Cellular Blowout Scam & Fraud

This company has ripped many people off, and their company rated close to number 1 when you type in unlocked phones on the Google search. Google needs to watch the company's they put as the best results for what ever category you type in. This company is rated about # 1 for unlocked phones and the whole company is a scam, they don't even sell unlocked phones. I am a owner of online businesses and i develop all my online business. What this company did is they developed a legit/real looking online business that is acutley functional and that acutely works. They developed and created a online business but their is one thing the company is missing, and that's ALL THE UNLOCKED PHONES!. Their business is real and is all set up and will take money! But the only thing they do not have is the products they are supposed to have in stock and to ship. They take your money and make you think that they have a ware house full of cell phones. The only thing this company is missing is the product and they are a SCAM! No one buy from them and if you do tell them some one in your family is a lawyer and that you found out that their company is a scam and that you will sue them for $100, 000 if they don't refund your purchase in 2 days. This works and worked for me. Give their company a little scare it works.

I ordered an unlocked phone through Cellular Blowout. I did receive the phone and it does work. It is a counterfeit Motorola, they did not ship expedited as I paid for, they then started calling to sell me magazines, and I'm convinced they gave/sold my credit card number to someone for fraudulent use. I would not do business with them again.

Cellular Blowout stole money

I sued cellular blowout and got my money back.
In April of 08 I ordered a phone from this company for $336.18. A little over a month went by; with the same back and forth everyone else seems to describe (no response to emails, messages, etc.). When I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, the refund never came, though it was promised to me. I then filed all the necessary paperwork online (e-file) to take them to small claims court. After I served them the papers to go to court, I had immediate results: they called me to settle out of court. I said fine, but now your company also owes me for service costs ($104) and filing costs ($40) I would not have incurred had I been sent my phone or refund in the first place. This brings the total owed to me to $480.18, and I recommended they sent it to me priority since the court date was set for the following week and I would not submit a dismissal to the court until the money was in my hand. Sure enough, they sent out a check (priority), which I cashed (they bank with Bank of America apparently) immediately to make sure they hadn’t written me a rubber check. I sent a dismissal to the court since they settled, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THEIR HARD EARNED $$$ STOLEN FROM THIS COMPANY TO DO THE SAME. IT WORKED.
1. I filed the lawsuit online at www.lasuperiorcourt.org (small claims, e-file) b/c the company is located in LA county.
*the more paperwork you have, the better (emails telling you your order was backordered, a copy of your banking/credit card statement to-date, showing the charge/withdrawl and that the $ wasn’t refunded, etc, ) just in case
2. Have them served. The number of days before the court date varies depending on where you live, so check out the specifics on form # SC-150 (info for small claims plaintiff). (you are the plaintiff, they are the defendant). I used Process Service Associates (www.psasocal.com. phone: [protected])

I ordered a cell phone in May and returned in within 3 days - unused. It took until July to get my refund, this with countless phone calls and emails. They were polite but unresponsive. They thanked me for my patience, but 3 mos to process a credit was over the top. It wouldn't have happened had I not been so insistent.

Call the federal trade commission at [protected] and your local bank to dispute the charge right away these people need to be shut down asap

This company ripped me off for 169.oo I used my visa debit card I called the federal trade commission at [protected] there will be an investigation and also called my bank to dispute the charge by their suggestion and shut down my current visa card.

Cellular Blowout Scam charges

I ordered a phone 4 months ago, $200.00 was taking but no phone, a total rip off, should I go visit? The phone I ordered is on sale now. but they tell me its on back order. June 6th was my order, Cellularblowout is a fraud.This was a birthday present, do I look stupid? The address given is from California or is that a lie. They will not answer the phone. I've e-mailed numerous times but no call back. Email is htt://cellular-blowout.net. I would take any kind of 200.00dollr phone but they won't sent that I believe it would be easier to be in a real business, then keep ripping people off.

Cellular Blowme sent me a defective cell phone after a month delay. Sent me a European charger / adapter with my phone and I paid for gift wrap service unto which the phone was shipped in a crushed box with NO gift wrap. Charged me full price and for 10 days I'm still trying to contact the monkeys that work at this scam store. DO NOT BUY from Cellular Blowme. They are scammers and should be put in jail. DAVID BLEEDON is the lead SCAM artist.

