Student card access
I had 1.020 dollars sent to my card but when I went to the ATM it said card inactive. I have been trying to work this problem out with Bank Mobile for months Late in 2022 My e mail address of [protected]@yahoo.com was hacked so I had to close it out. That was the e mail I used to sign up with Bank Mobile. They refuse to accept my new e mail address so I can use online banking, and now have made my card inactive where I can't get a new card. They will not even attempt to work this out with me. My name is Jack Nordin my e mail now is [protected]@gmail.com the old e mail you had on file is [protected]@yahoo.com. A dispute for a transaction was cancelled but they still reversed the payment from the merchant after dispute was cancelled
As of 208 2023 I made a payment to Lendmark financials my car financing company for $802.95. The payment posted on 02/09/2023. I disputed some transactions that I did not recognize although one of the workers for BankMobile customer service disputed the $800 payment when it was not supposed to be disputed so it got canceled/withdrawn and the dispute case was closed on 03/06/2023. Oh, although as of 03/15/2023 bank mobile reversed the transaction of $802.95 from the financing company Lendmark financials for fraudulent charge. I have contacted BankMobile multiple times they cannot locate the money. They do not know where the money went and it was taken out of my account with the merchant at Lendmark financials. Bank mobile keeps telling me that there is not a reversed payment although I have proof where the payment was reversed back to BankMobile and Bank mobile does not have that $800 in my account and they will not tell me where the money is and I do not know who to get in touch with from here.
Desired outcome: $800 back into my BankMobile account.
This is exactly what is happening to me. Instead of a car financing company, it’s my apartment complex. They can’t locate the money and I’m missing $800 now. Customer service is awful no one knows what they’re talking about and they keep giving me the same messages. Were you ever able to resolve this issue?
Customer service is zero help they do not answer ever at all
I live in an apartment and my first card was mailed to me with no apartment number, corrected the mailing address, STILL never received. Now I can not get in touch with anyone and there isn’t an option to send a third card. Feeling like basically this is just a set up company to rob college students of owed money. Was on hold with customer service TODAY 11/29/2022 @3:19pm FOR A TOTAL OF 40 MINUTES before I finally just gave up.
Desired outcome: I CARD AND SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES.
Payment not received
My daughter and I were told by the financial aid office at Bethune Cookman University to contact Bank Mobile about my daughter's college refund. We talked to Marge(Service Associate) and Bali(Marge's manager) they both gave us the run around that they didn't see our refund after we gave them all of the information that was given to us by the school. Ms. Marge and Ms. Bali asked us for a check number. We advised that we don't have one and the school didn't give us one. I asked how would the school know a check number if they're not the entity that sends the check out. The school financial aid advised that they have released the funds to Bank Mobile for them to issue the check or any deposits. Bank Mobile insist on that everything is falling back on the school. When we asked if Ms.Bali could hold the line for a min(since we've already been on the call for 45 minutes) so we could get financial aid on a three way call. Ms. Bali did everything she could to release the call without resolving the problem/issue. I am livid at the lack of due diligence on Bank Mobile and Bethune Cookman University in this matter. Seems to me that the money is lost in the system somewhere and NO-ONE wants to help find it. Where does that leave the student and parent who has done everything they were supposed to do? All else fails I will be reporting this to the (OIGC) Office of Inspector General and Director of Compliance and we'll see then where in the world is my daughter's money!
Desired outcome: I need resolve with the check either being sent to us asap or direct deposited!
Lying to a customer
I recently have gone through so many obstacles with this service. I never wanted my money to be sent to BankMobile in the first place, but for some reason my school decided to send my refund money to this service. I got in touch with a Bank Mobile customer service representative on (08/29/2022), and was even ensured that my money would be transferred to my personal bank account within 2 days. Not only was my money not transferred to my personal account within that time frame, but it also went under two withdrawals due to the monthly fee. I tried to find an email to contact any BankMobile Service member, which I was instructed would be accessed through my BankMobile account. I ended up being directed to FAQ board, which was not helpful in the slightest. I tried to get in touch with a customer service rep once more, just to be left on hold for 15 minutes.
Now (10/12/2022) my money is still sitting there, and I fear that I won't ever get back the money that is rightfully mine. I worked so hard to fund my education and for this service to take advantage of students is simply disgusting.If there is anything that can be done, I would greatly appreciate it.

