolution to the issue.

Ordered hearing aids for my 98-year-old Mother on April 16, 2022. Paid a certain amount for the hearing aids and an additional sum for an extended warranty. They mentioned a 30-day return policy. I've reached out numerous times requesting a return label or the address to return them, less than 10 days after my Mom mentioned she did not find them comfortable. They responded once asking for the order number, which I provided immediately. The representative, whose name I have withheld, sent me an email stating my request was being reviewed. I've also contacted my credit card company to report the issue, as I am seeking a credit and instructions on how to return the items. Since then, I have received absolutely no response from the company regarding my request.

They will also not stop the package and give me my refund which is extremely easy to do since it has gone nowhere for several days accordingly to *** (not yet received). I also sent an email to CS and no one answered. *** lacks the initiative to think and resolve and I will not deal with this, not acceptable, she did nothing other than check the tracking number LIKE I DID REALLY! This has not been a good experience and I will not use their product. The product is in limbo (where?) and I am supposed to just wait, is there anyone smart enough to find this package and get me answers? I do not want to use a company that has such poor customer service, want a full refund now! Was told it would process the same day and IT DID NOT, AT LEAST 3 DAYS AND COUNTING!

I'm sorry this company seems to scam people with empty promises and "fake" reviews.

I contacted them because I have a defective unit and I have been paying monthly for a lifetime warranty on their product to request a replacement. I have emailed them 5 times and I cannot get a response. They only send a canned response to contact their support, but when I try I get nothing in reponse.

I purchased EV3 hearing aids in Feb 2021 and paid $289.00 for them. They worked for 3 weeks and then quit charging. I returned them and received new ones fairly quickly. After about 2 weeks they also stopped charging. I have been paying for the insurance since day 1. *** a customer service representative, told me she was going to send me via email instructions on how to troubleshoot and if that didn't work I could return them and receive a new pair. I called back today and gentleman told me that was wrong and I would have to pay $29.00. It is obvious to me that the products they are selling are defective and I would appreciate your helping me to get a refund of my $289.00.

Defective hearing aid. One of the hearing aids won't charge. I check everything they told me to check. Still not working. Company won't even honor warranty to replace. They ghosted me just sending me one email after contacting several them times. Always the same list to check then silent when informed no worked. Going in four months now. They dragged it out to past warranty period. Have emails showing lack a communication. I email them than I get same check list then nothing. Never offered once to replace. When I asked direct question about replacement get ghosted. So I start over trying to get replacement. I have over a dozen emails.

I ordered a set of hearing aids on 9/28 under order #***. Received them and tried them and found that they did not stay in my ears and keeps falling out. Contacted Audien Hearing and got a return label and returned them. Got a credit issued to my credit card on 10/21 but it was only a partial refund. When I contacted them, they told me because the hearing aids were used, there was a 25% restocking fee on my refund.No where in their ad on their web site does it state this qualification as part of the refund policy. They state a 100% guaranteed refund! This deduction of 25% is highly unethical and there ads are completely misleading regarding their refund pollicy. No one buys hearing aids and does not try them to see if they work or fit properly. This 25% reduction in my refund is basicly theft due to fact that none of this information is on their web site.I want the missing 25% of my refund sent to me!***.

I have requested a return address or a return label because the hearing aids are too large and Iget no response from anyone, Except to get me to upgrade. I dont want to upgrade I want a refund.

I bought the hearing aids as well as the added warranty protection. After about 2 months the hearing aids stopped charging and after many attempts at trouble shooting I requested a exchange for a new pair. I had to pay for my own shipping as they said that they do not offer return shipping. You would think that paying for the warranty would cover this cost.I received my second pair and both pairs did not work. It showed charging but did not work. I have been trying to reach someone for the past 3 weeks and they have not responded. At this point I want a full refund and compensation for a warranty that does not work.They just want the residual dollars. I feel that they just gave me a used refurbished pair. That it does not work.

in November, I ordered the Atom and they charged me $79 and I paid $5 to expedite my order, I was sent a tracking number and the tracking claimed attempted delivery when none was made , recently they decided to re ship and I got the same false tracking info so I demanded a refund and they said they will only refund my money if I return the packages I never got I! feel I have been scammed and defrauded by this company please help me!

Audien Hearing I purchased a set of hearing aids on 6/25

I purchased a set of hearing aids on 6/25. The order#***. I had tried the product and didn't care for it. I became ill and could not deal with returning it at the time. I wrote to them on 9/1 and told them them I wanted to return them. They wrote me and sent me a prepaid return authorization on 9/2 and I returned the hearing aids. They received them on 9/7. After they receive the return of the aids, they wrote again saying that I can not get a refund because their policy states 45 day return. I explained I had been ill but they said they have a set policy and if I want the hearing aids back, I would have to pay the postage! The charge for these were $60 EV1 and to upgrade to EV3 $75.65 for a total of $135.65. I also have telephoned and they repeat their return policy and they now have my money and the hearing aids. I am out $135.65. Please help. Thank you. I have some of the emails with our correspondence including the return authorization label.

