This company sells nothing but back scratchers, which are not an easy product to find. Unfortunately, their "telescopic" back scratcher, while very nice, only lasts for awhile, falling apart at the telescopic links. I wanted something that would last for years, and I was willing to pay the reasonable price plus shipping (high!), but not if the product falls apart after six months. Don' waste your money -- do like bears do, and scratch your back against a tree!
This is a place for complaints about rip offs and poor consumer products, not the worst problems we face. You would probably love to live in my world, which is obviously much better than yours!
The backscratcher didn't break, it just gently fell apart, which I consider a design flaw. I was too quick to complain, though -- had been through two bad experiences with Braun and Cuisinart, who had no interest in replacing their faulty products. I usually don't complain about such things. Mea culpa!

Things break. Did you contact the company and ask them to support the product's warranty? If you did and they didn't respond then maybe you've got something to complain about. Otherwise, try that first next time before trashing someone online.
I had a similar problem with their telescopic backscratcher, and Jodee Bray got back to me immediately and sent another, better backscratcher. The telescopic scratcher is very nice but somewhat flimsey -- maybe I was too hard on it. Kensington Cavalier should have been more patient. Backscratcher World really does stand behind its products and I applaud them for that.
Dealing with this company stinks... VERY Poor communications... Extremely slow shipment.. they don't answer emails or the phone.. beware
I ordered an in-stock item on August 23, 2017 at 10:25 am and confirmation said shipping would be 4-10 days. As of today, September 18, 2017, have not yet received item. Have emailed customer service twice with no reply. Cannot get an answer when I've called the customer service number. Very unhappy with business and customer service. Will be filing a complaint with BBB next. I cannot recommend this company at this time.
I have emailed several times and called. No one responds to emails. Their mailbox is full. You guys took my money immediately. This is fraud.
I placed an order in March 2018 and it is now July 2018 and I haven't heard a peep from them except that they received my payment the same day. I have called two different phone numbers and written two emails to ask about it. I can't get through to anyone to find out the situation. If this business is no longer in existence, they should at least remove their website. It seems like fraud to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
When I track my order, the website claims it was deliver on 12/14/16, offers no tracking details and the customer service number loops to nowhere.

I placed an order on November 26th and called to get some sort of status update. As Ben said above, all of their phone numbers are disconnected and who knows if they will reply to my emails. My payment went through right away though. I don't even know how to get my money back... Can someone please email me too about my order?
