I've even written 5 star reviews in the past! However, I recently had a problem with one of the batteries. I contacted the company and they were still friendly, but they asked me to do a test with a photo to show that the battery was defective. As it turned out, only one of the two batteries was actually defective. They sent me a replacement battery about 10 days prior, but then they asked for another test with a photo. And then they suggested another test. I got frustrated and gave up.

Even after charging the battery overnight, the battery status indicator on my chair would go from green lights to only yellow lights after 45 minutes of use. In the past, with two previous sets of batteries, I could run for 1 3/4 hours and still have one green light left, and those batteries were 1 to 2 years old. So, if you're looking to save money, go ahead and buy from BatterySharks, but don't expect any warranty replacement if you have any issues.
