No invoice for an order is emailed or included in the package. One must hunt, and sign up for their newsletter, in order to get access to an order.

Return policy is hidden and not clearly stated on or before the order page so people can see it and decide if they want to jump through all the hoops before they get into business with Azzlee.

The only contact available must be sought after. Although there is a "link" to service@azzlee.com, the link does not work and it is buried. When you type in service@azzlee.com it gives you a form you can fill out and says they will try to get back to you in 24 hours. That is way too long to communicate with a company.

I can not find a phone number for Azzlee.

They say they are an American company, but that is untrue. They are a Chinese company. That should be illegal, to lie about their origins. The truth: I would have never ordered from them if I had known they were a Chinese company.

Claimed loss: None, yet.

Desired outcome: Azzlee needs to fix all of these hidden contacts, invoices, return policies, and they need to clearly state they are Chinese, rather than lie.

Thank you for your support. Is the only solution to stop doing business with Azzlee? Should the FTC get involved? How can we pressure these Chinese companies to be honest, transparent, and easy to deal with?

I've noticed that on Amazon, a customer must search for a while to find out the origin of the product; sometimes a person can't tell at all. It seems that Americans are being "guided/forced" to buy from China.

I would like to support US companies.

Thank you for your support. Now, for the solution. Do we get the FTC involved? Is the only solution to stop buying from Azzlee? I would like to support US companies, but they get expensive.

Good luck! After 6 weeks I finally received part of my money back. Azalea says you can return an item but it has to go to a special shipping place and a lot more (expensive) red tape. I took another option the presented me, which was a partial refund (keep) the item, but refund got reduced because, they said, I had used a promotion. Bottom line: clothing material is bad, creases never come out, waist may fit but pant leg is so narrow you can't pull it up, or bust fits but sleeve is way too tight. The lesson: Don't buy Azalea clothing.

Not receiving an invoice or any clear return policy is unacceptable. It's unfair to make customers hunt for information and jump through hoops just to get basic service. The broken email link and lack of a phone number only add to the frustration.

It's misleading for a company to claim they're American when they're not, and it's understandable that you feel deceived. You deserve transparency and better service from any company you choose to do business with.

I emailed Azzlee, however, they responded but didn't give me the return address. I sent another email and they stated nothing to that email. I spent a lot of money for them not to give me my money back. I was not pleased with the type of material it was. I didn't ware the products because of the material. I went to fed X near my house hoping they had more information on how to return the merchandise. Fed Ex was clueless also.

I would not advise anyone to buy from them. I learned my lesson to not buy clothes on line if a friend has not used the company.

I want my money back!
