I am Likhoele George Ramphalile from 1 Robin Circle Ocean View Cape Town. I have a contract with bayport cellular for only hardly two months but the phone is not working properly.The phone is LG KG360 with this phone i can't delete the old message in the message box, phone is always on vibration tone all the time which i can't set the alarm on, the bluetooth not working, i can't be able to check my airtime because if tried to check the airtime the screen went blank, sometimes is like the screen is cracking i can't be able to see the numbers on the screen.

I ve' tried to phone Bayport cellular i end up running out of the airtime because i was hanging and listerning to the music.
I wanted to go and visit their officess here in Cape Town since i can only get the chance to see them on saturdays.
I will be plaesed if you can help me.

(a) I bought an AG Bombshell cellphone from Bayportcellular. The consultant by the name Tsakani assured me that the phone used dual simcards simultaneously but upon receipt of the phone i realised that i can use one sim at a time and every time i contacted her on her mobile she just hung up. Realising that there was nothing i could do i decided to use the phone regardless.

(b) The said phone started giving me problems until i reported it to Bayport where it was taken in for repairs on November 26 2009 where i was assured that it would be ready in the next two weeks. I received a text message informing me that my phone was received my their repair center. On several occasions i tried to contact them but the phone kept on ringing and the messages i left on their answering machine were not returned. this is so boring because i pay R399.00 every month. I THINK OF CANCELLING THE DEBIT UNTIL SOMEBODY CALLS ME.

BAYPORT CELLULAR LACK PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS MONY. I DO NOT THINK I CAN ADVICE ANYONE TO ASSOCIATE HIMSELF WITH THEM.

For sure this is a hell of company they dont care about their clients they care for mony ONLY im also so fedup with this what we call bayport cellular they promote Kabelo Mabalane with our money, and we pay for dead stock where did you ever see phone called Bugga Luv it doesnt have model to activate even the MMS simple as that i wont encourage any body like nobody to get any phones from this Bayport cellular!

I have a contract since 2009, AG Bombshell I had the phone four months then the first problem began called Bayport they sent courier they collected received phone back two months later...phone worked for month then died again at the time I was retrenched mailed all documentation to head office but they could do nothing with contract because no payment was being made...started working they just started deducting as if nothing was wrong now sitting with a broken phone and still paying R399.00 a month...I think this is a rip off why wasn't the phone covered with insurance like you explain via telesales...As soon as the deal is signed you don't care about customer service...I am busy with this as I am taking it further...
