Scam
This seller sells fake memorabilia on Amazon and also sells under the various names - Nut house sports, Powerpack sports and BTB collectibles. Purchased an autographed Mariano Rivera baseball and I couldnt believe what I saw when it arrived at my house. It wasn't even an authentic Rawlings baseball, there was no authenticity included and the signature was completed butchered. This company should be reported to the Feds because what they are doing is completely illegal.
Being investigated by FBI
This company is being investigated by the FBI for selling fraudulent memorabilia on Amazon. Read how the feds cracked down on the sports memorabilia industry during Operation Bullpen. It's only a matter of time before this company is shut down. They also operates under the names Cavalier Brokers, Power Pack Sports, Nut House Sports & BTB Collectibles. Buyer beware. I read on another forum that this company is owned by a pawn brokerage company called Cavalier Brokers and the owner is Joshua Shores. If you take a random sampling of their products you can see that the signatures are completely fake..just by the images alone you can see they're fake. If you've ordered from this company before I would suggest sending it to a third party authentication agency and getting it authenticated. Chances are the item will result in a failing grade. If that's the case, I would return the product and ask for a full refund.
Amazon seller known to sell fake memorabilia
Looks like Authenticgraph is located at this address: 213 hill st glen rock, Pennsylvania 17327
When I call the phone number [protected]) listed under Whois info I got the voicemail for Cavalier Brokers. They are pawn brokers. I also found this email - [protected]@yahoo.com
If you have been victimized by this seller make sure to contact your state attorney general and FBI to report this company. They are scamming people on Amazon and selling fake memorabilia.
Threatening phone calls
I ordered a signed rivera baseball off amazon from this company and once I opened the package I could immediately tell the signature was a fake. I tried to get a refund and the person over the phone kept saying sure I'd get a refund but he couldn't do it just then. Then I said forget it..I will just file an A to Z claim. Then he called me 4 times in one day, including an email past midnight. This guy is nuts. I called the guy, Josh, back and said to quit harassing me. I left him a negative review on amazon and then he really flipped out. He said he will send someone to my house to pick up the ball. I told him I do not want anyone coming to my house and he kept insisting he will have someone drop in and then he hung up on me. This guy is dangerous. I called the police, told them the story, and they said to call them as soon as anyone shows up and they'll be over right away. I felt completely threatened by this guy. Just because I left a negative review. This is like cyber mafia. This is illegal and these guys should not be in business. I am warning you not to order from these guys. If you do, do not leave your home address or phone number. This guy will drop in and try to scare you into removing your review.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
AuthenticGraph sells Fake products
This seller sells fake memorabilia on Amazon and he does not refund your money. I purchased an autographed CC Sabathia baseball on Amazon for $99. I thought I was getting a steal cause you can't find a ball like this for less than $150. When the ball finally arrived you could immediately tell the signature was a fake. Unbelievable! It looked like a 5 year old signed it and when I compared it with other Sabathia sigs, it looked nothing like his sig. When I contacted the seller and told him this was fraud and I want my money back, he said "I'm sorry you feel this way but all purchases are final". So I had to jump through hoops and file an A-Z claim to get my $$$ back from Amazon. And there was no certificate of authenticity in the package like the listing claimed. This seller is a scam and the autographed items are fake signatures. Do your homework before buying from this seller. Read the online forums and you can see that this seller is burning bridges everywhere.
1 have kobe autograph and its fake? if it fake, what the next step?
