Bella Brite deceiving offer

the offer was to pay $1.00 shipping for a free trial kit. The cancellation information did not indicate that the free trial kit must be returned to prevent further charges. The company was not helpful, and is untrustworthy! BEWARE

This is a scam, STAY AWAY! I also got trial products late and got billed on my credit card for $200. Customer service rep was awful and when I said I was going to send product back and contact credit card company she stated then I would have no product and I would still have to pay for it; stated it was past the 10 days and I could not return the product'; was also put on auto ship every 30 days without my knowledge which was all this company would remove. Reported this to credit card company and they are trying to help.

I signed up for the free trial, then saw all of these blog entries and used Easy Cancel on the website. Although I got an email to say that my account had been cancelled, I still got charged £50! Apparently my 14 cancel period was up and the order had already been dispatched! I have fingers crossed that this will be the only payment to be taken out- but fear that they may continue!

Bella Brite scam

So i went to go pay for something with my credit card when it didnt work.. so i checked my banking online only to find out that i was charged 89 effin dollars for this stupid bella brite s**t! I had ONLY ordered the 1.00 free trial thing. so when the package came.. like a MONTH after i ordered it, it had the free trial and a regular monthly order in the SAME BOX!
Now, i am a student, and am very.. money tight right now so this 89.00 that i had to pay on my visa.. is now stopping me from finishing my christmas shopping for fuk sakes!

So i called the bella brite company at [protected]... and complained.
they gave me the option of returning the package (while paying return shipping myself) and they would then refund 75.00 OR i could cancel my account, keep the package, and they will refund 45.00 on my credit card in 24 hours.
Well.. needless to say, i live in Canada... so to ship it back will cost somewhere around 30-40.00 to begin with.. so i took the 45.00 refund.

FUTURE REFERENCE: DO NOT ORDER BELLA BRITE! IT IS A SCAM! and the product isnt that good anyways.

Company is a scam. This online ripoff company markets products Ivory White Bella Brite (same product), Eyepothesis, Ultimate facial, Bella Clear. All ship from the same warehouse at 6205 lookout road. If asked they will tell you "many companies ship from there' but only one company is in charge called convertis llc. Company is in such trouble with BBB and AG has had to stop shipping within Colorado. If you report them, not just threat to report them to BBB and Attorney General they will refund the money they took from you. Don't fall for free gas scam either...if you are offered gas rebate or partial refund they are still within timeframe that you can get full refund. Gas rebate is a monthly coupon that has to be sent in for 10$ at a time...Please report this company to the BBB and AG so that they cannot profit from their cheesy marketing scams.

I answered to a free trial with a charge of 4.95$ and had to cancel within 10 days which I could not achieve. Now they charged me twice 82.75$ and 87.68$. This is a total scam since it's impossible to cancel and I never authorized those payments!

My husband was filling out a shop at home survey, and told he would recieve a $1000 Walmart card. (whuich NEVER happened) . He was given the choice of several businesses and told he needed to do business with two of them. He chose Bella Brite because they offered a free sample with $1.00 for shipping. He gave a debit card number for the shipping. The next we knew, Bella Brite put a pending charge on our card of $78.41! My husband called and cancelled, and that very day the pending charge was posted! Thinking it was a mistake, he called Bella Brite so the money would be returned. We are both disabled, and on fixed income, and this money was for food. The first woman he spoke to was very rude, and he asked to speak with a supervisor. He doubts that he spoke to a supervisor, but she was also very rude. He was told that if he returned the two small packages he recieved, he would get $60 back! So this was a SCAM! There was never a free sample with $1.00 shipping, it was only a ruse to get a credit card to charge $78.41! This company needs to be shut down. They are a scam! We looked at the Better Business Bureau rating, too late I might add. Bella Brite has an 'F'! I GUESS IN THIS DAY AND AGE EVERY COMPANY MUST BE CHECKED OUT! Why is Bella Brite allowed to SCAM people like this? We found complaints all the way back to 2008!

Returned my product because it absolutely sucked! They still had the nerve to charge my bank account over $78! I know the product was shipped there on time, I know because I had to pay for the return shipping as well! Bella Brite is a SCAM and they stole my money! What is more comical, is that when I cancelled the product they begged me to buy it from them for $50, then $40, then $30, then $19.99. Where do they get $78 from when you just offered it to me for $20?

