What was to be a 2 day install turned into 3 because the seat had not arrived. Day 4, when we were cleared to use the shower, wecame downstairs to water all over our kitchen floor and a soaked ceiling. The shower had leaked. I contacted the number we were given and was told tech was on their way. After tech failed to show up or call us, they sent another installer out who had to cut a hole in our kitchen ceiling. He discovered that PVC joints had not been glued when installed. Along with those problems, the installers left handprints all over the shower doors with the compound which we were not able to remove, and the door was not staying closed.

We then had to wait for another crew to come clean relevelthe doors. 3 visits later from that same crew and much stress andmess later, they were not able to fix the ceiling because they could not match the pattern.

We ended up hiring our own contractor to come in and fix the kitchen ceiling.. Bath R Us did finally cover the cost of repairs.

Moving on from the disaster install. Theabondance of compound used to seal seams turned yellow. Bath R Ussent out a crew the pull and replace. 2 more days with noshower. Again the compound turned yellow all over the shower. The crew came back and we requested white to just be done with it. 2 more days with no shower.

This has been a very disappointing outcome and not worth the $13+ thousand dollars we invested.

Install crew was very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and showed up on time.

The team was very efficient working on our new shower. A three-day project turned into two days. There was a small mix-up with the grab bars we ordered, but the team got the problem worked out and the job was completed within a week with a short install. We are very happy with the product and would highly recommend them.

Everyone that ive met or talked to at Bath R Us have been very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of material and workmanship is what you would expect from a outstanding company! Our sales adviser(Ben) was knowledgeable and made us feel like family. Any questions we had,*** made herself available to answer.

I wish I could give them more stars. We love the work that was done converting our bathtub to a shower. It is absolutely beautiful. The guys that came out will were professional and worked so hard making our new bathroom just perfect. Their eye to detail and craftsmanship was superior. Great communication from the office staff too. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

There customer services leaves a lot to be desired. Told from beginning job would take 2 days ended up taking 4 days. No communication from company as to why there was a delay. After 2 phone calls finally got a response and was told they had staffing issues and there were a few issues found once the job was started. This should have been communicated to me as the job was being completed If you are looking for a company that cares about the customer and keeping them informed on the progress of their job this may not be the one to choose. No offer to compensate me for my aggravation or misrepresentation of job length.

I dont know where to start, *** was our installer and all I can say is WOW. First Id like to start off with his attitude, he is incredibly friendly and relaxed which means a lot to me considering I have a one year old and three dogs. His efficiency and workmanship is unmatched. He went above and beyond for my family and I couldnt be more appreciative. Bath-r-us, *** is an asset to your company. My only concern at this point is he has raised the bar so high, any contractors I hire will not be able to fill his shoes. A huge sincere and well deserved thank you goes to *** for giving me the bathroom of my dreams and having OUTSTANDING customer service. I will highly recommend this company to any and everyone willing to listen solely because of ***.

I've been extremely disappointed in buying a new bathroom remodel from Bath R Us. Installation, 3 months after our purchase agreement, was a disaster. The shower leaked and was not installed correctly. It appears that the installers did not know how to properly install the type of shower and doors that we bought from their offerings. Now, more than 2 months after the shower was not installed properly, it still sits unrepaired. The company has not returned my calls quickly and has largely gone dark. I will be filing a civil lawsuit in the next week. There has been ZERO interest on their end to fixing our leaking shower. The company has blamed their installers, who were subcontractors not "employed" by their company. I had asked the head of installation to have their company leader call me to discuss. I've tried my best to be understanding, but I cannot even get a call back from their company leader. For $19,000, all I've got is a bathroom shower that cannot be used. Terrible.

Hired a company to redo bathroom on March 31. Salesman double checked measurements the following day. Job was scheduled for April 1. Demolition occurred on April 1, installation on April 2, but the salesman's measurements for the sink were ignored. Thus, no new sink was installed, no temporary solution provided, just plywood atop the cabinet. No communication from the company. I reached out on April 10. Was told an expedited order would arrive by month's end. We sent a certified letter on April 14 requesting compensation. Delivery was delayed by our request. On April 27, I called to inquire and was directed to resend the letter to a different address. The first letter was received on April 27, the second on April 29. Received a call on April 30 to arrange installation for July 11. We had no sink in our main bathroom from April 1 to July 11. No proactive communication from the company. We waited over a month with no sink, no updates, no response to our letter. I called in July to discuss the sink's cost. The production manager, just reading the letter, put me on hold. After 30 minutes, I hung up and received a callback from a sales manager who apologized and offered $200 for the trouble. It seemed they wanted to avoid a negative review, but we saw it as compensation for the disruption. We declined the offer. The company called all this an inconvenience. It was a hassle to seek information, fix a wrongly installed shower valve, order a special shower curtain due to a high rod, and send two certified letters. But living without a sink for 41 days, unable to wash hands or host guests, and increasing the bathroom distance for my wife with M.S. was a hardship. Hopefully, as the company matures, it will show more concern for its customers.