CELLULAR BLOWOUT IS A FRAUD! Never buy from them. I placed a order for a Motorola KRZR phone because it was in stock and only $119. plus i wanted 2 day shipping so that was $22 more total stolen from me $142 and some change.They took the money the same day i summitted the order and low and behold 2 days later I get a email that my phone was backordered...30days later they tell me to call my credit card and dispute the charge. I have Navy Federal so i feel hopefull that I will get the money back one way or the other since they don't play that fraud game. Don't be drawn in to their low deals...So Stupid I am

I ordered 2 Razr phones each w/ 2yr warrantees on 12/5/2017 for Christmas gifts. One arrived 12/23 and the other 1/26/2017 after many calls and emails. Both phones when I ordered online said IN STOCK so It never should have taken over a month & a half to get one of the 2 phones I ordered. I called and called repeatedly and could only get voicemail that would allow me to leave a message some times and sometimes it wouldnt. Finally I decided to get to cust.Serv. by pushing wholesale prompt and I actually reached a live person in customer service. They told me the ph was not in stock & they were waiting on an overseas shipment. I asked a supervisor for some kind of compensation for all my trouble, & after going back & forth she agree to a basic earpiece set, which I never received. I had to return the 1st ph (inferior quality/refurbished) b/c the speaker went out within a month. It was replaced thru warrantee w/ another scratched up refurbished ph. And recently I found out they cancelled one of my 2yr warrantees prematurely without my knowledge & w/o doing any repairs on this other ph that was still under warrantee. Do yourself a favor, DONT BUY HERE!

I am also in the same perdicament. I cancelled an order with them almost 6 months ago and continue to have charges from them on my Visa. Very disturbing outfit. I ended up cancelling my card all together to prevent any further charges. Very shady organization.

My bank gave me the money back but they still have a open order and emails are still coming in saying the same thing as always. at this point the only thing I worry about is that they do send it and rechare my card. I got a phone off ebay and it was perfect.

I ordered a motorola v66 way back in January. Got the same backorder e-mail that you did . I tried to cancel, tried to phone, tried to change my order, all without success. I really had given up all hope after seeing so many complaints on the internet. Well imagine my surprise when I received a package today ( 4 months later) from none other than CELLULAR BLOWOUT! Included with the phone was a complimentary car charger. Anyway, the phone actually seems to be functional, however it came in a generic box and without an owners manual.

Cellular Blowout Fraud

This company is a fraud...don't ever ever order anything from this company. I ordered a Motorola v3 razr cell phone with its accessories, paid it thru paypal but I never got anything, not even a shipping tracking number. Of course my order was confirmed within minutes and the money transaction from my bank thru paypal was processed immediately...but of course they gave me order confirmation number, and that's all I received from them...waited for days but the items never arrived...phone calls to their office was answered by automatic voice recording, all emails were undeliverable because of bogus email address...in short, " This company is a scam".

I was charged $169 on my debit card and nothing was ever sent. Their customer service is a joke. They don't have an actual # to call just a website. After a while they just stop responding.

Don't be drawn in buy their low prices. It's true you can dispute a CC, but a debit card is more difficult and the time window is shorter. As in my case, they kept saying they were refunding my money so I ran out of time to dispute. I wish I had read this website before ordering. Don't give these douchbags any of your money.

I contacted them regarding my order not being processed or shipped on 01/20/09 and received a response on 01/21/09 stating the phone was on back order but would ship out "no later than the end of the next week." I waited, still no phone. Emailed again on 01/31/09 when order not processed, again response was it wil ship out no later than the end of next week. I waited, no phone. Emailed 02/18/09 and no response. I've called the phone number to contact and receive a recording to contact them on-line, they are not accepting phone calls. I have requested my money back as it appears I'm not going to receive the phone I ordered and paid for in Jan, paid $270.80. They are currently not answering emails or taking phone calls.

I have tried to be patient and willing to work with these people and they do not want to send my phone order or refund the $270.80 that they debited from my account the same day the order was placed. This company is a fraud and the people running it are theives. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE THEM THE MONEY...

Re: Cellular Phone

After repeated requests to have my order cancelled and be fully refunded for the total amount paid, Cellular Blowout continues to ignore my requests.