As everyone else I took the bait and had them send me their free sample, which turns out that it isn't really free. I paid my $4.90 fees on my credit card and they did send the samples. I was more fortunate than the others above, in that my credit card company (fraud prevention dept) called and questioned the $78.41 charge. I was lucky that they didn't approve the purchase and I put a stop on Bella Brite ever charging anything to my card in the future. I did call Bella Brite and spoke with a person and he told me I could cancel my account and return the free samples and they would only charge me only $9.xx to close the account. It wasn't any use of arguing with him, I just stopped any future charges. I writing this so that more people will be aware of these free giveaways.

Bella Brite credit card fraud

Complete criminal operation. Somehow obtained my credit card information w/3 digit code, email address, cell number, personal mailing address and possibly soc. sec#. I have never signed up for, or would have ever considered any "free trial offers" and am very cautious when using the bank card for ANY purchases. Since obtaining credit info they signed me up for trial offers and began sending product to my home. When I contacted company to report fraud they accused me of lying and said that there was no way that someone could have all of my personal information and that I would be responsible for all charges. they would not pay return shipping and said that that was my responsibility. I immediately closed my account so as not to incurr any additional charges. Making matters worse approximately 20 other "free trial" offers were also charged to my account, all over one days time. Interestingly enough, many of these other offers were shipped from the same warehouse located in Boulder, Co.. Some of the other companies that have criminally stolen my personal information are: Emusic, Lean Spa, Dermitage, Shop club, Valu-pass, naturalbes, Absolute b, Go Travel, Dld v pro, Bella Brite and Eyepothesis. All of these companies have a laundry list of complaints and Hopefully will be held both criminally and financially responsible for their practices. If any employees happen to be reading this, I'm sure government agencys would be very happy to pay large whistleblower amount for any info leading to conviction of these scammers. Its a dead end job and you yourself may be held criminally liable too so might as well get what you can. If anyone has additional info regarding these companies please post so that we can convict these losers. I have filed with FTC and police agencies and FBI internet fraud agency, please do same.

Bella Brite scam warning!!! do not use!!!

Warning! Your trial period starts the day that they ship and they bill your account before the trial date is up!
My gums are severely damaged and were bleeding after the initial try. 4 days later my teeth still feel like they are going fall out!
I have tried many products and this is the worst! I received my package the 22nd, tried it on the 23rd. Tried again on the 26th and I could only last 10 minutes.
I called and canceled and they already billed me on the 26th!

Warning! They accused me of not knowing how to read the product instructions! Not only is the product useless it doesn't work and the rude customer service rep blamed me for they defective product!

I have not had a problem with Bella Brite as yet. I ordered the trial kit, and soon as I received it I called and cancelled the auto ship. So no billing problems, however I did not receive directions on how to use it. After checking online, and finding nothing but complaints, I am not sure I want to try it. If there is anyone out there that has tried it, without any adverse effects, would you please respond on how to use it. Thank You.

Hi,
I recently got a free trial from Bella Brite and Noticed that they didn't come with instructions. An as I was looking for instructions online on who to use it...all I could find was neagitive complaints and websites for Bella Brite. I hope you don't mind me asking, But what is wrong with your teeth and gums now after using he stuff? I haven't used it yet an was thinking about it, but now I am not so sure thats such a good idea. How did you know how long to keep the stuff on your teeth for? Did you get instructions with yours or did call an ask customer service?

Bella Brite scam/misleading/fraud

Offered free trial on line (advertised on MSN.com..shame on them). send it and after 15 days they send a message stating you have an account with them and then they charged me $78.41 for the trail package. I didn't open the package because I hadn’t received it yet but I am sure others have already opened it. They told me I had to send it back (again...never received it) unopened and they would refund my money. It’s a shameful scam and fraudulent and people should not have to be subjected to such corrupt business practices.

Bella Brite rip off

Bella Brite terms and conditions (small print associated with box to click on) is a trap. They say on the website only that you are paying for shipping for a free trial. Then they send along a second box with the free trial order and charge your account over $80 for it ten days later. Plus they automatically enroll you in auto ship and send another order a month later and charge your account over $80 again. To return the order there is a phone number to call first-clearly marked on the box to not return the order without calling the number first. When you call the number an automated system accesses your account and cancels your accont adn then says "Goodbye" and ends the call. When I sent back the unwanted order "return to sender" and called a week later to see if my account was credited, I was told that there was no way I would ever be refunded the $80 because I didn't return the order "correctly". I was supposed to get a return authorization number first. I was told they would refund $45 "as a courtesy". It was explained that even if they did receive the returned product, which she doubted because there was not the proper return information on the box to credit the order to my accoount, they would not refund the money because I didn't return it correctly the first time. Then when I called the representative read me over the phone the terms and conditions outloud showing that I didn't "do it right" and therefore did not qualify for a refund even though they did receive the returned product. I told her that she is working for a company that is scamming their customers. I said that if they cared about whether or not the product was any good they wouldn't run the company this way. They are using the product to lure in and take advantage of their customers and I am going to report the company to the NYS Attorney General's office.

