Bayport has billed me for an account I dont even know about. I even requested a call back no one ever called me back. If it wasn't for me checking my credit record I wouldn't even know a thing about this company. I would like to know who opened an account on my name with all my details and who the sales rep was who helped with this fraudulent activity. I will be getting my lawyers involved in this matter. This is fraud and who signed on my behalf for whatever was taken from this company without my knowledge or concent.
Desired outcome: I would like this problem fixed immediately!!!

I have been offered and pre approved on a contract with you guys twice, the first i was told the phone will be delivered i was even given a call back from an agent to confirm the address of the delivery there after 2 week i called only to find that my employment/employer does not exist on your data base that is bull ###, there after about a month another call same all approved and till today no phone no feed back, sick disgusting service no customer service experience you people think yourll can mess around with people as url please honestly you people need to wake up or is this an affirmative action thing?[protected] check here is my number how many time i was contacted from you guys data base

phone not working properly
i have a contract phone which is nokia c5 and nokia c2.so the nokia c5 doesnt work properly, especially the buttons because is a touch screen.i cant make any calla with the phone or anything else.now that ihave this phone for two months iwould like to cancalled the contract as the terms and conditions says in the contract.will u please attend me regarting this matter as ieven thought of taking legal actions against bayport because ihave wrote a letter of complaint and never get a reply from them.my number is [protected] and my email is [protected]@vodafone.net.may you please attend this matter as soon as possible.thanks
phone not working / account
Complaint no 1: We received 2 phones from Bayport Cellular. The Nokia C5 was only working for a while. The phone don't charge and hardware crushed. Please assist us.
Complaint no 2: Because the phone is not working I got a blackberry for myself. When i want to access the Internet and BBM function they told me I cannot do that. the will put my sim on pay as you go and there is no cost involved. The following day I phoned again and they inform me I cannot go to pay as you go. I phoned again and they assist me by telling me they can give me the option but i won't received my R49 airtime because the internet is R59 per month I must just make sure that I have enough money on my phone. When I go to the Voda shop to help me access the BBM and the internet they picked up that my sim card is a pay as you go and no longer on contract. So why must I pay If my phone is on pay as you go? And still my internet functions is not working and they informed me that everything is correct. So please let me know what we must do and what is going on the contract. Airtime and battery
I wish to lodge a complaint against Bayport Cellular. I am in a cellphone contract with them. On the contract it is stated that I will receive a sum of R143.00 airtime per month. But eversince April up to now I have received airtime of a lesser amount. Secondly the battery of the phone they have given me does not last a day. I have to recharge it everyday. Kindly address this complint or else I will have to cancell this contract.

Received ref number 68368 spoken to Poleni, said that airtime on the phones will be lost after six months, will send documentation to do sim swap, to date 25 February nothing from them, , , , can anybody respond and help

my name is Gaongalelwe rebecca MOKAE, am having a cellular contract but, i lost all sim cards as i was not using them always, made a sim swap with cellular number:[protected]. as i check and also want to make a call and there is no airtime. Pls i need to know why don"t i receive my airtime and the monthly instalments are still going through. I have 2 contracts with BAYPORT CELLULAR. My new contract has just been opened in May 2017, my phone got stolen, i called the customer services to enquire about a replacement cell phone.Only to be told that "THEY DO NOT OFFER INSURANCE ON CELL PHONES". I am flabbergasted, i was not informed about this when i took the contract out and secondly how can i pay for 2 YEARS for a phone that i do not have?Does not make sense to me...then i want to cancel the agreement(contract)but i was then told that i have to settle THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT plus 10%.
I am really agree with the above complaint, i use my money to phone on the 01.06.2017 after losing my sim and they promise that they will email me the forms for sim swap till today .
i ve lost my three sims and i have reported the matter five months ago they have promise to send me the email so that i can go to any vodacon outlet to do the sim swap but up unti now nothing happen

