Be2 unauthorised transaction

I understand I subscribed for their membership. The amount was $NZD 69.00 a month, but they later on charged me $250.00 the first time. I clearly highlighted that I need this membership just for a month. Now they charged me another transaction of $NZD 299.00. If I don't get my money back I will report it to Fair Go. It's one of the most expensive dating website in NZ. I ain't getting an option to cancel my membership as well.

Be2 unauthorised deduction on my bank account

I subscribed for a 1 month membership which was deducted but a further unauthorized amount was deducted of R1197 which I have disputed to no avail.

This site is definitely a scam with numerous fake profiles.
My bank cannot reverse the transaction as it is listed as an online purchase.

Numerous emails to the customer service department have had no response

Be2 incorrect charge

You have processed a charge out of my bank account & I am not a member of any of your services
This charge is $299 40 AUD & My bank is disputing the charge as they recognize this as a scam I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY
I have NEVER requested any of your services and I desperately need my money returned as I am financially destitute - my bank The Commonwealth Bank of Australia is making a legal action against your company to recover this money that your company has STOLEN FROM ME I WANT IT RETURNED IMMEDIATELY

Be2 premium membership cancellation

I would like my premium membership cancelled. I agreed to subscribe for one off payment of $29.00 for 6 months! I wondered why my credit card was over the credit limit and immediately investigated and found my card waz charged $299.76 on 3 may 2018!
Im a solo parent and one income household! I dont have a fax machine to cancel my membership. Its an overseas fax no! I dont have any more money to send a fax! I want my premium membership cancelled and my money returned!

Be2 this website is a scam

My family member was charged from above site with the coding & references as Be2
Like the other complaints she sign up for a one off trial and is now being charged $100nzd a month. To cancel you need to fax a signed letter and two weeks notice this is 2018! I would be interested to know whether any men have laid a complaint because it's seems women are falling victim to this

Dear concerned,

I have been deducted money from my account today 119.00 I have not signed up for your site this is appalling I want my money to be returned ASAP my bank are already dealing with it . I am not in a position to give money away like this . I am on invalidity pension and you took my money for my food . Please return this to my account .

Be2 fee without permission

Hello, my name is Kay Klemetsen and on the 15. of May you drawed a fee of 1.700 Kr. from my account without any reason. I have never joined that group and i expect you to return those money soon.
I will if you dont for sure contact police. I have heard from a lot of people that you also have tricked like this and we are many to make a charge to police if you dont fix this case very soon.

Be2 unauthorised account and charges

I recently received an email from a company called Be2 stating I owe them over $300.00 for a subscription to their online dating site www.be2.com.au and if I don't pay them immediately I will be contacted by a collection agency and my credit rating will be impacted.

Reference: AU-2018-03-09-[protected]-BE2-DN
- There is no name on the addressed Overdue account statement that was initally emailed, simply addressed "Dear 0, "
- stated I signed up to your Premium Membership on the 09/09/2017 which is impossible as I was mid-flight on a 14 hour to Canada.
- The DOB that is listed is not my date of birth
- The address listed is not my address
- The collection agency and representative, is a US Company and the contact is the USA Portfolio manager, with an Australian address - something does not add up there.
- The "Contract" does not refer to a specific person or user and simply states "Ms." agreed to your terms and conditions and was given information regarding membership and cancellation. Which has never been sent to me nor have I verified my email address or subscription with your company. It states I willingly chose to pay you over $300.00AUD even when presented with other options, again false. No contract was ever sent to my email address, or agreed to verbally, in writing, online or in any form by me.
- There is zero activity on my account, only what the site algorithm sends all users (which from the reviews and endless consumer complaints, is hundreds of false and duplicate accounts for members who simply have the same search parameters). No action has been taken by me nor whomever (person or bot) set up this fake account on the supposed date of subscription.
- States I last logged in on the 21/09/2017 - I have been living in Canada since last year and for the months of NOV-DEC-JAN have not had a working device in which I would have been able to "log in" on. This can be proven through flight itinerary and an ongoing battle with phone company who would not replace my stolen device as I no longer lived in the country.

There was no way I would have activated a service that was to be used in Australia when I was moving to Canada let alone agree to pay the fees they are stating I have agreed to. Further, When I asked for more information from the collection agency and direct contact information for Be2 they sent me the dodgy contract with all the above mismatched information on it. The contact information they gave me was just the website and a link to a "dating service review" site that links to join Be2 and is clearly a paid site.

There are no direct contact details available on their website nor customer service contact. In addition, they stated they presented other subscription options to me and gave me cancellation options. This is untrue, I have never seen a document or heard of the company or received any communication before this time. I have tried to request a "Forgot My Password" action to gain access to the supposed profile to ensure they have cancelled the false subscription and profile but they have blocked me from the site and state they will automatically continue my subscription at my expense once I pay the collection agency. There are no direct contact details available on their website nor customer service contact that can be contacted in order to resolve this and ensure the cancellation and deletion of the false account. I don't know what else to do, but I am not prepared to pay them. I have contacted them on the only 2 generic contact emails I have with no response.

