He did not leave until my husband and I were satisfied and the house was cleaned and swept. We are very happy with our new shower and highly recommend Love Your Bath

The sales person and office people were excellent to work with.We certainly got what we paid for. Plan on staying in the house as long as we can. The handicap features will help that be possible..I recommend Love Your Bath with no reservations.

We really do LOVE our showers! Last week Eric and Jessie installed two new showers (after removing an old tub insert in one of the baths). They were AWESOME! Very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, conscientious and were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to work through some issues with old plumbing and did a brilliant job. The bathrooms and work area were spotless when they finished up. They even cleaned the mirrors! What an amazing team! 5 stars!

The sales rep covered the details of our tub to shower conversion very well. He spent a few hours observing the installation. The installers did a great job and made sure everything was precisely what we wanted. They started at 8am and finished at 2pm. Love our shower!

Husband called for an in home estimate
Husband called for an in home estimate. We made it clear that we wanted the old tile removed and a complete new shower remodel done. Salesman kept showing us the different color samples, dodging our specific questions. They weren't difficult questions. The Salesman quoted us 13,521.00! For a shower liner that would have gone on top of the shower enclosure. The Salesman DID NOT LISTEN TO US AT ALL! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GETTING A QUOTE, IT'S A VERY MISLEADING AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE SHODDY BUSINESS MODEL! SHAME ON THEM FOR TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS! WE'RE SENIORS, NOT STUPID!

The installation was excellent. The installation crew was very professional and left everything clean. Normally workers leave debris after completing a job, but not these guys. Their pricing is high but the quality in workmanship alone has been well above expectations. The scheduler called by surprise due to a cancellation with same day service. One part was not on the order and the customer service was great at placing it on order without any hassle. Such a positive experience overall from presentation to completion of installation. I normally do not write reviews, but just the installation crew alone makes it worthwhile.

They have a great product and the color choices of the shower material are all so pretty it is hard to choose which one we wanted.Although one thing I really wish they would have available to their custimers would be Frameless shower doors ( very elegant) or even a Semi-Frameless in Oil Rubbed Bronze; But since we were going with ORB fixtures we had to settle on the Framed ORB door, NOT a majir sacrifice because It still looks beautiful, just not as elegant.Now moving on... our installers; *** and ***; were AWESOME! We give them 10 stars. They are very Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and as a Big BONUS they have Great Personalities. We would recommend Jacuzzi Love Your Bath to all of our family and

We had appointment to get a quote on a tub to shower conversion the representative that showed up was very professional and presented a video on all of the work they would perform they would remove the existing tub and shower walls down to the studs and repair any hidden damage. then they would supply and install new drain for shower base and new fixtures. and then install the 3 wall panels from shower pan to ceiling. We selected the design of panels we wanted based on samples we were shown. We paid a deposit of $3200 and were told we would be notified when it would be scheduled. Tried several times to contact them by phone after to clarify some things and then to check on getting shower doors. The original rep said they don't do the doors. Then got an email with an estimate for shower doors. shortly after that got a call to see how we liked our new shower, it had not been installed yet. I asked for clarification about the install process and was told they don't remove the old shower walls but put new over old. Not what we were shown in the presentation. I told them to cancel and the got a call from The sales manager and arranged to inspect the wall material. It was thinner than the sample and not acceptable. He did agree the video was misleading and that they would remove the other walls and install per the video. I still felt we were misled and cancelled the job. They won't refund the deposit. This was out of the Orlando office of Jacuzzi which is very disappointing. Be sure to get all the details in writing so you aren't misled. we want a refund.

The final product is incredible! I litterally LOVE MY SHOWER, but the process to the finallity of the job was a nightmare.
The entire organization of the Tampa office is frustrating, inconsiderate and insulting.
From the start there were many errors regarding the order. Up until the very day they finally arrived to do the job, months later than promised. They claimed the permits were holding them up but when my husband called the Naple's permitting office, the permits were ready a month before. When the 2 young men arrived to do the job, they were lacking the necessary materials and actually had incorrect pieces in the truck. We couldn't believe it! Finally they got to work on Thursday but no inspector was scheduled, another screw up of the Tampa office. So on Friday they simply came and left. Leaving a demolished shower. Even Monday they never came back to finish the job. They had a flat tire. Well, fix it and come back to work. When they did come back and finish, like I say, the shower is exquisit. However, they left lots of gashes and chips in the wall and ceiling. They got gooey glue on the luxery vinal floor. I contacted them many times, how do I clean this up. NO REPLY. I gave up on this company and will take care of all these damages. But I am truly disgusted with the way this company handled this order. I received a text requesting payment, before it was even completed. Is that all they care about? How about the clients' satisfaction and treatment received from this company!? I felt it necessary to reach out to you and make whoever cares, aware. It is a shame that I can not recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors.

