The whole experience from sales to completion was awesome. Very professional and honest. No tricks here just perfection. My sales person, Jen was not pushy but smart. My installer, Kenny was the best in so many ways. I recommend The Bath Authority, to everyone. Great!

From the salesperson, Todd, to the installer, Kenny, all the work was done professionally, and in a timely manner. Both gentlemen were very patient with me in deciding exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. They were helpful and not pushy in assisting me in making decisions.

Installer showed up on time. Install was supposed to take 1-2 days. Installer stayed late to finish the job in one day. Everything was cleaned up and our new shower was ready to use the next day. They had to come back a few days later to correct two minor issues, one of which was a problem with the wrong color on a part which wasn't The Bath Authority's fault. Everything works and looks great and we couldn't be happier with the new shower. We would highly rate the Bath Authority if you are looking for a new shower.

We just had a second bathroom done by Bath Authority. It involved the removal of a cast iron tub. It was completed within the expected time. The installer, Kenny, was highly competent. The finished work appearance and function are excellent. He took great care at keeping the path clean that he took from his prep area to the 2nd floor bath. He swept and vacuumed the bathroom several times to assure there was no construction debris left in the bathroom. We had specifically requested Kenny as the installer because of his demonstrated level of high, quality work on our first bathroom.

I contacted The Bath Authority (BA) in August 2022 for an estimate on an acrylic shower. The salesman they sent was pushy, condescending, and made sexist comments to my husband in front of me. He offered us the "same-day" price discount and gave a spiel about how time is money and he'd much prefer to be with a new client making more money than come back to our house a second time. Despite our apprehension, we signed the contract that day knowing we had three days to cancel and to price match a better bid. He was incredibly adamant that we did not need to meet with anyone else to get other estimates, although we already told him we were. We met with Magic Bath (MB) the next day and not only was the estimate we received less expensive, but they also gave us a shower door, which the BA swore was impossible to do because of the location a window. When I called to discuss our better offer, the salesman became immediately defensive and aggressive. He not once mentioned the price match he promised and made no effort to keep our business. He said, and this is a direct quote, "I talked to my manager and he said, 'great let them do it.'" It was clear in his tone that if we did not go with his company and take his advice, then he (and his manager, apparently) hoped our project would fail. I called BA to speak to someone in customer service and apparently that department does not exist. I was transferred to someone who said "I don't handle that" and then transferred me back to the person who transferred me to him in the first place. I ended up leaving a voicemail, to which no one bothered to respond. Clearly the way the BA handles unsatisfied customers is to ignore them. I can happily report that MB installed our shower this week with a shower door and without relocating our window. We did have to fill a 2.5 inch gap in our floor, which we were warned about, but MB filled that gap with the same material as the shower base so it looks intentional and matches perfectly.

Scott Johnson was a wonderful Design Consultant. He was able to provide answers to all my questions. I did end up going with The Bath Authority after getting three estimates from other dealers.

Christopher was my consultant. He was great. I heard the ad on WKNR radio and I'm glad I called. He spent enough time with me going over all the the options and unexpectedly made several calls trying to accommodate my budget. What I wanted, I couldn't afford. If my budget changes, I'll give you guys a call.

We had a leaking shower replaced (cracked base and leakage behind the surround). All damage was fixed. The installer, Kenny, was efficient and highly skilled. Drop cloths covered all areas that were used to haul away debris and bring in tools/materials. There was no additional clean-up needed after the project was completed.

I was very pleased with the Bath Authority from start to finish. All the people involved from salesman to installers were fabulous. My shower was completed today and I'm even more thrilled than I thought I would be. Even though it's a bit costly, probably like all the rest, it's worth the convenience of it being done in 1-2 days. They also respect your home and the cleanup was great. I highly recommend them.

3 weeks back I had tub to shower conversion installation in my home and facing the worst and nightmares with this company. During the initial consultation of my contract, I explained all my scenarios, and asked for their expert advice, they said they will take care of everything, and I believed them. I met Kalvin the sales manager in his office, and he said great things about his company and I believed it. When I started using it I found that , the bathroom doors were not closing, they are opening in between my showers, and big water droplets were forming on my ceiling, and was falling on my head. Due to the water pressure inside the showers, I felt suffocated, and had nausea feeling. complained to the production manager Todd Maynard, he was making fun of me saying all other customers are using it, installation is their job whether to use the showers or not it is upto to me. I paid the full amount on the installation day and I have service contract and warranty with this company, I was shocked to her his comments. Then I had spoken to Kalvin and Chris, instead of fixing the issue they were trying to convince me with their words. I sent the video, and photos with all the evidences, still this issue was not fixed. I explained that , i am having health concerns and the is ceiling is also getting damaged, with the installing, they are not even considering it. I left the same comments in their company website, they deleted it. I understood they treat different customers differently and having partiality towards the servicing, and no responsibility on hearing the customer issues for the resolution. Now I can tell why they have all 5 star rating, since they are deleting all the negative reviews and keeping only positive reviews in their company website. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR FANCY MARKETING STRATEGY. I expect them to fix the issue and the inconvenience caused by their teams negligent attitude.
