Dear Concern,

I would like to bring your attention to a serious concern with the "LG Company Service Center, LG Electronics, and the LG front-load washing machine" with a 10-year warranty.

I feel sometimes I should use the LG front-load washing machine for the dustbin instead of the washing machine at our doorstep. 

I am very disappointed to write this email to LG Service Center, LG Electronics, and LG Company.

I am facing a service issue and have been chasing LG-Service Center for the last 3 months to repair my LG front-load washing machine. I am spending half of the day talking to customer care and explaining our problem to them. They are all a team of McDonald's,  their customer care, engineers, and supervisors.

They are just listening to my problem, sending technicians, and spending their days one from another, and every time they are asking for a replacement part and making money from us, "This business is pretty new in India and is being introduced by LG-Company-Service Center-LG-Electronics, how to cheat with your existing customer with the name of after-sale service."

Apart from money, they are wasting our time as well. They made our life hell. Just imagine, as a working and joint family, how are we managing our day-to-day lives without a washing machine? 

We had invested our hard-earned money to buy a fully automated LG front-load washing machine with a 10-year warranty to make our lives easier, but after buying the LG product, our lives have become hell. I felt cheated and made the wrong decisions while buying and selling LG products. I was not aware that LG Company wouldn't be able to provide after-sales service and take care of existing customers. 

The story started in the month of May 2024 with the first complaint registered with the LG Service Center. After 2-3 days, the first complaint was attended by an unknown name (LG Engineer) ([protected]), and we paid the first time to this person in May 2024 despite their 10-year warranty. 

In between, multiple visits are done by LG-Customer Care, and every time a new person visits our home to date, Mention the below number in order to go from starting to date. 

 

Below are the numbers who were visited at our home, and I connected with them to resolve LG Waching machine service issues, but the LG service center and / LG- electronics failed to provide quality products, and after-sales service was zero. 

Unknown Name (LG Engineer): [protected]

Manish (LG-Engineer)-[protected]

Shailendra (LG Engineer): [protected]

Nitin Rai (LG Engineer): [protected]- Paid: The first payment was Rs 2034.32/- on July 20, 2024, and the second payment was Rs 1977.68/- on July 20, 2024, despite a 10-year warranty.

Rakesh Bhatia (LG Engineer): [protected]

Gitesh: [protected] (LG-Supervisor)

I was surprised when I exchanged everything with one of the supervisors, Mr. Gitesh ([protected]), (LG-Supervisor) on July 28. He was also talking very casually, and he promised me that our problem would be solved, but again, the same supervisor, Mr. Rakesh Bhatia (LG-Engineer), [protected] visited but the problem not solved. When I tried many times to connect with (LG-Supervisor)  Mr. Gitesh ([protected]) on July 29, he didn't respond to my calls. 

I am recording all incoming and outgoing calls and how LG Company is cheating with their customers and is unable to provide after-sales services. This matter will not close here; I'll sue you in court. 

They are playing smart with us. Every time they are asking for a regular fresh complaint, they are silently closing our existing complaint ticket. Now we are chasing them, and they are just passing their time with us.

Just to update you, after your intervention,  LG front-load washing machines have been

picked up by the LG service center for repair at the below address. Sharing challan slip also. 

Address: Plot No. 55A Rama Road Second Floor, near Moti Nagar , Najafgarh Road Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110015

GST Number (GSTIN) 07AAACL1745Q1Z6

I'm really sorry to hear about the frustrating ordeal you've been going through with LG Electronics and the service center. It sounds like you've been on a wild goose chase trying to get your washing machine fixed, only to end up feeling more like you're doing laundry by hand than using a "fully automated" machine!

It's incredibly disappointing to have a product that comes with a 10-year warranty and still face so many issues, especially when it seems like LG is more interested in passing the buck than solving the problem. It feels like they're playing a game of "pass the parcel" with your complaints, and you're the one stuck holding the package every time the music stops.

The repeated visits from different engineers, each bringing their own version of "it'll be fixed soon," must feel like you're auditioning for a reality show where the grand prize is a washing machine that actually works. It's also frustrating to hear that they are charging you for services despite the warranty, which should be protecting you from these out-of-pocket expenses.

It's understandable that you're considering legal action given the amount of time, money, and energy you've invested in trying to get this resolved. You deserve a working appliance and competent customer service, not a revolving door of unfulfilled promises.

Hopefully, this situation gets resolved soon, and LG steps up to fix the issue once and for all. In the meantime, hang in there and know that you're doing your best to advocate for yourself and your family.