Sir/Miss, I just bought their free trial kit for 4.59 dollars including sipping and handling fee. I paid with my credit card, entered my credit card number. Do you think this could be a scam as well? It says they will send me the 14 day free trial and if I did not cancel the free trial within the 14 days i will automatically be enrolled in the 89 bucks thing. Is there anyway he can get my money from my bank? thank you very much, im very worried!

Bella Brite awful company

Telemarketer calls and speaks very fast and unclear, somehow they tell you the last 4 digits of your credit card. They then offer a $100 gas card, then starts spitting out offer after offer of what else you will receive. They speak so fast so you can't really understand what there talking about. They then start charging shipping charges for these products.

Out of 3 separate products and/or services, Bella Brite was the biggest scammer. They send you a unmarked box with no company name, so they know you will most probably open the box. Which they say you can return because you opened the box. There are no instructions in the box, just product information.

After 10-12 days they charge you $69.87 for the product. But before you can catch this on your account they send out another unmarked box. And now charge you $75.87. When you finally get wise you call them and they say your stuck with the first shipment but they will cancel any further shipments. But by this time you have been sent the second shipment.

Well now you must return the shipment within 15 days at your expense to supposedly receive a credit back of $75.87. To make matters worse they not only have your credit card number but the credit card they used was a old card that should have been canceled by the Bank. I just found out this credit card has not been in use and was tied into a upgraded credit card with a different number. I have serious doubts I will get the $75.87 refund. But I will fight both Bella Brite and the Bank to the bitter end.

They said it was a free trial. There was no free trial. You had 8 days to cancel membership. Basically you had to cancel before you received the prodfuct not to get charged the full price. Then you had to return the prodfuct unopened and undamaged. There is always a reason why it was damaged and you have to pay full price. Just a scam.

I ordered a teeth whitener on the internet from Bella Brite for $4.95 incl. shipping. It was a trial sample. They said to cancel within 10 days. I called the next day and could not get through. They had an inviting message telling you to go to the website and click cancel there. A no brainer. Here I was using up my cell minutes, of course, thats for me. I clicked on the cancel button and boy what they did to me!

A screen popped up saying that I gave them permission to charge me $19.41 and they were sending me more stuff. I received an e-mail too. The e-mail says that I can return it but if it does not meet their requirements I will not get my money back, plus I will be charged an add initial $78.41.They have some unhappy people besides me on the net that have not gotten their money. These people need to be stopped!

Bella Brite is a scam and will try and take you for your money. They will send you a lot of product with the "free trial" and if your not careful, they will charge you a one month supply. Then on top of that, even if you get your shipment returned to them on time, they will charge you $19.60 (at least that's what I was charged) because they say your box was received damaged. I just got off the phone with a "Steve" who claimed to be the manager. He said he will not refund my money because it's their "policy" and it states it in my confirmation emails. He also would not transfer me to his manager. If you've been taken, don't give up. Contact your financial institution, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's office if you need to.

I ordered the sample pack and when I received it I noticed there sember to cancel the account seemed to be more than one sample in the package. I called the number on the bill to cancel the account immediately and received a confirmation number. When I received my credit card bill there was a charge for $78.41 US. I called the so called help line and was told that it was to late to reverse the charge. This company is a rip-off, they have false leading adds, no customer satisfaction!

I was offered a free trial for $1 and then bellabrite took $78. 41 out of my account which emptied my entire ckecking account leaving me with a negative balance and an NSF charge of $30. When I called tried to get the problem dealt with they refused to work with me. I purchased the product n 3/24 but did not receive it until 3/29. I discovered the chg to my acct on 4/2 and immediately cancelled. They told me that I only had 7 days to try the product, but time ran from the order date and not the rect. date. I spoke to a woman named Jenny! I am beyond upset, I have been left with NO MONEY and a negative balance in my bank account! Bella Brite unauthorized charges

I ordered the product from Bella Brite and tried to cancel it right after I ordered when I realized I would have to send back product if I did not like it and wanted credit. They told me it was already shipped which is impossible. I had my credit card company call them and they still refused to give credit. They told me I would have to pay shipping $5.87 and $19.95 for the free( hi hi) kit. I was advised that when package comes just refuse delivery on the package and my credit card company would get me credit. I hope this will happen but when you are dealing with dishonest companies you usually wind up loosing. This was on a Target web sight. Beware to not order from this company.

