We had a b-Dry system installed 2-12-07. Chris Ellett was the foreman. We received a letter from Robin Hurst, Customer Care - Regional Manager on 2-2007. I have a copy of the Warranty. For the first time since the installation, we had several inches of water come into our basement. It was a severe storm. My husband had just cleaned the drain but the deluge brought in debris during the storm. We have a generator which provided continual electrical service to the house although Va. Power service had stopped. I tried to contact B-Dry and discovered that there is no Virginia Office any longer. I found a page for people with warranty issues in a state where there is no coverage. I sent our information to them with a copy of the warranty document. I consider our damage to be a B-Dry issue. We will have to pay our insurance company for providing immediate assistance to get the material out of the basement, to remove the carpet and dry the facility. I need assistance from B-Dry immediately.
Desired outcome: I would like the issues with our system resolved, payment for initial costs of $1,000, damage to a basement door and potential damage to our washer and dryer; the bottoms of which were under water.
