I really like the Bemer Group. It gives me lots of energy and helps my joints feel better. I have nothing but good things to say about this device.

My BEMER has made a tremendous difference in my health level. I went from weak to strong bones in 4 years. It healed my liver problems and now I have so much energy. It's also great for healing and pain elimination when I broke my foot. I love my BEMER! It's classified as a type 2 Medical device by the FDA. It's a great machine!
I'm having trouble finding someone to help me fix my Bemer mat
I'm having trouble finding someone to help me fix my Bemer mat. It suddenly stopped working four days ago, and I can't seem to find any contact information to reach out for assistance. The mat won't start anymore, but the light connection still functions. I'm not sure where to go for repairs. It's really frustrating that it's so hard to find someone who can guide me through this. The person I bought it from isn't responding to my messages. Can anyone help me out?
I bought my BEMER in 2018
I bought my BEMER in 2018. Since using it regularly, I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and a faster recovery from surgery. It's also helped me regain the use of my knees, which is fantastic! However, I did encounter a problem with the B-body when the FDA was upgrading the BEMER to a cleared device level 2. They promptly provided me with a return label and sent me a new one as soon as the FDA gave their approval. The customer service was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout the waiting period. I was still covered by the full 3-year warranty, and they stayed true to their promise.

I had the mat for less than 6 months and it completely stopped working. But the worst part is dealing with Bemer to get it replaced or repaired. It's a ridiculously slow process. They issue a ticket and ask for more information. Then you have to wait for them to complete an investigation. An investigation on a mat that's less than 6 months old and stopped working. It seems to be a common problem. I use this as a health therapy device, so waiting weeks just to sign it to investigations, and then having to ship it back and get it replaced or repaired can take months. This is poor customer service. If anyone's reading this, I suggest buying another unit like a ***.

I worked at a health club and trained when we acquired a new machine. I assisted clients with over 300 sessions in months, marking a gym success. However, I soon suffered cluster headaches and have been disabled since. The doctor who should have helped didn't, and the club avoided the issue. Four years on, I endure severe headaches most days. Doctors suspect the machine's role, but proof eludes us. This device, possibly deemed dubious by some, may be overly potent. I urge caution with such technology due to its uncertain brain impact. It caused me intense harm.

I bought the Bemer mat and pad on 08/11 and used them every day. They do work, but in April this year, the mat stopped working. I contacted Bemer and they told me to send it back for repair or replacement. On 6/2, they informed me that it couldn't be fixed, so they would replace it once they had stock. I emailed them several times to inquire about the replacement, but I didn't receive a response. Finally, on 7/13, they replied saying they didn't know when they would be able to replace the mat and offered me a refund or 2 pads and a backpack. I chose the 2 pads because the machine still works, but it's now 11/7 and I still haven't received them. They keep saying they don't know when the pads will be available either. I'm really disappointed.

My problem was not with the Bemer product. I had two house fires in a two day period. The first caused by a lightening strike and the second by the electricians trying to repair the damage done by the first. As anyone can imagine, there was a considerable amount of water sprayed on my house. I managed to save the Bemer but the Bemer set box used for shipping was ruined by water. I have unsuccessfully tried to get a replacement box for the Bemer Pro set and have been told this wasn't possible. My Bemer representative also couldn't obtain one. I even offered to buy the box. The customer service representatives were less than helpful after I invested in their system. If the service issues had been explained, I would have never purchased the product.

I kept trying it over and over again before I purchased one and finally bam! I decided I wanted to have one because of the way it made me feel. It is so strange! The way it's sold seems shady BUT the product IS AWESOME and I LOVE it! I slaved away to earn the money because I am poor and I finally got one! It cured my arthritis in my wrist ?and it makes me feel so good and gives me so much positive energy so far I do not regret getting it at all! I hope there aren't undiscovered negative side effects, but so far so good! Changes your mood from blah to HELLO! Gives you great energy! More focused! Think more clearly! I love it!

I wanna start by sayin' I love the Equine Bemer product and I totally believe in the technology. If I was ratin' the product, it'd be a 5 star product, but the marketin' structure that ya get pulled into wasn't clear at all when I made my purchase and the trainin' was described to me as educational about how the product works. While there was some trainin' on the product's science, there's a whole lotta energy put into draggin' ya into a MLM/ pyramid scheme. I told 'em I had no desire to sell the product to others 'cause I use it as an extension to my current business and on my own horses. Basically, I was met with ramblin' and they kept tryin' to convince me that the commissions I'd receive would be worth the hassle. Bemer is an expensive product that ain't affordable to the average person, and if I tried to convince people to buy it, I'd definitely drive away clients for my other business. I don't like the pressure and weird sale dynamic. In my opinion, ya should be able to buy the product with a short trainin' on proper use and be done with it. If there's already a way to do that, they don't make it clear when ya make the purchase. The reason I'm givin' it 3 stars is 'cause everyone's been nice and friendly, and I ain't got no complaints 'bout anyone's attitude.

