Baby Trend, Inc. Baby trend walker

I put my baby in her walker and just as I put her in the straps ripped off! She's not a big baby! She's only 7 months old! No I didn't put her in roughly nor slam her down in it! I'm not just writing this email to have the product replaced but also so no baby gets hurt! Maybe this product should be recalled. It's definitely worth looking into

This happened on Aug 1st at 11am

Claimed loss: This coat me $40 and I'm a single mother with absolutely no means to aford another one no time soon

Desired outcome: I would like for the company to replace the walker! My baby could have been hurt!

Baby Trend, Inc. baby trend high chairs

Are there Teflon/Gen X chemicals in the high chairs? This is an extremely toxic chemical and our children eat directly from them. It causes death and deadly diseases. Premature babies and stillborn. Please disclose all information about chemicals used to make non stick/mess resistant materials used in baby high chairs and all baby trend products. Upon further research I have found at least 70% of your products have stick/water resistant fabric.

Baby Trend, Inc. Terrible design, terrible customer service

My husband and I bought the running stroller for $200+ and within a month it broke - couldn't fold it up any longer. We'd bought the "extended warranty" with Babies R Us which does NOTHING for you. Once the stroller breaks you have to contact Baby Trend and their policy is that you have to BUY another one, send in your receipt, and then they'll reimburse you the cost. But if you want to return the stroller - as in NOT have to buy another one - you're crap out of luck b/c they won't pay you!

I purchased Baby Trend Jogger Expediton when my baby was born.
When she was one year, the jogger started shaking so badly and I had to keep tighting up the screw as directed on the website.
It worked but most of the time I carried her otherwise she got dizzy when jogger start shaking again.
When she was 23 months, at the time I was riding next to subway and she was sleeping in the jogger, suddenly the front wheel just slided away apart from the jogger and almost break my baby´s feet due to the sudden drop of the front part.
Lucky she was okey for being buckled up and the wheel was not running to the rail way.
But I was so dissapointed with this product.
I had to keep holding the front part since the wheel could not attached anymore cause screw was gone, with my baby still sleeping inside the jogger. By kneeling on the floor next to subway with no one want to help, I end up stucked in my spot kept closing my baby´s ears for busy and noise subway at 9 pm and kept waiting till my husband whom just called and started to drive to picked us up from Long Island.
The worst part, when I called the customer service. She sent the wrong fork which is not able to be attached to the jogger.
I emailed back, she said they do not produce the fork for my jogger again. So ridiculous! Really a business! They expect the parents just using baby jogger only for up to 2 years baby, after spending too much money for this stuff? And buy the new one again?
This crazy experience I got from using this product, my decision never use their product again.
