Bunch of thieves running a scam
I placed an order September 3rd 2023. Paid up front, money was gone in an instant.
Now, since then, nothing. More than 20+ emails and phone calls, nothing. Tried all their social accounts, nothing.
The delivery tracking number they gave me was null and invalid.
They just stole my money.
As I’m writing this, I’m listening to their infamous waiting music on the phone for more than 30minutes.
It’s a scam.
Just don’t buy there anymore. It’s run by thieves.
I’m on the process of going legal af on them right now.
And looking to constitute a class action. Thieves must be punished.
Product not delivered and abysmal customer service
I ordered an Audio Source expression pedal from BAX on Friday 14 July, with a target date for delivery of Thursday 20 July. On Monday 17 July I received separate notifications from both BAX and ParcelFrorce (courier) that the product was in the ParcelForce system – ‘Advised’. When on the 20th I saw on the ParcelForce page that the product was still ‘Advised’, I phoned BAX about my concerns. Their agent told me that the product was in Kent, would get to me and that they would consider compensation if it was late. I was so taken aback by the blasé attitude of the BAX agent that I decided to conduct further communication via email. Apart from Sunday 23 July, I have emailed BAX at least once a day – and sometimes twice - enquiring about the whereabouts of the product and when it would be delivered. I have received no response whatsoever from BAX. The ParcelForce page still says ‘Advised’ – see attachment. Before beginning this dispute, I tried to phone BAX but the phone just rang out. I am beside myself with frustration at not having any response from BAX and not knowing when, if ever, I will get the product. I have raised a dispute with PayPal which I will escalate later today. I am also going to file formal complaints with Trading Standards and Companies House.