I bought my System in December , and I can't really tell if it ever improved my health and well-being. The real frustration started after about 10 months when my mat started giving connection errors. In November , I contacted my distributor, and he wanted me to prove the error with several pictures before he did anything. So I sent him the pics, but nothing happened. Two weeks later, I started asking again, and finally, they opened a ticket, but nothing else happened. In late December, I started pushing by calling and mailing several times. I think it was mid-January when they responded that they didn't have the mats in stock and didn't know when they would get them. But they offered me a refund for one mat or two new ones and a backpack eventually. At this point, I was done with Bemer and requested a full refund. Another two weeks went by with no response. After another frustrated email, somebody called me and told me that since the system was older than three months, I would only get a partial refund. I agreed and sent the whole system back. When I tracked the package, I realized that they received it, and another week went by without any response. Another frustrated email triggered a response that they were working in order of receiving (they must have a lot of returns). However, last Monday, three months after my formal complaint, I received a 75% refund of the original invoice. Great business model...
BEWARE of this company
BEWARE of this company. I bought a BEMER, but it came late due to shipping delays. This meant I didn't have the 3 days to review my purchase before leaving the country for two weeks. The shipment arrived the day before our trip instead of 3 days prior as originally promised. When I returned home and opened the box, there was no information on how to make a return. I removed the outer plastic from two smaller boxes, hoping to find return instructions, but found nothing. I called customer service and learned that there was no return information in the box, so I didn't open the third large box. I closed up the other two boxes without using them and proceeded with the return.
I recently spoke to management about the delayed shipping and unused items, but they still charged me a 10% restocking fee (over $500), claiming it covered shipping costs. I requested a 5% restocking fee for the two smaller boxes that had the outer plastic removed, as the largest box remained unopened and could easily be resold. However, my request was denied without any explanation, other than their guidelines stating a 3-day 100% return policy. Despite the shipping delay, which prevented me from having the 3-day grace period for the unopened box, I returned the items in the same shipping box as soon as I returned to the country, two weeks after purchase. Management refused to consider waiving the restocking fee for the unopened box and charged me the full 10% fee.
BEWARE of doing business with this company if you're not completely certain about wanting this device. They are greedy and don't take personal situations and requests into consideration, even though they received the unused device back and one of the boxes remained unopened.

I bought a Bemer Pro-Set (Go Edition) for $4,269 in December . I got it in early January . They told me that a full body mat called B.Body would be available soon for $789.95. They offered me the B.Body because I bought the Pro-Set Go-Edition, and you can use the sleep system with the B.Body, which you can't do with the Pro-Set Go-Edition. They sent me an email link that was valid for 72 hours to make the purchase. I tried to buy the B.Body using the link, but the website wouldn't accept my address update. I went ahead and bought the B.Body anyway and called my distributor to let them know about the address issue. The distributor contacted Bemer and they assured them that the order would be canceled and my credit card wouldn't be charged. A few days later, I received another link and tried to order the B.Body again. From what I could see, it didn't work - I didn't get any confirmation numbers or notice that my purchase was successful. I informed the distributor again about the website issues. They corresponded with their manager/supervisor, but they didn't get any responses after several calls. Then, I received my credit card statement (in May for April charges) and I was billed $789.95 on April 14. This was one day after I received the second link for ordering. I worked with my distributor, who in turn was in contact with Bemer Group. Finally, on 6/1, I received a "Note of ***" from Bemer by email. Bemer also told the distributor that they had canceled my order on 5/23 and they would email both the cancellation and refund within 24 hours. Bemer's emails and response contradicted what I had been told. They never mentioned that they would refund my money to my credit card, and I didn't know what a "Note of ***" meant. The distributor couldn't resolve my issues because Bemer wasn't responding to their requests. From my perspective, it seems like Bemer had problems with the link they sent out to order the B.Body mats. They weren't being honest with the distributor or with me. Today, I called my credit card company to start an investigation on why I hadn't received a refund from Bemer, and they told me that a credit of $789.95 was posted to my account on 6/8. Although the issue is resolved now, I'm really uncomfortable with how Bemer Group handled the situation. They definitely didn't respond well to the distributor's requests for updates. I don't trust the company anymore. I haven't had enough time to determine if the product has been beneficial to my health, but I don't want to have any more dealings with this company because they were unreliable in communicating and efficiently resolving my billing issues. There was a serious lack of communication from Bemer to the distributor and customer. I'm very disappointed in their business practices. I just hope they don't respond to this review blaming their lack of communication on the pandemic (there was plenty of time and many chances to respond) and saying how their customer service is excellent. It's not.

They sent me a contract to get 2 b pads and a knapsack 4 months ago in return for not being able to fix or replace it. I complained and left phone messages multiple times, and they said the company is short-staffed and will eventually get to it. This thing cost me $6,000. The service is just awful.

If I want to reopen this ticket or have any more questions, I just need to reply to their email or mention the ticket number NT-***. If I have any other concerns, I can contact them. The BEMER Service Team is supposed to help me, but I'm not feeling very confident right now.