Was offered a free ipod via an online ad. The ad opened a form and eventually asked to give a credit card number to pay for shipping and handling. It looked legitimate. Against my gut feeling I started to fill out the form. I decided to stop filling it out shortly after when I realized that it was likely a scam due to additional advertisements on the page. I never actually hit the submit button but somehow it captured all the information I had typed in. The form must have had some back end programming to capture each field as it was typed because a day later I was signed up for the Bella Brite Tools subscription without any consent. Bella Brite charged a total of $79.44 on 3 separate transactions. One was for shipping, another was for handling and the last one was for the product. Chase credit card actually notified me of the charges asking if they were fraudulent. I said yes. They talked to me and I explained what happened. They said they would consider the charges unauthorized since it appeared to be an advertising scam. The first two charges were dropped. The third charge came in tonight. I filed a dispute against that charge as well. I expect that will be dropped. I googled the company and found their website. Did the "Easy Cancel". Then googled the complaint boards. At that point I realized that this company would probably continue to charge my card anyway so I called Chase CC again to cancel my account number to prevent further subscription charges. Not happy with all the hassle but at least I noticed it before it got out of hand.

Bella Brite is owned by convertis marketing who owns many brands. Those brands all have complaints because the are all sold using their business model. Convertis relies on external partners for various business needs. I'm going to name the ones they listed on their website because they support this ethically challenged company.

-They specialize in reducing chargebacks/returns (hence the impossible 10 day return policy)
-They run the "Easy cancel" page and answer the phone for customers who are wanting to return or cancel product.
-They perform the follow-up call to verify your address and upsell after initial sign up.

The next few are probably the guys that offer you a free iphone/ipod/etc (and never deliver on promise) in exchange for your information so they can sell it to Bella Brite as a lead or full sale. (That would be the handling charge?)

I have been a victimn of this so called BellaBrite company as well. However, I did not agree to the free trial program at all. Somehow they were able to charge my credit card (I did not give them my cc number). They must be affiliated with Travel Savings Club as well, because they charged my credit card for that service as well on the same dates.

Bella Brite unauthorized charge to my credit card

I ordered a free trial of beela brite tooth whitener on line on november 12th, 2008. They were authorized to charge me only $4.87 for shipping and handling. I received the item and there was only one package. Nothing in the package indicated that I needed to send part back or wqould be charged an additional$78.41 because I would have returned it immediately and called to complain. The product works beautifully but I would not recommend it to anyone because they were dishonest in how they do business. Compnies should not be able to mail you something you did not agree to receive and then charge you more money for not sending it back! They should pay me for having to deal with this and waste my time. I found out about the extra charge when I received my credit card bill. It caused an overdraft which cost me an additional $30. I had the same problem with the seattle coffee company. I ordered some coffee through them and received it within a reasonable period of time. They charged $26 for shipping and handling and then proceeded to send 3 more shipments a week apart that I did not authorize. They did not notify me by email nor did they include any billing information in my shipments. When I called them they said I could change my order to less frequent. When I cancelled enstead and told them it was due to them billing me without notification they sent an email to confirm the cancellation. I did not give it over the phone so obviously they had it all along. So... Buyer beware! I for one am finished ordering on line. I cannot afford the overcharges or the hassles.

I have tried calling several times also, tried to get ahold of them by internet!
I got no responses! They give you no time to even try it with a shipment already in the box before you even accept it and then charge you!
They even charge you for a box if it is damaged!
This is fraud and I am mad as H---!