The sales person came to my house on a Saturday and was very nice, I loved the product and the company's history. I signed the contract to take out an existing bath and replace with a shower only and gave the company sales rep a deposit of $5,000. She gave me her business card, and a printed company folder with the company's contact information. After she left I spoke to my husband in detail and he felt that just replacing a bath for a shower at the cost of $18,000+, was too much and asked me to cancel the contract. I immediately sent the sales person a text and told her my intentions and she eventually called me back that evening but with a different attitude sadly. She ultimately said that she would mail my check back but that I would need to send a cancellation letter to the company on Monday. You have three days to cancel a contract so the clock was ticking. Monday I wrote a very nice letter to the company and explained the situation, Fed Ex'ing the letter and signed Cancellation Form for over night delivery. The next day Fed Ex contacted me and said that I used the wrong address and the letter was in another city. The zip code printed on the Cancellation Form was incorrect... it wasn't my error. I tried to call the company with the phone number printed on the company folder, it was a real estate agent that had nothing to do with the company. There was another number on the back of the folder and a recording came on that said "Not Available". I cannot attest to the work product because we didn't get that far, but they have the wrong address on the Cancellation Form that must be sent back in three days or you are obligated to the agreement. All the phone numbers on the Company Folder were wrong or not available. I did get my check back in the mail at the end of the week but I was extremely nervous about this company for many reasons. Who has the wrong address on their company forms, who has wrong phone numbers printed on their company folders... Buyer beware.

From the very start of my connection with LYB company, I have been very disappointed. The LYB salesperson, Mike S. came to our condo on August 10, and made it seem pretty easy to get two new showers installed. He said it would take about 6 weeks to get the materials and only one day per shower to install. Of course, this sounded great so we agreed to the two shower installations. But then everything after that went downhill.
I gave Mike my credit card number so he could charge us the $2,00o deposit fee. The charge was never taken off my account. So two weeks later, I called LOVE YOUR BATH and talked to a woman named Lisa to find out why the deposit had not to go through? She told me she would look into it and get back to me. She called me back and told me a man named Shawn would call me.
Shawn called and we went through the order and he said he would have the materials ordered and the $2,000 would be deducted from my account.
The installation was supposed to be "approximately completed on September 28th, so with this two-week delay in processing the order, I expected the middle of October. Well, the middle of October came and I had to call LOVE YOUR BATH again to see what was going on. Shawn said they were still waiting for parts.
Finally the end of October the parts came in and the installation could be started. But Shawn asked me if he needed a permit? I thought that was an odd thing to ask as I assume that a company that installs showers would know this? As it turned out YES a permit was needed to install the two showers.
I then was referred to Gina and she was the contact person to help with obtaining the permit. I know she worked her butt off to get this process done. I do NOT know the ins and outs of all of it. But Gina did tell me that Mike S. apparently took the WRONG measurements and she had to come to the condo and remeasure. I had to sign something to say I agreed with the change.
It was now November and still nothing. I told Gina we had a two-week trip planned for the first two weeks of December so if it could not be done before we left then it would have to be after we get back on the 18th of December.
On December 20, Gina came with Brian and his wife. They told me they would remove the tub and get it prepared for inspection. Which would happen on December 21, 2o21. Well after Brian took out the tub, he found that the builders had built the A/C unit under the tub, so he could not continue. Once again another delay. (Not the fault of LOVE YOUR BATH)
So my 88-year-old and 90-year-old parents had to live in a "construction zone" for a week. We do understand that it was Christmas so the permit office would not grant any permits until after the holiday.
On December 28th Brian come back on his own without his assistant(wife), and constructed a frame around the A/C duct. He prepared the shower and put down the cement. I have to say he worked very hard but I was very disappointed in the way he left the place. He had not used the drop cloth and there were pink plaster drippings on the carpet. Although he stacked his tools against the wall in my parents' bedroom, it was very uncomfortable for them.
On December 29th, Brain and his wife came back to finish off the master bathroom and start on the second shower. The inspector was supposed to come between 12:00 and 2:00 so once he prepared the second bathroom it was a waiting game until the inspector arrived.
The inspector did not show up. But after phone calls were made, we found out that he DID come at 9:00 am but could not get in the building as he did NOT have the right phone number to contact me or Brain or even Gina apparently. So another day delay. Gina did contact the inspector and apparently, he is supposed to come today, December 30, between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Hopefully, he has all the right contact numbers.
Just to note also that once again when Brian and his wife left, they did not properly clean up. There was dust on the floor and furniture and the windows were all open and the lights were all left on.
December 30, when I woke up this morning to use the restroom at 3:40 am I heard a faint drip, drip, drip. I went to investigate the shower and discovered there was a slow leak from the pipe that Brian installed yesterday afternoon. So it seems it has been leaking for the last 12 hours! I "Jerry Rigged" a plastic container so that it is catching the drips. But I am sure the floor behind the drywall is all wet from the 12 hours of drips! I have informed both Gina and Brian of the leak.
Bottom line. The contract was signed August 10, and it is now December 30 and we still have NO showers!

