This is the 3rd month in a row that they have continued to take $9.95 out of my checking account for something that I discontinued over 5 months ago. When I call I get the recording that all their representative are busy. I was on hold for over an HOUR AND A HALF! This is crazy. In the morning I will cancel my checking account and open one someplace else to get this company to stop this madness!
