My first email when I saw that taken money from my bank account
Hi... I spoke on the phone and I tried to explain that I don't want anymore this account... And the person who I talked said that my subscription was cancelled... That was in September... How can you as a company make such this huge mistakes?
Sorry but taking my money is not right and if I don't receive the money in my bank account I will complain to the police... This are is a theft action.
