Ordered carry-out online included a 15% tip a little after 6pm for a 7:15pm pic-up. Upon my 7:15 arrival the host had trouble finding my order, red flag #1, then after I gave her my first and last name and phone number she turned to me and said it will be just a few more minutes, red flag #2.
While I waited another 20 or so minutes, several guest came in with complaints from missing salads to whole orders being wrong, red flag #3, so I blame myself for not checking my pizza before I left, but only to the extent that I could have saved myself a trip back to the store.
Yes you guessed it... My pizza was wrong, you see, I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni, what I got was what looked like a mama bearno's full of all kinds of stuff, not what I ordered.
So I had to return to the pizza parlor with mama bearno's in hand and by now its almost 8pm.
After waiting another 20 minutes here comes my pizza, no apology, no sorry for your wait and inconvenience no discount or coupon for a return visit.
No worries I will not be returning to any bearno's ever again.
