Bax shop Bunch of thieves running a scam

I placed an order September 3rd 2023. Paid up front, money was gone in an instant.

Now, since then, nothing. More than 20+ emails and phone calls, nothing. Tried all their social accounts, nothing.

The delivery tracking number they gave me was null and invalid.

They just stole my money.

As I’m writing this, I’m listening to their infamous waiting music on the phone for more than 30minutes.

It’s a scam.

Just don’t buy there anymore. It’s run by thieves.

I’m on the process of going legal af on them right now.

And looking to constitute a class action. Thieves must be punished.

Bax shop Product not delivered and abysmal customer service

I ordered an Audio Source expression pedal from BAX on Friday 14 July, with a target date for delivery of Thursday 20 July. On Monday 17 July I received separate notifications from both BAX and ParcelFrorce (courier) that the product was in the ParcelForce system – ‘Advised’. When on the 20th I saw on the ParcelForce page that the product was still ‘Advised’, I phoned BAX about my concerns. Their agent told me that the product was in Kent, would get to me and that they would consider compensation if it was late. I was so taken aback by the blasé attitude of the BAX agent that I decided to conduct further communication via email. Apart from Sunday 23 July, I have emailed BAX at least once a day – and sometimes twice - enquiring about the whereabouts of the product and when it would be delivered. I have received no response whatsoever from BAX. The ParcelForce page still says ‘Advised’ – see attachment. Before beginning this dispute, I tried to phone BAX but the phone just rang out. I am beside myself with frustration at not having any response from BAX and not knowing when, if ever, I will get the product. I have raised a dispute with PayPal which I will escalate later today. I am also going to file formal complaints with Trading Standards and Companies House.

Recommendation: Do NOT buy from BAX

Bax shop Disappointed with Bax's Delivery, but Product is Top-Notch

I was pretty annoyed when Bax didn't deliver as they said on their site. I gave them a ring to find out about my package, but they didn't seem to know what had happened to it. They told me that it would take them up to a week to go through CCTV footage before they could give me a refund. I mean, come on, that's just dragging it out!

Anyway, a couple of days later I checked the status of my order and it turned out that it was already on its way. Bax hadn't even let me know about it or kept me updated like they promised.

But now that I finally got my equipment, I have to say it's all shiny and new and in great condition. So while I was pretty miffed at first, I can't complain about the product itself.

Bax shop Bax-shop took my money and vanished - where are my boots!?

So, I wanted me some fresh boots for myself, and went on ahead to Bax-shop to get them ordered up. It's been almost about a full month now, and all I got was the confirmation email. That's it! I been trying to get a hold of them, but them fellas ain't responding to me email or their "About Us" page. It's like they just want our green backs and run off like bandits! This feels like stealing to me! Ain't no way to talk to someone there. I got no response from them whatsoever, and it's starting to get under my skin. Can't believe they can rob us like this. Can anyone help me out here!?

Bax shop Bax Shop's Poor Service and Bungled Repair Left Me Disappointed and Frustrated

I gotta say I'm feeling super angry about Bax shop right now. In fact, they basically ruined my whole day. Back in March, I sent in my Icon Platform M + product for repair because one of the buttons had completely stopped working. I was promised a quick and easy repair process, and that they'd get back to me with regular updates on the status of my product.

But guess what? Since then, I haven't heard a single peep from them! I've sent countless emails begging for any kind of information on what's going on, but I've been completely ignored. And if you try calling them, good luck getting through to an actual human being. It seems like they prefer to just ignore their customers and make them sit on hold forever!

Fast forward to yesterday when I finally received my product back- but guess what? It wasn't actually fixed! After waiting for almost three months, my Icon Platform M + came back in the exact same condition it was in when I first sent it in. And to add insult to injury, the packaging was all bent up and just generally in really unpleasant condition.

I'm just so disappointed that I fell for Bax shop's "low price" scam- turns out you really do get what you pay for. So my advice to anyone thinking of using this company? DON'T. They're a total hoax and will just waste your time and money.

Bax shop Bax Shop Review: Unreliable Website & Disappointing Customer Service

it was a huge waste of my time and left me feeling incredibly frustrated. It's a real shame because I had heard good things from friends and colleagues about their products but I can't trust a company that doesn't keep their website up to date. It's unacceptable that they could have an item listed as in stock when it's been discontinued for weeks. The whole experience has really put me off and I'll be looking for a more reliable retailer in the future. It's a shame that Bax Shop couldn't offer me better customer service and take responsibility for their mistake.

One thing that really annoyed me was the long wait in the queue when I called them. It's frustrating to have to wait to speak to someone, especially when you're trying to resolve an issue. The staff member I spoke to sounded disinterested and didn't seem to care about helping me. I had to repeat my explanation twice, which was really irritating, especially as it was a simple problem. They should have been more helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience caused, but instead I was left feeling like I was an inconvenience to them.

Overall, I would recommend avoiding Bax Shop. Their website is unreliable and their customer service is below par. If you're looking to buy music equipment, look elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy retailer.

Bax shop Chaotic Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Bax Shop

Dayum, I gotta say, my experience with Bax Shop was straight up chaotic. Let me tell ya, their customer service was all over the place, not organized at all. I was calling them up for two whole weeks about getting a proof of purchase receipt and let me tell you, they were not helpful at all. I mean, what kind of company doesn't want to help their customers out? It was just a bunch of empty promises and speculations with nothing actually happening.

