Baptiste Salon review: Service wasn't render.

My mother and I was referred, to this business by a friend. I made an appointment 03/20/24.

I've called in and asked the reception at the front desk how much for a Perm and a Curl. She didn't Id herself. She told me that the, cost of Curl was $ 30 and a Perm was $ 67. When I arrived Nicole, the beautician what I was referred too. But we had to wait. because Nicole, had someone else. Nicole took, my mother first. Put a curl perm in her, hair and rinsed the curl perm out. And rolled up, my moms hair. But it looked like, she did not get any curl perm in her hair at all. My mom is 91 yrs old. We had a special event on the 24th of March. When I sat in her chair, I've told her DON'T Cut MY HAIR! She Ignored me and cut off an 1inch of my Hair and i told her not to cut my hair she did it. My mother's Hair looks Jacked up. It doesn't looks like anything as done. They charged me $317 for waste of my time and service wasn't render.
