I purchased a van from Autoloan finders after a 6 hour! first meeting with them..after making a $800 pick up payment they sold my account to Independent Dealers Advantage who up'd my payments over $150 a month!

After arguing with IDA for weeks over the increase I was finally told by a supervisor that I could get out from under the loan...they turned the GPS sytstem in the car off and said they would send someone out for the car...7 weeks later somone finally came to pick up the car...then IDA decided to sue me for over $4000! Auto Loan Finders and the banks they work with are ### of the earth...dont use them...they have had many complaints and have even been on the local new...the BBB has many complaints and unsatisfactory status on this company..dont be so desperate as to go through these people...they live their lives to screw yours up!

I went to auto loan finders for a car because of my credit. I gave them all of my information, and I was told that I was approved. Two days down the line the car starts burning alot of oil. I meaning I'm buying oil by the galloon, which is so ridiculous. Then after getting approve I find out that I have to bring six hundred dollars to them within a two week priod. After paying them all that they say I need a co signer or give them the car back. What? What the *** do I look like giving them a car back? They should of never gave me the car and looked over all of my paper work right then and there. Now I want my money back and the can have the crappy car. Oh then they say that you won't get all of your money back, after they see how many miles you have drov it from when they sold it to you. So will get a lawyer if I continue to have problems with this agency. Wish I would of never went to them.

I bought a van from ALF in Aug09, I did get great customer service etc...from Freddie G. However, Im here today Nov.30 and riding around in my 3rd YES 3rd drive-off tag.I have been promissed on numerous occassions that the paperwork was going to be done, and yet NOTHING! It is now affecting my job/work, having a temporary tag for more than 90days! UNHEARD OF! My huge problem is there has been NO communication from ALF. No Calls, No Letters as to why? I've called or contacted on each occassion about my tag issue. Has anyone else had this problem with ALF? There has been no regard to my inconvience, Ive been given the "run around" for months...This is totally Unprofessional and Not Good Business Practice...

Well i bought a car from Auto loan finders about 3 wks agok and I have to be honest with my review. I was told on the phone that it would only be 1 1/2 hour process, it turned out to be more like 5 hours. My loan officer, at the time, seemed to be really nice and helpful, which I learned was not true after he got my money.However the Ladies in the business office, especially Amber we great! I got an '08 Sebring and was told what my payments would be and asked if it could be lowered and my loan officer told me yesl, but wouldn't check with the other bank due to the fact that it would be more work on him. After getting the car and driving it on the driveway home I realized it was shaking and the brakes were going bad. I called my loan officer, and he said he would get it fixed, I got everything but the brakes fixed, and called him over a wk and left 5 messages and he never called me back to make arrangements to get my car fixed. I finally had to call Amber and she connected me to the right person to get things corrected. But if your credit is not the best then this is the place to get a car. You will have to put down the tax and tag money, or make sure you have it within 30 days.

I had been shopping around and found that Auto Loan Finders treated me with respect and as serious customers. I really appreciate the time and effort they spent with me educating me on my credit history and how to improve on it. I really enjoy my car and the lay outs that was presented in the interview. I know what exactly is needed and expected of me. No fine print. The person that called to make the appointment was up front with all the details of the appointment. I don't have the best of credit so I heard that Auto Loan Finders had a program that would increase your credit score by 150 points.

I went there & bought a car, after a year of making my payments on time every month, my credit score didn't increase at all and they also said after a year of making your payments on time, you would be able to trade your car for another car with a lower interest rate.

When I asked them about this after my year of paying on time, Don Jett, one of the sales people told me that they couldn't do anything to help me because my credit score was low and I still owed too much on the car.

Well, this was my reason in the beginning for even buying a car from them, now they're telling me that they can't help me. Then they said another reason they couldn't help me was because I lived in another state.

Well I never lived in Georgia, so why would they sale me the car in the first place, if that was their policy?
