I ordered one belt bro on August 21, 2022. I completed the order but received no confirming email from them. I received an email saying I still had something in my cart. Thinking I didn't finish the original order I reordered. As it turns out I just ordered the same thing twice. No confirmation from them. Realizing what happened I tried to correct. They wouldn't let me cancel. Saying I would need to return the items. When the items arrived I marked the items "return to sender". I emailed asking for my refund. They are now telling me they have no record of my order. I still get emails from them saying I have something in my cart to finish my order. I feel they have tricked me. I have no order number because they didn't confirm my order. Can you help. Mary Stillion [protected]
I ordered the product from BeltBro and it did the same thing about saying i had an order still in my cart..however i did screenshot the completion of the order so i knew that wasn't true but now my husband doesnt like the item ..it just doesnt work for him ..i am trying to return the item and they wont send a return label but say they will refund my shipping cost after i pay to ship and they get the item..so i asked them instead of refunding the dhipping to send a labrl and we would both be covered and then they can refund just the product cost. they are refusing which makes no sense except that they are scamming people that return so i could possibly out of shipping the product and the cost...and the phone #is a nonworking #