Unpleasant Experience with Bax Shop: False Advertising, Delivery Delays, and Poor Customer Service
I recently needed to purchase some special items for my son's 18th birthday celebration. I placed my order right after the lockdown started to make sure that I will have everything ready for my son's big day that was due in a month later. Initially, I ordered the required items from Dawsons, and they have always been fantastic. Unfortunately, the items were not in stock. So, they informed me, and my money was refunded instantly. Then I decided to make a purchase from Bax as they claimed that their items were in stock. However, that was not the case in reality.
I received one of the packages from Bax, and another one never came. The package's delivery company was Mondial Relay and then Hermes, but they still delivered nothing. According to my tracking information, the package was delivered to my address even though we were at home during the supposed delivery. At this point, I had no choice but to reorder them from Amazon, and they delivered everything to my doorstep promptly.
Trying to get in touch with Bax was such a hassle, and it took forever. I waited on the line for almost an hour, and then the call got cut off. When I finally reached them, I had to sign a declaration mentioning that I haven't received my package yet. And after that, they didn't correspond to me at all. I had to follow up with them three times, and they fobbed me off each time! It was only after I contacted PayPal did they finally resolve the issue, and it took almost two months to get my money back.
Also, another thing that bothered me was that they advertise themselves as being located in Folkestone. They may have an office there, but they are not a UK-based company, and they don't use UK-based products either! Overall, my experience with Bax shop was very unpleasant, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Bax Shop's Disappointing Service: Delayed Delivery, Poor Communication, and a Negligent Delivery Driver
So, I just had an experience with Bax Shop and it was not too good, if I'm honest. I don't really write reviews a lot but I feel like a lot of people need to know what's going on here. Basically, I ordered something from them and it took a really long time to arrive. I waited for 7 weeks, which is ridiculous, and I didn't hear anything from them during that time. I tried to get in touch with them a few times but didn't get a response. I just really needed to know when my stuff was gonna show up because I work full time and needed to be around to collect it. I eventually had to open a case with PayPal to get a response, and they said there was a problem and apologised. I thought maybe it was just an isolated incident, but then it happened AGAIN for another 3 weeks. It was so frustrating. I finally told them I was going to open another case with PayPal, and they said they would ship it and give me tracking information. But when I got the tracking information, it was in a foreign language that I couldn't understand. And then, when the delivery driver finally showed up, he just dumped my stuff on the road and told me to fetch it myself. I'm a young girl and was by myself, and it was a really big piano and stool that he just left there. I couldn't believe it. I was really unhappy with the whole thing, so I emailed Bax to ask about their complaints procedure and the woman who replied to me said she didn't know what I meant. It was just really disappointing all around.
Review of Bax Music: Issues with Shipping and Customer Service
Bax Music, these guys ship stuff to you but there's some issues. Like, they told me to refuse the package if it's damaged and when it arrived with a big hole, I did just that. So, I never even got to see the item. The delivery company, Parcelforce, noted the damage and returned it to Bax Music but they won't give me my money back until they get it back, which seems kinda messed up. I mean, they're the ones who use Parcelforce, not me. And to top it off, Parcelforce messed up and sent it back to my local depot instead of to Bax Music. Not my problem, right?
Another thing is that Bax Music says you have to cancel your order on their website form, but nah, they can't specify that. You can cancel however you want, according to the rules. I opened a dispute with Paypal, but Bax Music hasn't responded yet, so they're holding up my refund.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bax Music. Lots of issues and not great customer service.
Unexpectedly Great Experience with Bax - A 5-Star Rating!
Just had to write this review to give my honest opinion about Bax. I know some people have had bad experiences, but personally, I had a pretty good one. Actually, it was better than good - it was great!
I picked up a case, mixer, amp, and power strip from them, and they were by far the cheapest around. I nearly didn't go for it because of what people had written in their reviews, but boy, am I glad I did.
Now, don't get me wrong, I know everyone has different experiences, but I can tell you that the 1-star summary here is plain wrong. My past experience with Bax was also fair, but I have to say, they definitely exceeded my expectations with this recent purchase.
I'm giving them a 5-star rating for price because the Black Friday discount they had going on was just unbeatable. Seriously, nobody else could touch them.
When it comes to support, I gave them a solid 4 stars. I did have to make a product call, but the support agent I spoke to was actually really good. Then, when I had a delivery question, I received an email later that day. Not too shabby in my opinion.
Communication-wise, I did give them 3 stars. The whole delivery process could have been clearer. I got delivery urls instead of tracking numbers which wasn't great. I also wasn't totally sure if all my stuff was going to come in one package or not. Turns out it didn't, but it all did arrive when they said it would. The mixer, amp, and power strip took around 6 business days, but that's cool with me.
Anyway, I think some people can be a bit too negative - the reviews here made me super anxious about ordering, but in the end, there was no need to be. All my items were delivered when they said they would be, and I'm really happy with everything I got. AVOID AVOID AVOID! If you are thinking of buying from Bax-shop.co.uk, think again! I made that mistake and I would never buy from them again. Don't just believe me, have a look at all of the negative reviews. They are all correct and in my experience, the facts are all true.
Firstly, this company is not from the UK. It's based in the Netherlands but nowhere does it mention that on the website. This is a con, a way to get people to think it's a UK-based company and trick them into buying. It's not just that though, there are many other problems too.
For starters, the products are often late or don't turn up at all. If you try to chase up the order, you'll find that the customer service is useless. They just don't care. If you do finally get your product, it will often be broken, the box destroyed or bits missing. And worst of all, it may not even be new, often just seconds.
Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare. You can try ringing a UK number but they can't make any decisions and just make excuses. They'll have to email the Netherlands for a response. If you need to return the product, you have to use a company called Mondial Relay. This takes two weeks and they have no tracking. It's a disgrace.
If you're lucky enough to get a refund, good luck with that. Their refunds are almost non-existent. And the 3-year warranty they offer is useless too. You have no chance of a repair with their incompetent after-sales service.
This whole process has been the worst experience of my life and it's aged me considerably. I wish I had seen the negative reviews before buying to try and save a few quid. Lesson learned.
And if you're wondering why they state they had stock when no one else in the UK did for months, it's because they don't even have the stock. It's a trick to get you to buy and then they can't deliver. So do yourself a favor and avoid this company!
Unsatisfied with Bax UK: Poor Customer Service and Mishandling of Damaged Product
I recently had a pretty bad experience with Bax UK. I spent a hefty sum of ?1,134 on an ex demo synthesiser, which I was eagerly looking forward to receive. However, things didn't go as planned. The synth that I received was damaged, incomplete, and arrived late. I was truly bummed out.
I then decided to contact Bax regarding my predicament, hoping for an easy solution. But alas, things went from bad to worse when I received only an email with an RMA number, and no follow-up email with the postage address. I have yet to receive the promised email, and despite sending several emails to them, I have not received any response or clarification about what to do next.
This whole situation is extremely concerning for me since the amount of money involved is quite significant, and getting back my refund is becoming more and more difficult. Adding to the misery, they are telling me that I have to take the 88-note keyboard to a UPS drop-off point myself. But I have a tiny car and transporting such a large keyboard is almost impossible for me. I explained my predicament to them but still haven't received any response, which is simply unacceptable.
It's outrageous that a professional company like Bax, who took my hard-earned money, is now making it my responsibility to ship the damaged goods back to them. As if I haven't had enough inconvenience already!
If Bax doesn't resolve this issue soon, then I will seek the help of my credit card company and raise a small claims court application. The process will cost me £80, but for me, it's well worth it to get my money back. And, a Court Judgement against them will surely put them to shame.
Honestly, I am really disappointed with the way Bax has handled this entire situation. I am just hoping that they will respond to my emails soon so that I can get a proper solution to my problem without any more hassle.
But, it just goes on to show that even big companies can lack customer service skills, and this bad experience with Bax has taught me to be careful when shopping online.