Desired outcome: I wish for my original amount of funds to be transferred to my personal account immediately. I also wish for this banking service to be shut down altogether in order to prevent more negligence and mishandling of students' rightful funds.
Card compromised
My card has been compromised by someone attepmting to spend $52.50 at a
Domino's in New Jersey amd some other transactions in New York online. I called the number that they sent me through the text I got. And they told me to make a dispute about it here

Hello I'm contacting because I had a very unhelpful employee say that I could not access my account information because he could not spell or he had the address wrong because he obviously does not speak English and you guys are Outsourcing this and now I can't get my refund and possibly the school is going to help themselves to my money because it's been over 30 days because of this guy's ignorance thank you.

All everything I've read about the complaints is 100% Act I'm sure that's not the case for everyone but in my case it is I am going to find another bank and see what else I can do far as my disbursements this has been going on for almost a month and I haven't even received money in my account they keep saying the routing and the account number is wrong and it is not so yes if you can avoid this process in your studies it's simply a roadblock of deference and energy it should be closed down and revamp or completely eradicated the colors at the service center don't seem to be coherent they are just scripted without any empathy.

They hold your money hostage when you are managing it and use Mobilecapture, not a school. They will hold for a week or even longer. That is ridiculous when that is how your employer pays

I called August 23, 2022 and spoke to a supervisor who supposedly was going to open a complaint and see if I could get it back. I believe he just said it to get me off the phone. Supposedly was going to take 3 days and never heard from anyone

Unauthorized charges
On Tuesday June 14, 2022, my spouse lost my bank card. She immediately informed me of this and I turned the card off. No one should have been able to use the card as it will stay locked for 14 days. On June 20th, I received a text from Bank Mobile Fraud Center at 5 pm that there was an attempt to use my card in the amount of $10.84. I texted back no. Later that same day I checked my online account and someone had drained my account for almost 500.00. The first charge occurred June 19th, the day before I received the fraud alert. There have been numerous phone calls as to why these unauthorized charges have not been resolved. I was told that I could put in a request for a credited amount until their investigation was completed, in which they denied it within less and 24 hours. They have told me that it could take up to 90 days, when I was told it was a ten-day process. I have been a customer of this banking institution for 13 years, and these people don't care. So now that the account is overdrawn, they are claiming that there is nothing they can do until the investigation is completed. They have lied to me repeatedly
Desired outcome: I want my hard-earned money back. This is wrong, not only on a personal level but professional as well.
Vibe bank
Customer support is horrible. I tried getting my money off the account multiple ways that the customer support told me to do and every time I got to a different agent they said what the previous agent told me wasn’t true. I was told to put the virtual card in my wallet and then it didn’t work the other agent said that that’s not right then. I was told to do cash app it didn’t work and the agent said the other agent was wrong then I was told to do wire transfer for 25 dollars this company is disorganized and stealing people money

I was browsing Facebook when I saw an add for a two dollar kitchen aid product which I thought was amazing for my kitchen, but when I bought it my account lost 14.95 dollars then 89.95 dollars meaning I just got scammed. I made 2 purchases through doordash on May 27, 2022. One was for $29.40 and the other was for $53.82. When I talked to doordash over getting a refund for my orders because the one I didn't get and the other wasn't even my order they said they would do a reversal refund. Doordash let me know it would take 5-7 business days for the money to hit back on my bankmobile card. The time had passed and the money still was not on my card. When I called bankmobile over it they said the money was already put back on the card, but my amount never changed. I tried to talk to a manager about it. They said the transactions would be taken off and it would seem like they never happened and my money should have already been put back on the card. It never was though. Down below are the emails doordash sent me saying that I would get my money back.
Desired outcome: I would like the $53.82 and $29.40 back on my card please.
Shaw academy charged and refund my money
Shaw Academy charged me for my account and I am wanting my refund for my charged and also have a dispute for something else and I have no knowledge of this because I didn't have any thing to do with this account access my bank and charging my account please refund my money and stop payment for recurring. Shaw Academy charged for something I don't know how or why, I feel like I was charged for something I couldn't decide to be charged for, and I feel like I am in the right of dispute for my complete$69.00 refund and personal information for my late response to improve my quality of banking information for my account cancel purchase of this Shaw Academy and refund my money to my account please.

