I would like to make a complaint to the aggressive airport staff regarding hand luggage for the Wizz Air Paris Beauvais-Bucharest flight from November 11, hour 9.10 am, 2023. It does not seem normal to me to pay an extra 37 euros for a hand luggage, which, it was really a non-priority. With this type of luggage I traveled 6 times this year and I didn't pay extra or have any problems. I traveled to Spain, Greece and England. In France I had to pay 37 euros for this luggage just because I am a foreigner. I saw French people with non-priority tickets with the same luggage as me or even bigger who didn't pay extra and we didn't have to send the luggage to the hold. The staff at the entrance of the airport was beyond all criticism. I came from Romania with this luggage and they didn't make me pay extra. I would like my money back. It is discrimination, to pay extra, and if you are French, they let you through with hand luggage. The lady in the picture has the same luggage as mine, it was non-priority and they let her through, that's just because she's a French citizen, and they made me pay.
Je souhaite porter plainte auprès du personnel agressif de l'aéroport concernant les bagages à main pour le vol Wizz Air Paris Beauvais-Bucarest à partir du 11 novembre 2023. Il ne me semble pas normal de payer 37 euros supplémentaires pour un bagage à main, ce qui, ce n’était vraiment pas une priorité. Avec ce type de bagages, j'ai voyagé 6 fois cette année et je n'ai pas payé de supplément ni rencontré de problèmes. J'ai voyagé en Espagne, en Grèce et en Angleterre. En France, j'ai dû payer 37 euros pour ce bagage simplement parce que je suis étranger. J'ai vu des français avec des billets non prioritaires avec les mêmes bagages que moi voire plus gros qui ne payaient pas de supplément et nous n'avions pas à envoyer les bagages en soute. Le personnel à l’entrée de l’aéroport était au-dessus de toute critique. Je suis venu de Roumanie avec ces bagages et ils ne m'ont pas fait payer de supplément. Je voudrais récupérer mon argent. C'est une discrimination, payer un supplément, et si vous êtes français, ils vous laissent passer avec un bagage à main.