Disappointing Customer Service and Shoddy Packaging: My Experience with Bax Shop
Bax Shop ain't gonna be getting no medals for customer service that's for sure. My old lady had to take delivery of the guitar I ordered because it didn't show up until Monday when I had specially requested it for Saturday. Turns out they ain't even based in the UK even though they make it seem like that. Like, seriously Bax, Brexit ain't no excuse for tricking your customers.
The box looked like someone had already gone through it before it even got to me so I let them know by email. They didn't even have the decency to reply to me. When I opened the package, there was barely anything in there to cushion the guitar and the guitar box had holes in it. I mean come on Bax, what's the point of sending a guitar if it's just going to be smashed up when it gets to me? Plus, the rusty strings just added insult to injury.
I've tried to get in touch with their customer service twice now with pictures and stuff and still no response. But the way they're replying to bad reviews on trustpilot makes it seem like they only care about covering up their mistakes. Ain't that some shady business practices or what?
Honestly, all they had to do was make it right and I would have been cool, but they acted like they couldn't be bothered with me or any of their other customers. I suggest you stay away from them unless you pay with a credit card or PayPal so you can dispute it if things go wrong. Or even better, go somewhere else and pay a little extra for better service.

So, I bought a piano from Bax Music on the 30th of November, hoping to have it delivered on the 11th of December. But those couriers from Bax had to mess it all up by coming to deliver it on the 9th when I wasn't even home! I called to re-arrange another delivery for the 13th of December and made sure to take the day off so that I wouldn't miss it. And guess what happened? Still no piano! I was fuming by this point and wasted no time sending off an email to customer support so that they could explain themselves and give me a solution. But those Bax folks took their sweet ol' time and five whole days passed with no response! So I had to call customer support myself and the wait was exhausting. It was as if the guy on the other end didn't even know that Bax messed up my delivery. I mean, come on! So I told him straight up that I wanted a solution, pronto! But all he could suggest was that I contact the courier myself! Like, seriously? I've already tried that before! So I asked for my money back, but he said that it would be "difficult" to do. And then he hung up on me! Can you believe that? And when I tried to call back, no one picked up! So I called a different number and waited for ages just to talk to another customer support agent. This time around it was a woman, but she didn't have the authority to give me a refund! What kind of madness is that? So she had to ask another department about it and refused to put me on hold! I mean, who does that?! In the end, I had to pursue a refund through my card company because Bax Music is just full of awful people who don't know how to do their job right! So yeah, if you want to avoid a headache, shop somewhere else!
Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unfulfilled Promises by Bax Shop - Avoid at All Costs
I must start by saying that my experience with Bax shop was very disappointing. I ordered a guitar case on February 21, 2021, and it arrived three days later. Unfortunately, the case was badly damaged, with a hole in it caused by poor protective wrapping. I tried to contact customer service, but the UK website was down for days, and it was almost impossible to reach them by phone.
After 10 days, I was finally able to start the returns process and sent the damaged case back on March 5, 2021. It took them six days to acknowledge receipt of the case, and it took a few more days to get a replacement, which would not arrive until May 2021. At that point, I requested a refund, which they agreed to.
However, it's now March 27, 2021, and I still haven't received my refund. Despite calling customer service several times a day, I can't get through to them, and they never return my calls. It's unacceptable that I have to resort to raising an escalation/complaint via PayPal to try to get my money back.
Worse yet, Bax shop made a promise of a refund, yet they dispatched a replacement item to me. I don't want a replacement, it's far too late for that. What I need is a refund, and I have escalated the matter with PayPal as Bax shop is ignoring all my emails and calls.
I must say I found their customer service to be very poor, and it seems that many other reviewers on Trust Pilot are having the same problems as me. Bax shop seems to be taking advantage of its customers. They are abusing the PayPal platform and failing to meet their customers' needs. In conclusion, I would suggest avoiding Bax shop at all costs.
Nightmare Experience: Terrible Customer Service and Broken Products from Bax Music
This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I've been buying music equipment for years and my experience with Bax music has been unbelievably terrible. I purchased a pair of studio monitors in 2019, and recently had to send one of them back for repair under the 2-year warranty.
Before sending them back, I was told I'd get them back between 3-5 weeks. However, it took over 11 weeks to even find out they had lost my speaker in the warehouse! I was promised a replacement if it took longer than 8 weeks, but they didn't have any product in stock. After calling them almost every day for 2 weeks, I was promised a call from a manager and that they would be sent out in a day or two, but nothing happened. I wasn't able to speak to a manager, even after requesting to for over 2 weeks.
They eventually offered me a refund, but it was less than the price of a new one, so I declined. After hounding them every day, they magically found my monitor, but I had to wait another few days to get it back. When I finally did get it back, it was still broken, and I wasn't even sure if it had been repaired.
After 12 weeks, they sent me 2 replacement speakers, but both were damaged! This whole experience has been a total joke. I've lost money due to gigs I couldn't complete, and I'm out of pocket by about ?80 to buy a new one. They've only offered a few cables as compensation, which is ridiculous.
If you're looking for a company with good customer service, direct contact with management, honest policy, prompt action and support, I'd suggest going elsewhere. This has been a nightmare.