I received an sms from Bay to offer me a cell phone deal, they took all my details, phoned me three times to verify my banking details, I told them on Friday that I was driving and if they could please phone me back, which they never did, I asked the consultant if this is going to delay my cell phone which I was informed that should be delivered today 11 or 12 April, she said "no" not at all, I received an sms today (11 April) to inform me that my application was not successful...I really dont understand this and demand all recordings that the consultants made to me informing me that my application was successful

i took a contract phone with bayport cellular late last year up to today that phone never function properly but i tried so many times to contact bayport to no avail of any assistant, its seems they try this new model of phones with us cause this phone you wont find it at any stores : bugga Luv model AG that phone support no Bluetooth, MMS, Tones, now an then change its tone with out doing nothing to it...i hate what im taken for by Bayport i wish i could find the solution to this cause im paying R419 for this phone which is too much for it, i spoken to so many Consultant but to no avail no help only their concern its money in my Account and im planning not to pay this until my problem been solved cause they threaghten me that if i dont pay i will be Blacklisted so why cant they make me happy cause i work for this money that im paying with any help will do me great please HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP MEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Pathetic Customer Service
I have had just about allI can take from the most incompetent, uselsess Service providers on the planet.
I purchased a contract on the 15th June 2010. On the 21st June at 16h15 I returned the package of cellphones untampered with to Baryy Le Pere who assured me that the contract would be cancelled once I spoke to the accounts department. Well I still have had absolutely no joy in getting this cancelled after making about 60 cakls and speaking to 50 people. On the 23rd July Bayport tried to debit my account but there were no funds avaialble. I did not authorise them to debit my account on this date. THey the debited again on the 24th fro an amount of R348.90. What frustartes me is taht they have all these details to take money from me but cannot find a paper trail to ascertain my cancellation. I am livid that I have to pay for cellphones which I am not using and still having to deal with untrained, uselss client service people who cannot do anything except transfer a person from one person to anaother.
Anyone ever thinking of doing business with Bayport please be very wary and if you can rather take your business to a more reputable dealer do so.
That's exactly the way these people work. Thye are the most disgusting company I've come across.

There service is very bad, i don't know how many calls i had to make, and still my problem is not solved, i will have to take further action if this continue.

I want to know why bay port company act as if they control peoples banks accounts. It does'nt mean because I'm owing the company then you have to do as you please on my account notify me before you do any transactions or get into my account. How could you go to my account and deduct money you want without any arrangement we had arranged that i am going to pay on the 25th of each and every month, to my suprise i am stuck in a midle of Cape Town with no pany in my account because of bay port I think this is unfair something has to be done with this matter urgently.

I sent an email to bayport cellular on 05 october 2009 lodging a complaint about their fake handset (ag bombshell). the same day a woman called me from bayport cellular that they are very sorry about the handset, they will send a courier services to come and collect the handset, and they will cancel the contract and re-subscribe me for another handset which meets my requirements. untill up todate I did not get any correspondence regarding their promises. do I have to explain this problem to the whole bayport cellular employees? because everytime when they call me I speak to a different person. the email I sent was directed to the managing director who did not even try to respond to my recent emails. that ag bomshell is not only malfunctioning, but a fake of something else. it does nothing at all (ag bombshell pl 32. imei [protected]. subscription number [protected]. my id. Bayport is the [censored]test ever! my line was blocked because of bayport, line was open after after 2weeks and now bbm is not working, i've phoned several times so that they can fix the problem bt they keep on telling me its gona take 24 hours! seriously?! I have been waiting freaken 2 weeks now for 24 hours so that my bbm works, and no, I can't even activate my freaken bis because bayport can't help my activate my service plan! urg i'm so livid at this company!
I received a phone from bayport, I reported it stolen. few weeks I recovered the phone. I reported it not working. I have been sent from pillar to post. my handset was reported faulty from august 2013 it is now december 2013, I am bein promised they will collect the handset.

I meant I never received my airtime or data. My account gets debited every month. I am stopping this nonsense. I cant pay for service I do not receive.
I have been calling Bayport a zillion times asking for my airtime and data. I have contract with them but I had received data and airtime while every month they deduct from account. When you speak to the consultant on the phone they also promised to get back to you and they never. The only time they call you is when they want to sell you another product. So cheap of them. They do not have after service care let alone customer care. Their strategy suck.

I bought two phones from Bayport in January this year Nokia C5 and Nokia C2, I only discovered this week that these two phones are not the same as other original Nokia phones I've seen. The Nokia C2 from Bayport uses two sim cards but the one I saw from Vodacom uses only one sim. The other one C5 touch screen is a disaster ...on top of that the sim cards they gave me fails registration, Ive even lost them cause I hang on to them keep thinking they will soon work bt da! OOOH I'm devastated please advice me on what to do about this cause they are busy deducting from my account.