So, I had a guy come over from Love Your Bath LLC on April 14, 2022 to check out my shower and give me a price. We gave them a $3,000 check as a down payment, but only if our credit was good enough. But guess what? They said our credit was no good, but they still cashed the check anyway! We've been calling them like crazy, but it's been 13 days and still no refund. They said they would give it back, but they haven't yet. They took 8 days to cancel the order and now it's been 9 more days and still no refund. The check cleared my bank on April 18, 2022. What a bunch of baloney!

I had a guy from Love Your Bath come over to my crib on 8/28 to give me a quote for a new shower. I wanted to get rid of my old shower and tub and get a new one that's ADA compliant. But when I got the work order, it didn't have all the stuff we talked about, like a shower door with grab bars, a seat, a hand-held shower head with a rain option, or a zero threshold shower pan. I gave the salesman $2,000 in a check, thinking I'd get the shower I wanted. But now, me and my boy have been trying to get in touch with Love Your Bath, and they ain't answering our calls. My son even got through once, but they said they can't talk to him 'cause he ain't on the contract.

The install wasn't done like the owner said it would be. They wanted to install over the tile wall, but the owner said they would take down the tile and make any repairs. The installer said that's not how they do it and called the office to speak to the owner, but no one called back. I called again and they said they would remove the tile, but the installer said that's not how they do it. I asked them to leave. The installation crew are subcontractors, not employees. The installer said the salesman tells you what you want to hear to make the sale and that no one removes tile. The job cost $6014 to have the surround over the tile without removing it first.

So, I got a call from Love Your Bath LLC last July 4th weekend 2021. I was looking for a company to change my bathroom tub into a walk-in shower. My 71-year-old husband is a disabled veteran who has cancer and End Stage Renal Failure. They sent a salesperson, and we agreed to the installation. They installed the shower at the end of September, and it was great for a few months. But then, the shower stall floor started to buckle under our feet and became very slippery. The caulking started to come off, making it easy for water to run between the walls. This caused mold to grow, and centipedes and other bugs started to come through the seams. I tried everything to kill the mold, but it keeps coming back. I called the company, and they told me to email pictures. I waited for more than 48 hours for Mr. Larry M. to call back since June 9th, the first time I called. I called again on June 13th, but still nothing. I took out a 10k loan from Green Sky Loans for this. I am ***'s wife *** for the last 43 years, and I am in my sixties and legally blind. I would appreciate any advice or help you can give us. We were scheduled to get our bath remodled by Love Your Bath. Then we suffered a great deal of damage in Hurricane ***. The *** staff was more concerned about my family and our well being than they were about company profits. They were respectful and accomodating to both my wife and I. I cant recommend them as a company enough!
