The order form had a push down menu for selecting the address, and if you didn't look closely, you might miss it. Once I selected the correct address, the checkout process went smoothly. I bought a battery from BatterySharks and I was not happy with the service. They didn't tell me how long it would take to ship the battery when I first bought it. I bought it on a Sunday and they only sent me an email with a tracking number on Monday. I couldn't start tracking it until Tuesday. When I finally got the tracking information, they told me that I would receive my package on Thursday. But when Thursday came, they changed the delivery date to Monday. This is unacceptable, especially since I needed the battery for my mother's mobility chair. I was very disappointed with BatterySharks and I would not recommend them. I suggest using Amazon instead.

BatterySharks ain't good. I got this battery and it was dead as a doornail. I called them up and they said it should be charged already, but to try charging it overnight. I did that and still no luck. So I took it to a car shop and they tested it and found out it was only putting out 9.7 volts instead of the 12 volts it was supposed to. Now it's a holiday weekend and I can't go off-roading because of this dead battery. I hope BatterySharks gives me my money back.