I have left messages and emailed your customer service department 6 times and although your company has ackowledge my requests twice and promises a full refund in my account you still have not found a solution to the matter.

It has been almost 3 months now and i still have not been able to resolve my issue.

THIS COMPANY AND WHOEVER IS RUNNING IT ARE CRIMINALS. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? I purchased 2 phone covers and a leather phone holder for my new razr. The company charged my credit card, sent me 1 cover different from the one that I ordered (subsitution they called it) and then sent me an email every three to four weeks stating that the leather cover was on back order. I tried every conceivable way to contact this company. Through their ridiculously inept and unresponsive complaint dept. By calling the only phone number I could find [protected] and leaving message after message. By filing a complaint through their equally unresponsive website. NOTHING! They still send emails however, and now they are advertising that they will give away one of these leather cases to anyone who buys a RAZR, THE SAME LEATHER CASE THE KEEP TELLING ME IS ON BACK ORDER!
I VOW TO MAKE IT MY GOAL TO CLOSE THIS BUSINESS DOWN...

I ordered my phone over a week ago. I still have not received it. I went under their website and it said "pending". There is no customer service. I have left messages, what a crock. Why aren;t these companies check out before they can do business. In todays economy, they need to get tougher limits and contracts these people have to abide by if it deals with money and the public. I am needing my phone. Sure am glad I didn't pay $200 for one. Even $69 is hard on me. They need to start a lawsuit against these people.

I ordered a cell phone from Cellular Blowout. When it arrived it did not look new or referbed. It did not have a Motorola battery, a Motorola charger with it. I started trying to contact them. Good luck doing this. I had also purchased a replacement warranty. Never received it. Then the 9.95 charges on the credit charges started. I finally got them stopped after two months. The phone would not hold a charge, it would not work well with my cell carrier. I found out from Motorola by using the ESN that the phone was not to be sold in the US. Cellular Blowout told on chat on their customer service area that by their policy it is my problem not theirs. I now own a worthless phone. All that they want is you money & s---- you!

I PURCHASED 4 CELL PHONES THAT ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE WERE NEW AND HAD A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I DID GET THE PHONES AND 2 OF THEM DID WORK. THE OTHER 2 DIDN'T. WHEN I FILED A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS I GOT NOTHING. AS IT TURNS OUT THEY DON'T EMAIL A RESPONSE YOU HAVE TO CHECK BACK ON THEIR WEBSITE AND LOG IN. THEIR RESPONSE "WE HAVE A 3 DAY RETURN POLICY" I AM DISPUTING IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THE PHONES WERE USED NOT NEW. I WOULDN'T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THESE GUYS.

This company is truly the worst company i have dealt with. They keep promising me my phone will come but i never receive it ! They keep telling me it is backlogged because of high demand. They are a Cheating bunch of SOB'S ! Bunch of FRAUDS ! They are the worst people in the Mobile Industry. Someone needs to sue these people because they are taking people's credit card info and making charges. GOD knows if they will abuse the credit card by charging other charges not authorized. I will report them to BBB to make sure that this company no longer exists !

ordered a phone and accessories and gave my information. The money was taken out of my account on 3/2/10 and I still haven't received my order!

I sent an email threatening to turn them in for fraud and they replied with my order was being processed. I replied and told them beings they already took the money the dang order should be shipping. Got back that it was being looked into!

I am a single parent and can't afford for money to be taken with no product returned. I will see this through and I will prevail over this fraudulent bull----!

I ordered two cell phones a month ago and i should receive it in about a week or so. After two weeks finally got an email saying my order is in back order blah blah so i was pissed and wanted to cancel my order and refund my money. I went to their website open the ticket thing there's no way you cant actually contact through phone only message chelsey or kelsey whatever her name is anyways i was told i would get my money back in 4-7 business days and days and weeks gone by and still she kept apologizing for delay and will re-send the refund. still yet no hope of getting the money back. theres nothing u can do to resolve this matter. I learned my lesson from ordering online and reading all complaints!*** a little to late.About two years i ordered sony ericcson form CB and i received it not sure why their lacking and scamming people now. hmm I took control and changed my credit card account number so that they will never unauthorized charged.Many people got charge on their credit card for reason from them, take action everyone save yourself from heartache! Don't ever let them take your money again! Come to this website and read complaints before ordering merchants online its best to go to the store and buy it !
