The claim was lodged 21 Sept and today I am still without a car. snippets of events

28 Sept - claim rejected - excess more than claim, the accessor did not assess the car correctly, when i called the assessor to query and referred him to the events as recorded in SAPS statement, he said he does not have access to that. I really don't know how to respond positively to this part at all.

the car was reassessed after a follow up phone call at to what is happening 9 Oct - over a week later, why am I as the client calling to chase things up, the comment from call centre/assessor was basically the they are over the wall. here again, how is this my problem?

the repair center then waited for aurthorisation documentation from A&G and only received them after I basically threw my toys out the cot, week of the 16 Oct, here again i had to make the calls to get things going. i really don't feel like the client here

i received a call +- 25 Oct from repair center to say car is ready and excess is due

i chassed up on as to why excess due and not claimed from 3rd party, this legal side is still pending

i went to fetch the vehicle 3 Nov and was now told it is not ready, as the radiator is still not replaced and that repair center receptionist made a mistake by calling me saying the vehicle is ready.

3 Nov i called A&G again with status and complaining as to why am i the client having to do all the run arounds here, not to mention again having no vehicle since late Sept.

still no call back as promised by A&G to point above, its 9 Nov

i can not see how you are bringing your side of the promise on several points as listed on your website

on the 6 Nov emailed this complaint to Ricardo as per the A & G website, 9 Nov no reply

i won't get into the issue around the 3rd party claim for the excess due as this will take a complete new complaints application on info relayed to claims dept of A & G