I purchased a set of EV3 hearing aids with a 45 day return policy my 45 days was up on oct 14th 2021. They sent me the way to send them back with a label to print out, I printed out label and took to be mailed as i was told and have my receipt dated sept 29TH 2021 at 303pm. I did what i was informed by them to do and they say they have not received them. That should not be on me as i did what i was told by them and I want my refund. The fact that they did not receive them is not my fault i did what they said to do i I now want my refund would not have been a problem if they worked but they did not work. Please look into this for me

Bought hearing aids Model EV3. The company continues to *** for and send me accessories monthly for a different model. I have asked them repeatedly to stop and asked to be refunded. They asked me to return the accessories I didnt order at my expense to get a refund. I requested numerous times for them to cancel the shipments. Audien Hearing I purchased a pair of EV1 hearing aids from Audien Hearing on 9/5

I purchased a pair of EV1 hearing aids from Audien Hearing on 9/5. I have a Core Hearing component on my health insurance coverage which allows a small reimbursement for hearing aid purchases and I confirmed with my insurance *** prior to making the purchase that it would be covered with appropriate documentation. The documentation needed is a bit more detailed than the standard invoice emailed upon purchase. I have been unsuccessful in speaking with someone at Audien to receive this documentation. When I call the customer service # provided and I finally connect with a real person, I am put on hold "while they look into my request" (it was 30 minutes on hold the last time I called) and eventually they disconnect the call. I have tried online chat also, and am only referred to the customer service phone number. The info needed is basic: name, address, phone and credentials of company along with what I purchased and my shipping address, but they seem to unwilling to provide this.

I purchased a hearing aid for $133.33 from Audien as a replacement for another one of their hearing aids that did not fit and made a squealing noise on 1/10/22. They told me this model was a smaller aid that had virtually NO squealing and should fit my needs better. I returned the first one. I called once I received them in mid Jan and said they were still too big and squealed more than the first pairnon stop ! Then I emailed 2/7 asking for a return sticker when one was not received after my call. The service reps love to give suggestions thinking they settled your problem when theyve done nothing turn the aids, take off the plastic tips, meanwhile they still dont fit and theyre screaming non stop! Several other calls and emails happen until I was out of the 45 day return window .. Now I have awful hearing aids I will never use. Not to mention hours of wasted time with arrogant nasty reps whose job is to delay you until you are out of the return time. These are awful hearing aids both pairs ! So sorry I trusted Audien with my money.

Audien Hearing I purchased a hearing aid online and encountered issues with subsequent upgrades.

I purchased a hearing aid online on 10/31. I was having trouble with it and requested a refund, only to be offered a free upgrade from EV1 to EV3, which I accepted. The new device, received on 11/9, also had issues, leading to another offer of a replacement EV3. This one was even worse. I called on 12/30 to file a written complaint. At this point, I requested a refund, but the representative said I could only get another device by paying $29.00 as my refund time limit had expired. I feel I was misled until my refund option lapsed, leaving me with an unusable product. Due to limited funds, I had to purchase a cheaper device from another vendor for $46.37 (Order [protected]). I've learned to return items promptly if issues arise and not be swayed by alternative offers. I would appreciate assistance in obtaining a refund so I can invest in a better product from a more reliable company.

Audien Hearing I ordered a hearing aid from Audience and decided I did not want it

I ordered a hearing aid from Audience and decided I did not want it. The return policy was full refund if not opened, 75% if opened. My husband opened the package in the meantime. I did not take out of box nor try to use the hearing aids. When I contacted the company, they said they would credit 50% log I wanted to keep product. I said OK. I then tried to use them. They never worked at all. I tried to explain to company, and they would not do anything. I believe their return policy is a vet bad one because you can only get a full refund if you never open the package so how can you offer money back guarantee if you will lose 25% if you try product and dont like it. I believe they are fraudulent in claiming the quality and the fit. The hearing aids do not even stay in the ears. My loss at this time is $38, and the company is refusing to accept a return for refund. Please be advised that this company cannot even be reached by telephone even though they show a number on website. This is a terrible company to do business with and takes advantage of primarily SENIORS since hearing losses are more prevalent in this age group. I would like to have my money refunded!

Audien Hearing On 02/04, I purchased a purchased a pair of hearing aids from Audien Hearing, in Scottsdale,AZ

On 02/04, I purchased a purchased a pair of hearing aids from Audien Hearing, in Scottsdale,AZ. for the amount of $89.00. I received an email the next day saying they were shipped. I got a tracking number from also. About 3-4 days later *** emailed me that my package was delivered in my box. We have 150-200 boxes her at the apartment complex. I went down and opened my box only to find it empty. I notified Audien Hearing and was instructed to file a missing package with ***. I did and was told I would hear back in 2-3 days after they investigated the missing package. All I heard was from Audien saying that *** says the delivered the package to my address. Wrong! They delivered it to an address just not mine. Audian offers an insurance for lost or stolen but I never received my package to insure. All I am asking for is, not another order from this company but, a refund of my $89.00 they took out of my account. I should have followed my gut instinct after I read all the negative reviews and complaints to Complaintsboard.com. I have asked then several times to refund the money to no avail. I live off my SSA and can't afford to loose $89.00. All I want is my refund to make this terrible business dealing right! Thank You!