I was pretty annoyed when Bax didn't deliver as they said on their site. I gave them a ring to find out about my package, but they didn't seem to know what had happened to it. They told me that it would take them up to a week to go through CCTV footage before they could give me a refund. I mean, come on, that's just dragging it out!
Anyway, a couple of days later I checked the status of my order and it turned out that it was already on its way. Bax hadn't even let me know about it or kept me updated like they promised.
But now that I finally got my equipment, I have to say it's all shiny and new and in great condition. So while I was pretty miffed at first, I can't complain about the product itself.

Back in March, I sent in my Icon Platform M + product for repair because one of the buttons had completely stopped working. I'm just so disappointed that I fell for Bax shop's "low price" scam- turns out you really do get what you pay for. So my advice to anyone thinking of using this company? DON'T. They're a total hoax and will just waste your time and money.

it was a huge waste of my time and left me feeling incredibly frustrated. Dayum, I gotta say, my experience with Bax Shop was straight up chaotic. Let me tell ya, their customer service was all over the place, not organized at all. This store, Bax Shop, ain't the best when it comes to selling musical kit and audio gear, trust me I have been a band lad for 35 years. Dealing with them was like screaming at the wall. They just don't give a toss about their customers, seems like their customer support doesn't exist in this universe. My order was 14 days late, had to return it for a refund only to wait for another month for the money to come back. I had to ring repeatedly, count 18 times, before they could finally get their act together. The worst part, they muck about with your calls making sure you don't want to ring again, they transferred my calls to a "receptionist who can't deal with any enquiries". False promises of call-backs, and more headaches rather than results. Proper [censored], I regret I didn't read other reviews beforehand. Do me a favour and save yourself the trouble, never buy from Bax Shop, don't even consider it.

I made an order with Bax a while back, in January to be exact, for an item that was supposedly in stock. However, to my great disappointment, the item never arrived. I followed up with the customer service people at Bax, and though they were quite nice, it seemed like nothing was being done. They made promises of redelivery, but when I inquired, they would often blame Hermes or Parcelforce. But I know for sure that I've used those services before without any issues whatsoever.
After a month or so of being played around, I decided to request a refund on 5/3/19. Predictably, they refused to give me a refund, citing the inability to locate the package that was never delivered in the first place! It was quite frustrating, as you can imagine. Finally, on 26/3/19, I got my refund. But that was after a lot of time spent calling them up and doing my utmost to get the refund.
I managed to buy the same product for a slightly lower price on Amazon, but the biggest bonus was that the delivery was free and next-day. That is always good to get, especially when you're dealing with online retailers.
At the end of the day, the customer service people at Bax were friendly, but I didn't like being made to wait around for my package or refund for an inordinate amount of time. It was just too much of a hassle, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

I recently purchased a guitar from Bax-Shop before Christmas and unfortunately, it had a fault. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to return the guitar to them. They sent me a replacement, but guess what? It also had a fault! I had to return it again, and I even asked for a discount on another type of guitar as compensation for the inconvenience and time I was without my guitar. However, the customer service representative I spoke to refused to offer any discount and didn't allow me to speak with their manager. I was really upset and didn't know what to do.
To top it off, their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They don't reply to emails and waiting on the phone takes an average of 25 minutes! I had to call them several times to try and resolve my issue but to no avail. I strongly urge everyone to avoid dealing with this company if possible since cheaper options are available elsewhere anyway.
I have requested a refund, but I am apprehensive that they will mess this up as well. It's a warning to all - beware of Bax-Shop!
Terrible Experience with Bax Shop: Scratched DJ Table and Poor Customer Service
Honestly, I had a terrible experience with Bax shop. I purchased a DJ table from them just over three weeks ago, and when I received it, it was clear that the table had quite a few scratches on it. Customer service took FOUR days to respond to my initial email, which was already frustrating. When I finally heard back, they requested pictures of the damage, which I provided. However, I didn't hear back from them after that.
So, I called their customer service line multiple times over the course of a week, but every time I was just redirected to their switch board. They took my details and told me someone would call me back, but no one ever did. It was incredibly frustrating.
Finally, I decided to try contacting them through their Facebook messenger, and we went over the same process again. They eventually agreed to refund me ?50, but they told me it would take up to seven days to process. SEVEN DAYS for a refund? That's ridiculous. But I figured I would try to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out.
It's now been 8 days since then, and still no refund. At this point, I'm going to report them to Trading Standards. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this company. It's just not worth the hassle.