I would like to see the account deactivated immediately, the outstanding amount excused as this was a false account and did not have my consent to set up, any information that has been unlawfully obtained and use to setup this account deleted from their systems and any credit rating impacts removed.

Be2 dating site

I went onto the dating site in January 2018. They stated it would be a trial for one month for R82. They took off the amount in January.in February 2018 they proceeded to take off R1227 off my credit card.in May 2018 R1197 off my credit card. I only found out about the last transaction by accident. They are taking monies off peoples credit cards without them even knowing. This place has to be stopped as this will continue through the world and nobody is doing a thing about it.

Be2 fraud

This site took €120 off my account. It was unauthorized and when i asked my bank to cancel it, they said the merchant asked for a proof of the cancellation of membership which is impossible to do bec you cant cancel your membership without sending a fax to a fax no that doesnt even work. Well played be2 i hope the people whos behind this site rot in hell and go down and may karma find them real soon for the money they have stolen off people.

Be2 cancelling subscription

I request to have subscription unregistered/permanently cancelled effective of now. The subscription occurred less than 14 days ago so it is within the 14 day cooling off period.

Completing this request myself has proven impossible. Been trying for past 4 days to unregister the prescription as explained in terms and condition within 14 day period and get full refund but this has been difficult to accomplish.

I'm disgusted! BE2 NZ! I agreed to subscribe for a one off payment of $29 For 6 months. I look on my credit card statement to find BE2 NZ has taken $299.76 from my card! I want my money back or I will be passing this onto the media. I'm sure the tv show FAIR GO here in New Zealand will be very interested in this SCAM! I see I'm not the only person in New Zealand this has happened to.

Be2 unauthorised bank deduction

You are instructed to reverse the deduction of R1, 197-00 made from my FNB account this morning. You are advised that I am instructing my bank to reverse this deduction and opening a fraud case at the SA Police. There is no reason for this deduction and you do not have authorization to process this deduction. I have not agreed that this deduction from my bank account.

I have discovered a debit of 2, 247.00 CZK from my account at airbank.cz
I have not agreed to such unauthorised payment and would like to formally ask your company for an immediate repayment of money taken from my account... This includes any previous debits which I have not agreed to and to the best of my knowledge I have never given any authorisation to debit my card.
I would also like to make it quite clear that I would like you to remove any data help about me as I no longer wishes to be associated in anyway whatsoever with you or affiliated companies s I have lost all trust and faith in your very unethical business MO. I will also instruct my bank to block my card and to re-issue another also take this as notice that I will also be seeking legal advice should you refuse my demand.
I wish you a good day and look forward to having my money back onto my account with immediate effect. Please find below a copy and paste of said transaction...

Be2 dating site and unethical practice regarding payments

I have tried on several occasions to cancel my subscription to Be, 2 they have given phone numbers and fax numbers which do not allow access too. There seems no way of cancelling subscriptions and they continue to try and take the fees for a service which I have not wanted.
This company is being sued and has now threatened me with collections agency, very stressful and I feel very intimidated.

Be2 payment dispute

I recently got an email from Be2 about paying for subscription. I cancelled the subscription before the payment was due. When I cancelled it (or thought I had) it just kept on taking me in circles with deleting my profile and ending my subscription. They first tried to say I owed a little over $200 now they are wanting me to pay over $600. The case number they have given is AU-2018-03-06-[protected]-BE2-DN. The site is miss leading with the profile pictures of some of the men. The same photo is used multiple times and the description of the guy is nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed with what I paid for. How can fake pictures be used to try to attract people to the actual person if they look nothing like the picture being used. I won't be paying as I don't understand how they can say I owe one amount and then say I owe another which is quite substantial to the original amount and that was cancelled before the subscription was due.

Be2 be2 are thieves / took €184 for free dating site!!

I signed up last month for a free membership. They took €5 from my account which I didnt notice that day. Today they debited €179. I have read through all the terms and condition and done extensive research and nowhere does it state the charge amount or how to delete your membership without sending a fax! I dont have a fax and it states you must give 6weeks notice when I only joined 4-5 weeks ago. Is this even legal? I have reported it to my bank as fraud as I didnt authorise any amount to be deducted and thr transaction was still pending. Will my bank be able to stop the payment?

This site took 119.97 from my account and i have rang every number on their site and they dont seem to work. I demand the money that i have worked so hard for back. It wont let you delete your account without sending them a copy of your profile with them thru fax. What a horrible way of robbing people money.

Be2 over charged

Hi I'm Greg, I joined be2 dating site about 3 to 4 weeks ago, they said it will cost about $49 or so for 6 months, I put it on my visa debit card, a few days later I checked my bank account and discovered they had charged me nearly $300 dollars ( what the hell ), now I'm wanting to cancel my premium membership and profile, but it's a big mission just to do that, the site is a scam and it's fraud

Be2 unauthorized debit deduction

Please reverse the R1197 you deducted from my account illegally today. I do not belong to your site B2 and did not authorise a deduction. Please note I am going to the police to lay charges of fraud against your company. The deduction appeared on my bank statement as B2 SARL LU.