Bella Brite false information

I rented a car through hertz, apparently one of your associates,, I gave my mothers name and address as next of kin in case of emergency, gertrude d westrom, 31889 w, lakeshore drive, dowagiac, mi 49047 your company somehow contacted my 80 yr old mother, and must have asked her if she wanted your product, heres the catch, my mother has absolutley no access to, or authorization to use my debit card number, which she isnt even aware of,
However, I have been billed on my debit card, last 4 numbers ending in 8406, and when
The 2 charges, the first appearing on my bank statement on 9/25/o8, for $3.97, and the second charge of $75.82 appeared on 11/03/08 I didnt even know who bellabrite was, or
What their (your) product was,, only an entry without an accurate contact number, this troubled me and walking by her kitchen table I happened to notice the product, hardly worth the $79.79 that I george w. Schaults iii cardholder of previous said card was debited for, now,, I would be more than happy to send back your highly overpriced product, which
I was falsely charged for, and I would like due recompensation, back to the card account
(my card), not my mothers, in the amount of $79.79 and would further ask to be removed from your companies mailing list and questionable call list, as well as my mothers name, and number, and mailing address,,, I have dentures and can buy a year of products for that price,
Thank you for your time, I hope a prompt resolution can be concluded, and my money refunded to account ending numbers 8406, and if you want your product back, please enclose shipping charges, as I am not paying for a product I did not order, and am disturbed
By the idea of someone bothering my mother who again has absolutely nothing to do with

Bella Brite all same company, all scams

All these products are scams run by the same company. Convertis LLC. All have to do with a free trial (not so free) followed by charges of 70 to 80 dollars. All agents here are instructed to act like they only work for this one company ie Ivory White, Bella Brite, Bella Clear, The Ultimate Facial and the newest Eyepothesis. Creatively written terms will lead you to believe all is free. Bogus promotions for free laptops, gift cards etc will lead you to buying this product. Agents on the phone will only tell you limited info and will be mis leading when you call. This Company is in a bad situation with the Better Business Bureau and many Attorney Generals around the country. If you follow through with a report to the BBB, not just a threat, you just may see a refund coming back to you. The owner of said companies first name is Blair. Hope some of this info helps you to avoid or hopefully re-coup some of your losses.

Bella Brite fraud, misleading advertising

I recently responded to an ad for "free trial offer" from the above company; almost immediately, I noticed a charge of $78.41 on my credit card! This is no free trial offer; this is malicious misrepresentation and I am outraged and want the company, if it truly exists, to refund me the money that was charged on my credit card. If you can do anything, please do so, and report this company to everyone and anyone! Thank you.

As others have stated this company has placed a false ad and false customer reviews. They advertise a free trail for their whitening product. They claim that you only pay shipping and handling. Then a disclosure comes up and ask you to subscribe and agree to their terms. Although, I did not click on the agreement disclaimer they charged my account $74.68, or so. When I called to dispute the charges I was denied a refund. Likewise, when asked to speak to a supervisor none was available but was informed a call back. It's been a week since that call and am still waiting for the call back (which I knew will never come). I am not sure how placing this complaint will help me but if you are reading this prior to purchase then your wise. I did some reading prior to the trial but I trusted the false customer reviews. It never occurred to me to check here first. So save yourself time, money, and a headache and do not get involved with this company and Hydro Brite.

Bella Brite is a scam. They offer a trial at $1.09 and before you have the trial product in hand they charge your bank account for $78.41. Calling them they give you a song an dance that the trial period expired and that is why you are charged. According to the phone representative the trial period starts on the day the shipped the product. I asked for a supervisor and was told none was available. I immediately cancelled the account. Shame on me for not checking on them before placing an order. I have reported this to my bank card company. Do not fall for this scam.

UK Law on Fraud: You can go to you bank and cancel any further transactions to them, and if you like hit back at them by doing the following. The Visa or Credit Card bank departments should be able to handle any Fraud Transactions from your account option. So that you can say it was an unlawful derect debit transactions action. The Bank then should freeze any debits to the company in question from your CC account. They may also Freeze the whole card account and issue you with a new 12x long number digit Credit/Visa Card for the bank account you use. The Credit Card company then should refund you the price of the direct debits and cancel the transactions. I hope this information will help you all out, as it did with me with two fraud actions lately, and I got the money refunded to me by the Credit/Visa Card company. By the way any one that has the instructions for this product Bella-Brite and the other Smile-Pro products. Please scan them and email me with the images as I have lost my instructions to use the trial packs up than throw them out.

I got ripped off as other people.
I ordered a free trial (my fault) only and later I found I CC was charged 78.41$, I called them right away, but no customer service on weekend. So I called on Monday, they said there's no way to get my money back, it's two days late to cancel my order. and they said I agreed everything on the order confrimation email which I just received after I called them on Monday. Even I send the unopened box back I still couldn't get my money back.
When I want them confirm what they told me by writing or asked if I can record their words, they hung up on me.