Ordered On Oct 30 th Received them with in 7 days later. After only about a week, 1 stopped working. Tried over a week to get a straight answer with a lot of run around to get a replacement per their warranty..where I seriously started to think i was being scammed, & I emailed that to them saying im going to Complaintsboard.com to report you to warn others. Suddenly im getting a full new pair. Not why i said id report them, but thank you. They arrived around 11/24. Thats when I noticed a 2nd charge of $89 with a separate $4 taken out 11/08 , I also found an email in my spam from them stating that orders from late Oct 30th-31st which is when i initially ordered are getting double charged but are getting refunded around 11/6-7. But I didnt, thats when it was taken out. Ive been contacting their support team, with proof of my order, screen shots of bank statements. I have not ordered from anyone else or received any 2nd orders from then in the begining of the month.No one else is selling their hearing aids at that price & Ive never come across a place that charges separately for shipping like they do. Its 12/4 and im still waiting for a refund they said id be getting after fighting with them. Though their support team is nice..just alot of going in circles.Its been more of an issue dealing with them then not. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldnt have ordered from them. Hope anyone else has a better experience.

Audien Hearing THE ISSUE AT HAND: Last January 5 I ordered hearing aids which incorporated so-called advanced technology at a reduced price with a money back

THE ISSUE AT HAND: Last January 5 I ordered hearing aids which incorporated so-called advanced technology at a reduced price with a money back guarantee. Cost: $199.oo. While ordering via telephone, they "bait-and-switched" me, offering additional capabilities. I ordered that too. Total cost: $318.90.

The hearing aids amplified sounds okay, but with no reduction in background noise as promised. In addition, they were noisy at night while recharging the batteries, plus, while in a meeting a man sitting ten feet away complained because of the noise coming from my hearing aids.

So returning the items, I first obtained a"RMA" number as directed, printing it plainly on the outside of the box as directed. No mention was made for needing a tracking number. (Note: RMA number: R-F9DC374B70) The package was mailed March 9, ***, ***.

After waiting for the refund with no results I called a man calling himself *** who said he was officed in ***. He demanded a post office tracking number, which is not available. Neither could the local post office provide one for me. (Note: no mention was ever made of the need for a tracking number.)

Today I called again to a woman speaking with a heavy accent. She too demanded a tracking number which was neither mentioned at first, nor is presently available.

I know that I returned the hearing aids, following all requirements they demanded. The second time I called she hung up the telephone on me.

Complaint against AUDIEN HEARING. Saw this Co advertising on FACEBOOK for inexpensive hearing aid. Placed an order on June 9. Co. Immediately charged my card for $149.00. After charging my card they advised me of long shipping delay. I therefore cancelled my order (6/16) and requested a full refund. Co. Acknowledged cancellation (6/19) and advised refund posted their end, wait 3-5 days to hit my bank. Several weeks have passed and still no refund. I have had several e-mail conversations with AUDIEN HEARING and get the same "scripted" response "POSTED ON OUR END WAIT 3-5 DAYS". I have asked them for the exact date of the alleged refund, and the transaction number of said refund. They can't give it to me. Today 9/19, I actually spoke to a live person of this Co. but unfortunately she couldn't or wouldn't give me any concrete info. On my refund of $149.00. I have diligently attempted to resolve this problem through various means, to no avail. This Co. May exist but it appears that they operating under very "shady" rules and regulations. I noted on your Complaintsboard.com WEB page several other persons are voicing the same complaint. This Co.needs to be stopped. I'd wager a guess that the majority of those responding to their FB AD. are senior citizens like me. Many of us live on a fixed income and every penny counts. Hopefully, this info. will shed some light on a company that may be taking advantage of seniors by using deceptive advertising and false claims. I appreciate your having this format to register a complaint. Looking forward to hearing from your agency. Ok

Audien Hearing I bought hearing aids from Audien Hearing after seeing an ad, on April 4th

I bought hearing aids from Audien Hearing after seeing an ad, on April 4th. By April 7th, I was informed of a delay in orders of 3-15 days, which seemed fine. On April 11th, I received a request for positive reviews to prevent their business closure, which troubled me because leaving a review before resolving my issue felt dishonest. Consequently, I asked to cancel and refund my order on April 12th. Without a response by April 24th, I inquired again and was told my order was canceled and refunded. After not seeing the refund by April 30th, I requested transaction details to discuss with my bank. On May 2nd, I was told the refund had been processed and to check with my bank, but after 6 days, no refund attempt was recorded. In my research, I linked the company to another hearing aid business with a history of billing issues and found they were still advertising despite a significant order backlog. Customers since January reported not receiving their orders. I am seeking a refund of $75.65 without further hassle, yet I find myself filing reports to resolve this.

one of the aids keep cutting out have had it for 3 month. done everything I can to make it work just keeps cutting out.