October 14, 2020 My purse with bank mobile vibe card and drivers license. stolen. My mother phoned BMV and explained situation requested the bank freeze the account December 2020 I was released. I filed a dispute because the 4553.94 in my account was gone. The bank refunded 2500 and in the spring of 2021 I received my student loan money the bank took back 1500 saying a motel room that was rented had verified my id. This should have been an alert to you all because I have never before or since rented any type of motel room on this card. I spoke with the manager at the motel and questioned if the person even looked at the id, obviously the didnt. I have sent the following documents proving my case.
1. a police report number for the bank to have access to the police report showing my purse stolen with my debit card in it and a report that money from my account was stolen.
2. My Mothers statement noting her call to BMV and telling them the card and needed to have a hold on account
3. Documentation by the sheriff's office proving I was incarcerated and could not have made charges.
According to the laws that be waiting more than 60 days...500.00 is the most the bank can charge for fees. However, this is a special circumstance, I called shortly after I got home, the law also states this matter should have completed shortly after filing complaint. This is not the case of my case.
I am ready to get this resolved and move forward, Can you please look inti my case. The approvals and denials of my dispute have no rhyme or reason to me.,

Do not trust BankMobile Vibe. I rented rooms at five different Hilton Hotel properties. The front desk clerks said I would be charged $75.00 deposit each night I stayed. I was told I would be refunded the deposits 3 to 5 business days after checking out. I never received my deposits back. BankMobile Vibe said I would never see the money again. Which tells me that BankMobile Vibe is a scam, they are CORRUPT and dishonest. Los Angeles City College Dean of Students will hear about how they treat the students.
That is very odd. The same exact thing happened to me August 18 and 20, 2022. $50 fees charged separate from room rate and would be refunded, but never were.
Service after losing my student card, and not beinng able to oder new one.
I an an ADA student at Sacramento City College in Sacramento, CA with no cell. Just a home phone, and 64 years old. I lost my card and tried call. But without success !. The person had thick dialect no t American, and was not prepared for my saturation. Card Number5107748221779973. I am a HEADINJURIED STUDENT, and fall under ADA. This company has no format for the disable student. Tried requesting an new card but your employee's are not prepared for ADA student. This is a form of discrimination's.

Refund
I am filing a complaint against Bank Mobile Vibe, because I had filed a dispute on 05/24/21 which is well over four months ago. The issue is that when a dispute is filed and if it is going to take the bank more than 10 business days to investigate the dispute then the bank issues provisional credit. Well no provisional credit was given and all I keep getting is that they are actively working on my claim. This dispute was filed against a charge in the amount of $24.99 to Google play credit. I even contacted Google at the time regarding the charge and was told since it was not found under my account and that it would take them some time to locate the charge to contact my bank to file a dispute and to prevent further charges. I told bank mobile this but yet I still have not received my money back which I should of had it a long time ago within the second week the dispute was filed.

BankMobile Vibe aka Customers Bank, is very vile and corrupt. They are criminals just like Chime, and Bank of America. I stayed at five different Hilton Hotel properties

Balance
My balance is supposed to be positive 1016.30 according to all my transactions. I havent made any other transactions and it says im negative 1483 .70. I have been on hold for over an hour not able to talk to anybody. Horrible serice. Fraud company.

Scam
I had money taken out of my account for an item that I purchased. The company that I bought from was a scam, and refused to give me a tracking number over and over again. I asked for my money back and never received anything. They refuse to respond to my messages. Then after I filed a dispute the company provided a tracking number and said the item was delivered and I never received the item. The company that I bought from was a scam, and all the information they provided was fake. A different seller email and seller name and when I called the number of the seller that bank mobile send ( the denied claims paperwork) that number didnt work as well
