Their staff were very professional and easy to work with. The final product met out expectations. The installer was easy to work with and did very professional work.

This business is basically a retail store. You must do your own measurements and pick your fixtures that fit. The receptionist is very quick to point this out to you as soon as you walk in the store as well as let you know that they can't do anything for 6 months. The business has their own contractors, but I get the impression you're your own project manager.

Maryssa from Dynasty Bathrooms was my contact person for a small renovation of my powder room and second bathroom. We had the countertops, sinks and faucets redone, plus a new mirror in the powder room. From our first meeting, the staff at Dynasty were professional, helpful, and polite. Patrick, who did demolition, plumbing, and painting, was exceptionally good at his job. We were very happy with the work done by this company. I would definitely use them again in the future. We had two bathrooms totally renovated by Dynasty. We are extremely happy with the work. We wanted to buy Canadian products and were able to do that. The staff at the showroom were helpful in selecting what we wanted. We paid a deposit to hold our spot for the next summer as we would be away for a significant amount of time. The gutting of the old bathrooms and installation of the new went very smoothly. Our installer was meticulous, thorough and very respectful of our home. He was delightful and responsive to any requests we made. We would highly recommend them.

I reached out to Dynasty Bathroom to inquire about a product (silicone remover) that we heard about on a local renovation show but it wasn't available in my province. Tina Smith answered my query promptly and confirmed I could order it through them. Karen Johnson subsequently handled the logistics of the transaction by submitting a quote and arranging payment and shipping. Every email (about 15 exchanges) was answered in a timely manner, and we had our product, as promised, within a few days. What a breath of fresh air to deal with efficient and pleasant representatives in this day and age. My only regret is that we live in another province and can't benefit from their other services (like bathroom renos)!

After a fairly lengthy delay dealing with an employee, the Vice President dealt with my problem very quickly. She contacted the company representative and worked out a discounted deal to replace our toilet (which was off warranty). Then she arranged for it to be installed quickly.
Although a slow start, the end result was great. I will continue to deal with Dynasty Bath in the future.