And don't even get me started on the different people I talked to. Each one of them had their own opinion on the matter, like "it's impossible" or "we'll hopefully have it by tomorrow". One person even straight up told me that it wasn't their priority to help me out. Can you believe that? How rude! And to make things even worse, I had to wait on hold for like 10-20 minutes each time I called. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bax Shop to anyone. The customer service was a mess and they clearly don't care about their customers. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to buy from.

Bax shop Terrible Customer Service: Avoid Bax Shop for Musical Gear & Audio Equipment. Refund Troubles & False Promises, Save Yourself the Stress!

This store, Bax Shop, ain't the best when it comes to selling musical kit and audio gear, trust me I have been a band lad for 35 years. Dealing with them was like screaming at the wall. They just don't give a toss about their customers, seems like their customer support doesn't exist in this universe. My order was 14 days late, had to return it for a refund only to wait for another month for the money to come back. I had to ring repeatedly, count 18 times, before they could finally get their act together. The worst part, they muck about with your calls making sure you don't want to ring again, they transferred my calls to a "receptionist who can't deal with any enquiries". False promises of call-backs, and more headaches rather than results. Proper [censored], I regret I didn't read other reviews beforehand. Do me a favour and save yourself the trouble, never buy from Bax Shop, don't even consider it.

Bax shop Disappointing Experience with Bax: Delayed Delivery and Refund Hassles

I made an order with Bax a while back, in January to be exact, for an item that was supposedly in stock. However, to my great disappointment, the item never arrived. I followed up with the customer service people at Bax, and though they were quite nice, it seemed like nothing was being done. They made promises of redelivery, but when I inquired, they would often blame Hermes or Parcelforce. But I know for sure that I've used those services before without any issues whatsoever.

After a month or so of being played around, I decided to request a refund on 5/3/19. Predictably, they refused to give me a refund, citing the inability to locate the package that was never delivered in the first place! It was quite frustrating, as you can imagine. Finally, on 26/3/19, I got my refund. But that was after a lot of time spent calling them up and doing my utmost to get the refund.

I managed to buy the same product for a slightly lower price on Amazon, but the biggest bonus was that the delivery was free and next-day. That is always good to get, especially when you're dealing with online retailers.

At the end of the day, the customer service people at Bax were friendly, but I didn't like being made to wait around for my package or refund for an inordinate amount of time. It was just too much of a hassle, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

Bax shop Warning: Terrible Customer Service & Faulty Products from Bax-Shop

SHOP!

I recently purchased a guitar from Bax-Shop before Christmas and unfortunately, it had a fault. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to return the guitar to them. They sent me a replacement, but guess what? It also had a fault! I had to return it again, and I even asked for a discount on another type of guitar as compensation for the inconvenience and time I was without my guitar. However, the customer service representative I spoke to refused to offer any discount and didn't allow me to speak with their manager. I was really upset and didn't know what to do.

To top it off, their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They don't reply to emails and waiting on the phone takes an average of 25 minutes! I had to call them several times to try and resolve my issue but to no avail. I strongly urge everyone to avoid dealing with this company if possible since cheaper options are available elsewhere anyway.

I have requested a refund, but I am apprehensive that they will mess this up as well. It's a warning to all - beware of Bax-Shop!

Bax shop Terrible Experience with Bax Shop: Scratched DJ Table and Poor Customer Service

Honestly, I had a terrible experience with Bax shop. I purchased a DJ table from them just over three weeks ago, and when I received it, it was clear that the table had quite a few scratches on it. Customer service took FOUR days to respond to my initial email, which was already frustrating. When I finally heard back, they requested pictures of the damage, which I provided. However, I didn't hear back from them after that.

So, I called their customer service line multiple times over the course of a week, but every time I was just redirected to their switch board. They took my details and told me someone would call me back, but no one ever did. It was incredibly frustrating.

Finally, I decided to try contacting them through their Facebook messenger, and we went over the same process again. They eventually agreed to refund me ?50, but they told me it would take up to seven days to process. SEVEN DAYS for a refund? That's ridiculous. But I figured I would try to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out.

It's now been 8 days since then, and still no refund. At this point, I'm going to report them to Trading Standards. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this company. It's just not worth the hassle.

Bax shop Terrible Experience with Bax Shop: Payment Issues and Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed with Bax Shop. I am having trouble sorting out my payment for my order, it's been ten days now and there is still no resolution. I have received emails saying that they will cancel my order if I don't pay, but I have already paid! My bank, Barclays, has confirmed that the payment has been made and that it has matched with Bax Shop's payment request. However, Bax Shop claims that their payment has yet to be received.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this situation. I have contacted Bax Shop multiple times, but they seem to ignore me now. I tried to call them, but they do not pick up the phone anymore. I also stopped receiving replies from the customer service team, and it seems like the only thing I get are automatic emails requesting for another payment. I can't believe these extremely dodgy practices! This is very unprofessional and has made me very skeptical about purchasing anything from Bax Shop ever again.

I even called their shop before making the purchase, and they answered almost immediately and assured me that the item was in stock. They even sent me the email with the payment link. However, now that I have problems, they appear to have abandoned me. I would highly advise being very careful when deciding to buy anything from Bax Shop. This situation is frustrating, and I would not wish this on anyone. In conclusion, I recommend you AVOID Bax Shop!