Is there anything people can do to stop their behavior, it seems we are all angry here but nothing people can do to stop them. What a ...

I ordered the "30 day free trial" I have been charged 78.41 not once but twice! There are a few other smaller charges from this company. No packing slip was in the box I'm having trouble finding my account number and the representative who answered my call was rude and I felt as though she was rushing me off the phone! THIS COMPANY SUCKS! THEIR PRODUCT ISN'T WHAT THEY CLAIM IT IS! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... SAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WON'T BE HAPPY IF YOU DO ORDER!

Don't send anything back as it is at your cost and you will still not get a refund anyway by all the posts as I have read, they say your not on their system and yet they take your cash per month. So far I THINK I have stopped SmilePro as no payment out of account to them, but BellaBrite has again. So back on to the phone to bank later today. Bloody Feckers them all.

Bloody rip off BellaBrite and SmilePro and they say they have not reference of my details etc or ordered trial. Asked for the manager, and told they are busy and I demanded a call back that I never got back. Over two months now and other calls to them. I phoned my bank the bar any direct debits, and by the looks of it SmilePro has stopped, but just checked my account 30 minutes ago and I see BellaBrite have charged me again. So looks like I will have to phone the bank again to get it stopped. I very angry, ripped off and pissed off.com FRAUDED CUSTOMER.

Careful folks, this is NOT a "Free Trial Offer". If you receive the product for the initial $1.00 charge you will be charged $78.41 at a later date. I consider this a very misleading form of advertising.
Be prepared that when you call, the man will be extremely cordial when explaining how you did not read the terms and conditions properly. Yeah, right! Carol

Bella Brite shipping fraud

This company needs reported to the FBI, for fraud and Scamming people. I just did some research on them and they have over 300 complaints to the Better Business Bureau.

The story is the company sends out the product (a trial teeth whitening and full kit) if you don't like it you send back the full kit. If you send back the product in an envelop rather than a box they say the package was crushed and charge you anywhere from 19.60 to 28.50. I contacted USPS and they said that this company has over 100 claims on them...so why haven't they done anything about it, not sure. I think this company needs to be seriously investigated. I know the package I sent wasn't damaged it was in a secure hard box. Yet they can not supply me with photo evidence.

I was ripped off too! I was contacted by someone saying they were from my credit card company. I know that was a fraud so I said not to call me and take me off whatever list they had. The man asked if I shopped at Wal-mart and I said yes, he then said he wanted to send a free $100 gift card and I said no thank you. About a week later I got a package from BellaBrite and another one from The Ultimate Facial (same company) and didn't know what it was. I never heard about these companies. A few days later I was paying my credit card bill and saw 2 charges for $3.97 from these 2 companies. I called them to see what was going on and Terri the costumer service person said that I agreed to buy this product and that they would not refund any money and that they would charge my card $70 if I had not canceled. I am furious, so I called my card company and put in a complaint with them. They won't authorize any charges from these companies thank goodness but the BellaBrite people refused to refund my money and are extremely RUDE! Stay away from them. Basically because I said "Yes" to shopping at Wal-mart they used that to authorize a charge on my card.

I have been getting these "free" samples from Bellabrite too and after getting 5 boxes in less than 2 monthes, I decided to check this company out online. AS of yet, I havnt been charged any money and I read in someones post on another sight, if you dont call and cancel your "free" membership then they will charge $70. THANK GOD I found this cause i called their office right away and told them i did not want any more samples. I also asked if i had to send them back and they said no because i had canceled. So I hope i dont have any future issues with this company. On top of that, I called my bank and informed them about this and that i would be looking out for a charge from BellaBrite. She said that the bank couldnt prevent a charge, but if I got one, id have to file a dispute... well, i cross my fingers

This company is a major credit card scam to rip you off, for after you give them your credit card number to pay the S/H for a free box, and once they have your credit card number, they will take your money and you will not know it til after they already took it out which is a lot more then a small price for S/H.

Is absolutely right. I had the same experience with this company. we should do something about this company, they don't care about complains, looks like. they just make probably $19.60 from each customer and that's the way they survive. i'm going to find out how we can get this company down. I was thinking to call televisions so, maybe they can let people know what kind of company is this bellabrite.

I have encountered the same issue today. I have spoken to Terri who is the call center manager and she will not take care of the issue. She tells me Bryan is the manager but she would not give me his information. I was charged $19.60 for a box I sent back with no proof from the company. Will persue further.
